Has the worst case scenario played its hand in that the GOP bet "All In", so hard against the Constitution its demands on eligibility for Obama by not speaking up for the "key" of The United States Constitution's that they, actually including all of GOP Candidates left in the race Gov. Mitt Romney, Speaker- Newt Gingrich, Sen. Rick Santorum, and Rep. Ron Paul, hope that Obama's covers don't get pulled by Cody Robert Judy so they don't look like they couldn't preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution if they were to win the Presidency?

If we as Citizens are looking intently for a qualified candidate who shows us the integrity of upholding the Constitution, it does seem very clear that when it comes to the "Key" of our Constitution in the demands of qualification of President, that upholds our National Security and strong ties to the Economy, that the GOP Candidates are absolutely willing to allow illegal actions of fraud and forgery happen in their site in order to gain the power they seek.

That is tantamount to being part of the fraud and forgery in malevolence towards our Country and against the Citizenry of the United States.

One candidate for President in Utah has proven himself a champion for our Constitution without the funding of a sugar daddy, as was seen by the failed presidential bid of Utah Gov. Huntsman’s latest release showing 70% of the Destiny Super Pac, or 1.9 of 2.7 million dollars, was contributed by billionaire Jon Huntsman Sr, and that candidate is Cody Robert Judy.

The Troubling Questions Formed by The Media Black Out in Georgia

How long will the Media Black Out confiscate the intelligence of America’s Citizenry?

The story would be that in the first time ever that expert witnesses were called to testify and a compilation of facts was submitted to a Court of Law that is recognized in our Judicial Branch of Government, Obama coward in his secret chambers and didn't suit up as a player on the field. With nothing particularly important on the schedule watching the live-streaming feed coming out of the court room provided by those bypassing the thumb-hold media he had corralled Obama was the cascading clown being made fun of in the Courtroom with multiple identities.

As Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Attorney General Eric Holder shook their heads looking on the unimaginable event transpiring in the thoughtful agitation of knowing when it blew, their political careers would be blown out of the water with the despotism of comradery collapsing upon the greatest sham to ever hit American politics: Barack Hussein Obama

Why oh why had they not heeded their inner instincts? Why oh why had they crossed the line of principle and value? How had they lost the integrity of America in the glittering sea of Washington DC power and elitism that had crafted their political demise under the banner of what had come down as an acid rain instead of a banner of protection: The Constitution of The United States?

Had they actually become 'Domestic Enemies' to the Light House on the hill that the world looked to as a beacon of hope, freedom, and liberty? Did they look with admiration upon The United States Constitution that bound the 50 States together in a Republic for which 300 million Americans pledged allegiance or did upon inner reflection they look upon it as the piece of furniture they actually had come to despise in the American house? When had the end come not to the rescue in order to justify their means, or was there a choice now that had to be made upon the innocent, the dumb, the stupid, the poor who needed them in order to live?

Who were these plaintiffs? Citizens who actually thought they could challenge the President? Where had they gone to school and not learned to move with the crowd pushed by a few with cattle prods?

Surely these Plaintiffs were rejects of the Republic that offered not one ounce of sanity or deserved any recognition accept in scorn, dereliction, and banter.
The intelligence of the masses was the media and the media had made a decision in the angst of journalistic integrity and the anxiety of repose to stay the hand of freedom and liberty for the self destructive fist of force. They chose in the site of their Creator and public witness to bite the hand that fed them, and to deliver to the pit that which gave them breath- The banner of The United States Constitution.
Why…Why… Why had that choice been made?

Pride saith, “For me!”

To protect the ‘pride’ that hath no honor, no loyalty, but only has the victuals of leviathan was insane; nevertheless they had indeed chosen their master.

Not one report would be made to expose the depositor and defender of their first Amendment, their civil code forged by their fathers- the Founders and Framers of the United States of America. They would boldly stare down their portraits, their busts, their legacies, the paintings, the sculptures, their words and escape them and place them as ruins of a bygone age of carnival barkers and clowns.

Who knew better than themselves how to govern? Who knew better than to smash the uprising cry of freedom and liberty? And who knew better how to use the weapons under their control? What evidence you ask, and who is the Plaintiff running for President in the Democratic Party that lives in Ogden, Utah bringing these complaints to the Obama White House door?

1. Affidavit and testimony of Chris Strunk in regards to Obama’s use of last name “Soebarkah”.

2. Affidavit and testimony by Linda Jordan, that Obama’s Social security number 042-68-4425 used by Obama, that does not pass e-verify.

3. Affidavit and testimony by licensed detective Susan Daniels, showing that SSN used by Obama, was issued to another individual, who was born in 1890 and who resided in CT in 1977.

