Simplemente hay que seguir unos pasos sencillos…
Antes de hacer cualquier otra cosa, poner a remojar las lentejas o lentejones. No es necesario que estén desde el día anterior… con una o dos horas, es más que suficiente.

Un rico aceite de oliva extra virgen, ajo bien picadito, un toque de sal... pan fresco o una tostada... Listo! Y si a la combinación anterior le agregamos albahaca fresca, parmesano y unas nueces... mmm....  Pesto!

Con unos tomates secos.... delicioso!!

200g de Manteca Fría 
400g de Harina 0000 (ó harina Leudante)

1 Cdta de Polvo de Hornear

200g de Azúcar

2 Huevos

2 Cdas de esencia de Vainilla











 
PREPARACIÓN








Cortar la manteca fría en trocitos y mezclar con el azúcar y la harina (tamizada con el polvo de Hornear). 2 Cebollas medianas
1 Morrón Chico
Verdeo
Repollo Colorado (a gusto)
Carne Picada 400g
Mozzarella o cualquier queso blando para derretir