4. Affidavit and testimony by Felicito Papa, Information Technology expert, who showed that Obama’s alleged birth certificate on line, is a computer generated forgery. Also, evidence that on Obama’s tax returns in 2009 he used the same SSN 042-68-4425, which was never assigned to him.

5. Affidavit and testimony by scanning and typesetting expert, Douglas Vogt, that Obama’s alleged birth certificate on line is a computer generated forgery and not a scan of a single document.

6. Affidavit and testimony of retired deportation officer John Sampson, testifying to evidence of fraud in Obama’s birth certificate and social security number, as well as evidence, that Obama possibly immigrated to US together with his stepfather Lolo Soetoro. Mr. Sampson testified that in cases like this he would seek a warrant for an arrest and deportation.

7. Affidavit and testimony of Orly Taitz Esq.’s - that she downloaded Obama’s law license application from on line records, which showed him committing perjury and fraud and hiding his prior last names “Soetoro” and “Soebarkah”. She testified that after she complained to Illinois bar, Obama changed his record from “inactive” to “not eligible to practice law”. She presented it to the judge to show a modus operandi. When she filed a complaint with the Illinois bar, Obama chose to forfeit his law license that was based on an elite Harvard degree all the order to hide his identity for political greed.

When the Plaintiffs served Obama with a subpoena to appear in court and provide certified copies of his long form birth certificate, redacted application for the Social Security card, immigration and naturalization records, Obama chose not to appear in court, he forfeited the whole state of GA with millions of votes, 17 electoral votes and possibly 4 more years in the White House, if other states follow GA, he did it to hide his identity under the last names “Soetoro” and “Soebarkah” and hide evidence of Social Security fraud and forgery.

Exactly when did Mr. Obama go over the top of the Constitution? I thought we were all under the law? And since when does a plethora of 'other cases' dismissed on technicalities and never heard on the merits of ‘natural born citizen’ exclude a case argued on the merits? Obama finally has a chance to slam dunk Mrs. Taitz and he doesn't show up? Come on.

Obama Excuses himself from a legal Subpoena rather contemptuously setting the example for Americans to not show up? Than Obama asks the Sec-Of-State of Georgia to pull the case out from under the Judge? Are these the actions of someone who believes in America rule of law or Chaos? With Obama’s example, America should just “not show up” for the 2012 elections either?

This is not what Democrats believe in and I don’t believe the Democrat Party has degenerated in to the lowest common denominator at the highest ranking office. Obama had a duty to show up and slam dunk and debunk the plaintiffs which he refused to do as an admonition of guilt for using someone else’s social security card number, perpetrating a false identity upon the American public, and throwing everyone under the bus who supported him.

The value of an investment in Obama is only as good as it pays off and it appears those who have Obama’s back are going to be big losers. When it comes to fraud and forgery that among his supporters seems perfectly ok, I wonder who among them supports teaching that to their children? Not even the guys in prison would advocate such a thing. It’s time to come clean and recognize a bust and a change of course Democrats. This cover isn’t going to fly and it’s a whopping slap in the face on Americans and the Republic for which we stand.

Obama stated during the release of his long-form-fabrication that we were "not going to be able to solve our problems if we got distracted by side-shows and carnival barkers' and that, "We do not have time for this kind of silliness- We got better stuff to do- I’ve got better stuff to do”.

It would seem that defending himself from fraud and forgery were not high priorities on the merits, and the escape route of filing a motion to quash and a written letter asking the Sec-Of-State of Georgia were silly as when it came down to cross examining witnesses and submitting evidence to the rebuttle Obama was the silly one, and Obama was the side-show, and Obama was the carnival barker, and Obama had better things to do then submit to the rule of law he in fact had requested to.

Imagine a president who fights his own battles? Wouldn't that be a site to see.

Mr. Swensson seems a little bitter to Orly Taitz and her clients that I am apart of. Its seems a shame that Mr. Swensson would loft himself into a degenerative state about myself (Cody Robert Judy) as a Presidential Candidate when he should know the 9th Circuit ruled that Presidential candidates have the best standing to challenge the case, not to mention all the Campaign work , traveling to New York and testifying in the CIA Columbia Obama Trial in New York, and Orly happened to request all the docs first.

I for one am greatful Mr. Swensson as a concerned citizen made it known through the legal channels of his State, however lest Mr. Swensson forget there are 50 states and his testimony can't be used in all 50 , mine can. Mrs. Orly Taitz has been a real champion for this fight, a thorough, and dedicated Attorney fighting not only in Georgia but also in New Hampshire along with me. I see no reason at all why in review of the hearing Orly should not be given credit for bringing upon the Judge much more weight to the Judges mind of criminal wrong doing in the eligibility of Barack Obama, making it much harder for him not to grant the Default to us, and also make clear the very important case that Obama has indeed sought to cover up his ineligibility with actions that are criminal.

Orly's arguments were slated as 3rd because they were so thorough and she had so many more expert witnesses testifying. While Mr. Hatfield's Esq. and Mr. Van Irion Esq. arguments are strictly on the natural born citizen requirement and avoid the illegal actions Obama has taken, the burden of those illegal actions are no doubt red meat on a Judges shoulders for misprision of felony and that no doubt is much harder to shuffle off in an ineligibility argument.

There can be no dispute Orly Taitz has learned through the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, that has enlightened everyone, that Presidential Candidates have greater standing than legislatures, retired military personal, active military personal,citizens, and Obama's relatives. We work very very hard on our campaigns to ensure an argument for our cause is won in "Competitive Standing" meaning we have to keep up a rigorous and demanding appearance of a competitive campaign in case the argument comes that would rival Mitt Romney's or Newt Gingrich's campaigns, but we don't have the funding they do. That means much more work on our part that we don't get paid for.

For me that has been a nice looking credible 50 page web site, having positions on just about every issue on Earth that are accessible to the media, reporting to the FEC, Fundraising,traveling, YouTube Station with 142 Commercials and Video as an authority on the eligibility issue since 2008 and law suits on both candidates in 2008 that took up a tremendous amount of time and money, Amicus Curia's filed in the Supreme court and on behalf of Lt. Col Terry Lakin, and much more including responding to questions from every lobbyist organization on the planet.

The fact that Mr. Swenson doesn't really know me kinda shows us all that he's maybe doing what he accused me as a Presidential Candidate of doing, "grandstanding".

The biggest difference is, I've got a lot of battle scars from the front lines since 2008 that Mr. Swenson hasn't even seen. I am the only Presidential Candidate running in 2012 who remains out of the class of 2008 that has formally charged Mr. Obama as ineligible in the entire United States. I've got Obama's tire tracks run over me allready in 2008, I don't need yours too.

Please Mr. Swensson, please tell me you at least read Mrs. Taitz argument and that a good portion of the reason I am listed on the complaint is because the Democrat Party Leaders refused to put me on the ballot, and hopefully that is not only rectified judicially, but is articulated any time you speak about me again when it comes to this case.

Dear Cody Judy,

I do have regrets that I mentioned her and her case in a negative way and can offer no excuse since any difference I have must be delivered in person. That situation did not occur yesterday though I was fully prepared for that. What you saw was my frustration at not being able to deliver that message.

As to what went on yesterday… It has taken 2 years of constantly getting before my State reps with special emphasis on Brian Kemp, to get these challenge hearings established which he did. For that I will forever be in his debt as a voter and now staunch supporter. His assigning this Judge meant a very special alignment of the stars had just occurred and the opportunity to get, on open record, the issue of nbC status which we did. That has been and remains the focus of my efforts. Remember, this was a challenge hearing, not a court case. Orly did use this as a platform to get her issues on record but has never acknowledged the hard work of others to make this day happen. Yeah, I find that a bit disconcerting and again, that’s unfortunately, what came out.

My thinking, whether some feel it’s flawed or not, is to take the direct approach to get him off the ballot based on the only pleadings that could be applicable in this hearing. If or once that occurs, the criminal issues will necessarily follow and that is where She can do the most good. ALL the records are now entered into evidence and both Mark and Van did a masterful job of crafting them submitting them and entering them. Both were extremely careful to draw the line of separation between what we were doing and what Orly intended to do. Only Mark put forth the motion to shift the burden of proof from the Plaintiff’s to the Defense and that has yet to be ruled on. If we get a favorable ruling on that one point alone, all future Pres. Candidates will have to put up or shut up when seeking their name placement on GA’s ballot.

So, in closing, I’d like to offer you my apology for making the derogatory statement concerning her actions in court. I reduced myself in that moment. We are all in this fight and I agree this type of infighting is uncalled for. My bad.

As for me, I appreciate so much all the efforts you and those associated with you gave to the defense of our Constitution Jan 26th,2012, and all the time that you have put forth in this effort for as long as you have.

It certainly is my only desire to encourage everyone to do the same. As I said, we have a long way to go and a few more States are necessary for sure. Not all the States have the same laws as Georgia, in which case as we did in New Hampshire it required going into open court which is much more expensive and time consuming.

Hopefully we all can work together. I accept your apology and hope that you will remove from your web site the dis-spirited remark you made of Mrs. Taitz ( That she was embarrassing which as the second inconsideration I saw associated with you) in the consideration that we have 50 States to go and the efforts of all our attorneys are deeply appreciated. We can't afford to fall into the trap of calling each other the names that the media calls us. We all have our weaknesses and we should not prey upon one another in this manner.

Certainly the matter of separating the cases is a legal position your attorneys can take, but I feel strongly that dis-association with each other will not help our cause, or enable us to proceed faster.

As far as I am concerned the matter is closed and the only reason I was moved to make a defense about it is because it was made a YouTube Video and that record will remain forever. In that light, not only recommend Obama not be allowed on the ballot due to his ineligibility of not being a natural born citizen, but I would have to certify my contention that a criminal investigation was needed due to the crimes being represented in social security fraud, identity fraud or perhaps be guilty of misprision of felony myself.”

Your article was very good and thorough. I wanted to personally thank you very sincerely for the positive mention and link you placed on my name. That was very considerate of you and I appreciate it so much.

This has been such a hard fight and I know some people don't like me because I challenged McCain's natural born citizenship in Federal Court as well as Obama's before McCain was made the nominee in 2008. It was like challenging a football kick off return after the guy holding the ball got past you 20 yards.. just not quite enough time to stop him before he passed the goal line.

The 2012 Season is upon us and we Birthers are much more prepared at stopping the run around. ;) I believe if Obama doesn't show up to the hearing and it is sent to Superior Court that's when my standing may come into the bigger picture.

If you have an desire to do a story specifically aimed at the Democrats that are apposed to Obama, which there are about 1/3rd of the Democrat Party doesn't dig this obfuscation and destruction of the Constitution, I would be happy to respond to any questions you might send to me for an article. I'm not sure if just being a Democrat and standing up within the Democrat Party is such a bad thing to WND that they haven't mentioned my campaign or if its just because I haven't been elected before, but it would really be an appreciated gesture if WND could at least place a link on my name to my web site for those who are curious and would like to know more.

“We The People” must consider and ascertain how a small minority is capable of moving a majority. The secret of the Republic for which we stand is indeed bound in our Constitution, but there are weapons that also embolden the mob against the individual in the perfect storm of legal terminology: “Competitive Standing” and “The Political Doctrine Question” are double edged swords.

If anyone thought that Republicans , Democrats or Independents in the back of their mind did not appreciate the Constitution’s base that allowed both a private land owner to tell 300 million others to get off his property with a ‘no trespassing sign’ Amend. IV., as it also is protecting the civil right of a women, a black man or someone with prior servitude on record to vote against the cry of gender bias, the mob, or the indignation of holier-than-thou Christians picking up stones against a debt that had been paid to society Article XV. - We all have reasons to stand up for the Constitution no matter what party affiliation we are from.

When it comes down to it Americans would fall on their face against the mob pitted against independence in many areas of our life that we all too often may take for granted. As we head into the 2012 Election Year unchartered waters make for dangerous tides to navigate on the Constitutional Eligibility demand for President Obama as is relevant in the Georgia Trial scheduled January 26th, 2012.

Those who have been involved affectionately in the Birther Movement or Article II Patriot Stand, which is bigger than the Tea Party as statistics have repeatedly shown us,( http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0211/49554.html ) know that in 2008 many law suits were dismissed on the basis of “Standing”. Those who were not in the Presidential race spun out as Citizens demanding from the race a qualified candidate, and there were very few actual Presidential Candidates who had the courage to take a stand against Obama.

By the time Obama was made a nominee for the Democrat Party his wheel was running so fast no one could stop it so many people were involved in yielding the sound ground of the Constitution up. That included all U.S. Senate Republicans who in 2008 saw fit to give Sen. John McCain non-binding U.S. Senate Resolution 511 that was co-sponsored by Sen. Hillary Clinton and Sen. Barack Obama of the Democrat controlled U.S. Senate, declaring McCain a natural born citizen.

This was the second Congressional Action needed to allow Sen. McCain to run for President. The first was a special Congressional Act needed to first declare him a Citizen of the U.S. by naturalization from his birth hospital of Panama when he was 11 months old.

Understanding this is crucial to understanding why main stream Republican Candidates refused to pick up the duty towards the Constitution as Candidates for President in 2008 and Judges in the Judicial Branch of the Government in charge of interpreting the Constitution took an obvious cowardice stance to what had taken place in the Legislative Branch. One of the ways justice became water in the Justices hands is termed the Political Question Doctrine.

The political question doctrine encourages courts to decline to rule in certain categories of controversial cases. The theory portends, a court acknowledges that the Constitution might have been violated but declines to act in a see-no-evil, hear-no-evil, do-no-evil crouch. It is often described as a type of judicial restraint, although it can be considered a form of judicial activism against plaintiffs whose rights have been violated and find their cases dismissed.

In the insight of “Standing” we learned from 2008 recently in 2011 of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals that Presidential Candidates who are in the race have the best standing and, active military personnel; former military personnel; state representatives; federal taxpayers; relatives of President Obama did not.

The remaining category “Presidential Candidates” were basically summarily denied because they failed to challenge soon enough for the court to provide redress before the U-Haul pulled up to the White House unloading Obama’s things in it and living there 3 years; citing it would be impossible for the Federal Courts to grant removing him from office. The Court basically giving Obama’s imminent domain of the White House illegally standing over and above the Constitution with the political question doctrine.

My name is Cody Robert Judy and I ran for President in 2008 suing both McCain and Obama and I am currently the only candidate in 2012 who did so and is still in the fight against Obama’s eligibility in Court as well as in Public.

The arguments of not objecting to Obama as Candidates in 2008 will plague candidates legally who are standing up against him in 2012 for the popularity of running for office in all parties Republican, Democrats and Independents but that is the second hole to the media calling them racist, and Obama’s attorneys calling them out as non-completive candidates in a legal concept termed “Competitive Standing”.

This covers two areas: The first is the fact that Republicans and Independents actually have nothing to do with the Democrats until after each have selected their National Candidate. So the courts receiving complaints from a republican candidate could say that the complaint is not ripe for hearing and dismiss the case until the Republicans decided who was going to be their nominee.

The second area considers the breadth and width of a candidate’s campaign that could actually sustain damages warranting relief. How many thousands of dollars have been contributed to the candidate, how many campaign commercials does the candidate have, how professional is the web site, and how big is the structure of the campaign in scope of competitiveness.

This has been the reason for such hard work at my campaign to make and establish the parameters of a national campaign with commercials specifically addressing key states and primaries applicable to the race within the Democrat Party against Obama, because ultimately there is not one Republican Candidate standing up for the Eligibility of Obama whose going to become the Republican Nominee and win that parties nomination. That’s a reality we all can agree on.

Now consider the opposite happening in the Democrat Party with myself. What happens if because of my objections to Obama since 2008 and in the Democrat party he is disqualified from being on a State Ballot and an ensuing domino affect actually takes him completely out of the race, and out of the White House?

Do you think that anyone working for Obama as Secretary of State or in his Cabinet that has stood by and watched him work destroying the Constitution is going to receive any Independent votes or Republican Vote that is necessary to win an election? Anyone on Obama’s coat tails is gonna have no chance in competing nationally, however I would.

I would have the Democrat Party shaped up in an instant for my stand against Obama, and I would be courting the Independent vote and Republican Vote based on their candidates silence on a matter of the biggest fraud and national security threat that has faced our Nation since Pearl Harbor. This is information that should be considered because it is very relevant in the success that we Birthers or Article II Patriots are going to have in the defense of our Constitution. Some have stated that this is an Administrative Hearing and/or Trail, but let's not forget who has given the power to this Administrative Judicial Authority; the entire Georgia Legislature.

It is also very interesting that those who are getting nervous about this are belittling it due to the fact it’s not the U.S. Supreme Court. Hey, wake-up call; justice doesn't have to start at the top and go down, in fact it is truly meant to begin from the bottom and go up and there are many Americans who actually choose the right every day instead of waking up and asking the U.S. Supreme Court if they can go to the bathroom as Obama would have us think we must.

If Obama is ruled ineligible for the ballot, as he should be, Obama should be the one appealing the decision to the U.S. Supreme Court as the Plaintiff delivering his own plight on objective-obama-racism to the U.S. Supreme Court about the injustice of our Constitution, in which case he will probably not make the election of November before his Appeal gets reviewed.

How’s it feel to be on the short end of the stick? We Article II Patriots have known what a 'Bully' Obama has been and we all know the courage that is sorely lacking in a Bully. While the challenges for the perpetuation of the U.S. Constitution’s demand for a natural born citizen have again surfaced in the Presidential election of 2012, indeed so have the desperate ‘racist’ charges reducing Obama as a victim of circumstances beyond his qualifications for president to that of his color.

Pitting Obama’s color as leverage to supplant the Constitution demands that one be born in the United States to Citizen Parents concedes the dangerous ground Obama in fact treads with the release of his long form birth certificate showing his father was indeed a citizen of Kenya at the time of Obama’s birth.

The dual citizenship naturally afforded Obama at his birth is the harbinger of his eligibility mêlée, as the natural born citizen demand is the pillar eclipsing the demands for U.S. Representatives or U.S. Senators designated good-naturedly for the office of the President of the United States.

Understanding the key crucial to National Security and the Sovereignty of the United States, the Framers of the Constitution recognized the pinnacle of power and mobility considered necessary in the position of the President and that as far as nature could afford in the resolute origination of one’s landing on Earth as well as the nurturing establishment of a body’s character from parents, nature and nurture harmonized in the declaration of natural born citizen.

While many arguments disingenuous of the demand for the President to be a natural born citizen occasion stating someone’s loyalty does not have to do with one’s place of birth or effects learned from parents, the principle pillar of fire intelligently placed between the United States and the enemies chariots was two generations.
With relative ease the three legged chair consisting of ‘fondness of one’s place of origination’, ‘intrinsic respect for ones parents as mirror images of oneself’, and the high hurdle of the two creating the third leg; a divide between being able to meet the demand in one single generation provides a natural barrier to the Presidency.

In the case of Barack Obama, if he indeed was born in the United States his father being a foreigner prevents his ascendency to President for only one prong of the two prong test is hurdled; his place of birth. Reversing the order we would say Obama Senior as a foreigner wanted to supplant the Presidency with Obama Junior unswerving of foreign dictates.

The safety of two generations declares that Obama Jr.’s children attesting to their father’s “first generation citizenship” and also being born in the United States become “natural born citizens” as second generation citizens, with a greater intrinsic respect for the opportunity essentially featured in the United States of America, placing two generations between Obama Senior’s foreign dictates and his Grandchildren’s natural born citizenship.

Those foreign dictates have an impossible hurdle to clear given the average life expectancy of 100 years. Naturally Obama Senior has passed on before the grandchildren reach middle life maturity, all the while receiving the positive incentives affirmed of the United States Constitution and ones rights promoted as a powerful individual.

As 13 of 48 pages of the The Constitution of The United States booklet contain references to the President almost obscuring any other right, office, or dicta in comparison by 10 to 11 pages, it becomes frankly noticeable that the protection is absolutely afforded as a national security, the impediment reversely a national threat.

I know of no sound or reasonable judgment that could dispute the natural born citizen demand for our President to be counted as anything but intelligent wisdom and those opposing as adversarial; foolish. As a pillar of strength recognized by the two prong test I have always been of the frame of mind that the ‘natural born citizen’ could also be diluted most simply by a natural born citizen having a child in a foreign land.

This recognition has materialized in heated opposition of military men and women having children outside the United States. However, though the fires rage in insult, there is no escaping the real fact that the child born in a foreign land will always recall naturally the place of first combustion with natural fondness.

In my view, the extremely rare case of a military child becoming President is trumped by the two-prong test of being born in the United States to Citizen Parents. This protects the seat of the Commander-In-Chief within the Constitution and every military person swears an oath to the Constitution. I simply believe if a mother serving in a foreign land desired to secure the rarest odds or likelihood their child was a future president, 1 in 10,000,000, that leave would be afforded to deliver within the United States, or as more likely would be the case, the parents not be unsatisfied with the child being a Congressmen, that has much improved odds.
This was the reason that I sued Sen. John McCain in 2008 because he wasn’t born in the United States, but was born in Panama in the Panama Hospital unlike so many rumors that have been unleashed he was born in a military hospital.

Now in retrospect McCain never did become President and its safe to say in all likelihood never will. What we can say for certain is the non-binding U.S. Senate Resolution 511 declaring him a ‘natural born citizen’ has caused extreme turmoil for the Constitution’s demand for a natural born citizen and the two prong test.

Some say if the first prong of the test is ignored as it was in Sen. McCain’s circumstances that the second prong of the test should also be given a pass as would be the circumstances with Obama’s foreign father. The resulted quagmire has been anyone challenging Obama’s eligibility demanded by the Constitution’s natural born citizen qualification was a racist.

All except for me, I will not concede to the nasty labels of me as a ‘racist’ due to my consistency with the Constitution’s demands with Sen. McCain as well as Sen. Obama in 2008. As long as my testimony stands and America decides to get behind that testimony the ‘racist’ card is not credible and those using it against me are on the paltry sands of libelous defamation of my character and testimony.

The natural born citizen demand of our Constitution is among the pillars of light the darkness will never overcome and that’s why I’ve called the latest commercial to my campaign “Cody Robert Judy Standing Pillars of U.S.C. in New Hampshire and Georgia Obama” the dialogue is as follows:

Boy it is really sad when the “racist” card is pulled, especially when it is so clearly discounted in the Georgia Action as well as New Hampshire. I am a Plaintiff on the case and a Democrat, who by the way sued Sen. John McCain in 2008 and Barack Obama on our Constitution’s requirement for President.

The biggest foul of ‘racism’ is being played by not informing the public exactly who is sueing Obama with the details so that the public knows I didn’t just pick on the ‘black guy’, but also sued McCain for not being a ‘natural born citizen’ because he was not born in the U.S., but in Panama, this in my opinion failed one of the two-prong test. Obviously the U.S. Senate disagreed with me in giving Sen. McCain non-binding unconstitutional senate resolution 511, but by God when McCain considers with fondness the place of his birth it isn’t the good ole USA. Obama fails the second of the two pronger without two Citizen parents. Its a Constitutional issue, and calling this ‘racist’ is a sign of desperation, not to mention authorization of fraud and forgery in the Highest Office and being all good with that. Comprehensive Look at New Hampshire’s Supreme Court Eligibility Complaint

Before the New Hampshire Supreme Court is a case that could shake the political world clear through the Washington Monument. Delving into Taitz v. Garner one sees a deck stacked against Obama in ways that are innovative and original from 2008 showing the Birther Movement has shape shifted into a much more intelligent force than it was in 2008, something Obama and co-conspiratorial Democrats of course were not hoping for when the Obama 2012 theme song was picked out, “I fought the law but the law won”.

Understanding the law has to some degree been left to the lawyers and judges so long that justice may have been left behind; there is no secret that in any case both sides indeed are given a chance to make their point of view hoping that justice will side their way.

While the body of evidence might be stacked to one side there are a host of elements and principles that also must be included in order to accommodate justice. “Standing” was a principle used for the most part against a U.S. Birther Movement in 2008 citing Citizens didn’t have standing to file suits favoring instead actual candidates in the Presidential Race (*9th Circuit).

In 2008 Obama had the advantage of the surprise attack from which the Birther Movement could not form and organize fast enough to block. Deals had been struck with the Republican candidates based on a Democrat controlled U.S. Senate giving Sen. John McCain non-binding U.S. Sen. Res. 511 declaring him a ‘natural born citizen’ with two citizen parents even though he was born in the foreign nation of Panama.

Until Obama was declared the Democrat Nominee independent and write-in candidates couldn’t really file complaints because the issue within the Democrat Party was not “ripe”. In other words, then Sen. Hillary Clinton would have been the best example from within the Democrat party to take a stand against Obama’s eligibility. Now, Obama’s fixed Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, was indeed a Co-Sponsor of McCain’s Res. 511. Not only was the valuable media ‘race card’ fixed (which raised its ugly head with Donald Trump in May of 2011), but so was Sen. Once Obama cleared the entire Democrat Party his lock was sealed because Republicans had just nominated McCain as their nominee. Anyone not challenging McCain’s Eligibility would or could be called a racist for challenging Obama’s eligibility, and no one knew it better than the 2008 Republican U.S. Senators.

Days prior to McCain being made the nominee McCain v. Judy was filed in the Nevada Federal District Court challenging McCain’s qualifications according to the precepts of Supreme Court Precedent case Minor v. Happersett that maintained without question ‘natural born citizens’ being those whom were born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents, and an Emergency Motion was made in that case against Obama before he was sworn in that featured the case being argued by esq. Phil Berg at the Supreme Court that was dismissed on ‘Standing’ failures.

Phil Berg was stuck and decidedly kept from including Cody Robert Judy in his argument to the U.S. Supreme Court, although Judy had filed Amicus Curiae to him, it was never docketed.

After 3 years, Donald Trump was used to flush the Birther Movement once and for all, uniquely positioned as a Republican who had never held office, with the majority of his contribution money going to Democrats. Trump was rewarded June 22, 2011, with an NBC whopping $130 million dollar contract for Apprentice following the April 27th, 2011 release of Obama’s long form fabrication in spite of NBC’s *Lawrence O’Donnell’s exacerbated cries of Trump as a racist.

Heading into the Birther Movement 2012 one will see things that didn’t exist in 2008 in the form of growth, evidence, charges, and organization and this is translating itself into support for comprehensive legal work and political maneuvering with Candidates, Lawyers, and a Citizen population, SuperPacs, and many Patriot Organizations galvanized on the common thread among 50 States; The United States Constitution, and specifically Article II, Sect. 1, Clause 5’s demanding qualifications for the President.

New Hampshire has prided itself in supporting the United States Constitution and being the first State Primary to set the pace as a small but significant force in politics. Business is anything but usual in the first post-colonial sovereign north eastern state with what looks to be the most comprehensive well written legal challenge, with Presidential Candidate Cody Robert Judy representing STANDING in running as a Democrat, to remove Obama off the Ballot in front of the New Hampshire’s Supreme Court with the Primary still a month away.

Support for this action has come from thousands of hours of volunteers and contributors from Patriots all across the United States and its twin action has already been filed in the Georgia Federal District Court. One of the advantages of New Hampshire’s action is it’s at the State Supreme Court Level already with Candidates who have been kept off the ballot by Democrat Operatives for Obama shamefully representing a very small tent in the previously heralded big tent of the Democrat Party.

Everything is on those two videos I sent you. I spoke with Orly last night on the phone and was angry because she wrote in that email that my 'felony' was a problem, and so Leah Lax was better.

I told her you should know more than anyone, that "justice" doesn't always come out in a court of law. I have made video, wrote a book, and blogged myself to death on this. If you can't take the facts I present in the videos and run with them in defense to anyone who attacks me, then I can understand your frustration.

In one of the videos I said, I was convicted of aggravated burglary, however its a unlawful conviction. I know more than anyone how damaging it can be when the 'media' is bought and paid for. Ask yourself if someone deserves the right to 'evidense' used against them in a court of law? Ask yourself if someone deserves the right of separation between church and state if they are being charged, or in my case 'framed'? Ask yourself if the Judge who was a Bishop of the LDS Church directly under the line of authority of Howard W. Hunter at that time the leader of the LDS Church, who I interrupted was not out of line not to recuse himself? Ask yourself why I fired my Defense Attorneys twice and took my case clear to the U.S. Supreme Court for evidense, the 'Church Copyrighted" , the State Had and used in my case, but refused to give me?

This is all in my book which I've encouraged anyone who 'wonders' about this to at least read, to see the evidence. I've made it easy also for people to see the evidence in videos and so forth. The bottom line Pam, I had no weapon whatsoever, was framed so nefariously and was trapped in a system that didn't give a shit about the Constitution.

The thing I was upset about Orly over, was saying that having a felony on your record was somehow a disqualifier, which it is not. Our Constitution makes it very clear in U.S.C. Amend XV 'rights of citizens shall not be abridged on account of race,color,or previous condition of servitude'.

When people say 'felones' can't vote its a damn lie, they can outside of the system and pay taxes too. Some States allow absentee ballots on Federal Elections of those who are even incarcerated. One in five Americans now on parole, probation, or in prison is a huge percentage of our population, which I've studied a great deal finding its an empire building system that is being used to virtually black mail appropriations with the threat of releasing violent offenders. Its a crying shame.

Anyway, I told Orly in running for Public Office you should know these things, and when she said she wished I had told her, I about flipped out on her because she and I had this exact conversation over a year ago when I was running for the U.S. Senate. I explained, "Orly you should know that you can be "right" and take it to the U.S. Supreme Court and if they don't think it affects enough people you won't get heard"

Finally, we should not be too harsh on those who having been accused of a crime have paid the penalty. Its over, when someone has paid the penalty. Its not right to expect someone to keep paying the freight on a package that has been paid for allready is it?

Even the P&E story that was done on me has mentioned my conviction, the thing that is less talked about is the unlawful prosecution and the biased media coverage. We, the general public, have learned a great deal about a biased media with Obama when we used to think everything in print was 'gospel', well biased media in my case was a real factor.

There is very few newspaper articles that detail the lines of Church and State in a criminal proceeding being violated, rights of evidence refused to the public and the accused, and biased Judges not recusing themselves and not being sensored for it; why do you suppose ALL of these happened in my case? They are facts, that have been swept under the carpet just like Obama's ineligibility!

I spent 3018 days in prison and no lawyer cared, no one cared about the injustice that was happening. I won't go silently into the abyss and we won't let Obama roll over our Constitution. I know more then anyone, except maybe Orly Taitz because she's lived in Russia and understands what happens to a system corrupted with communism, what the deprivation of our Constitution means exactly!

In an email I sent her I said something to the affect that " our past have brought us an understanding of why this fight is so important". I certainly meant her experience in Russia and mine in Prison.

Can you imagine being hauled off to a FEMA Camp? There with no rights, no charges, and no constitution... you might experience what I went through. I fight this fight because I know, I've experienced it.

Of course no one cares until it effects them personally, then they all will clamor for the Constitution but it might not be there to save them. I fight for the very rights of the people who accuse me, and don't want my Constitutional rights upheld.

Near 6,000 Soldiers have been killed in Iraq and America has paid out nearly a Trillion dollars for that war. Politicians say we did a lot of good, and our interest justified that, however America's future generations should not have to endure indentured servitude , nor America's hard earned tax dollars squandered on something less than a citizenry willing to incorporate our U.S. Constitution. A war duty tax of natural and mineral resources and the facilities in which they are produced or refined upon foreign soils is fair to the defense used to liberate foreign peoples up to a 35% gratuity until war debt is paid starting with Iraq, Afghanistan, and Libya. Foreign countries are getting in the habit of draining the U.S. as their police force for a gang called Al Qaeda and the word Democracy. While we support freedom and liberty here under our Constitution as a Republic, we should also respect the sovereignty of other nations, and these other nations we are sending so much money into are highly unlikely to adopt our Constitution. Why should we trade one dictator for a legislature in place likely to do the same thing, and not demand our hard earned tax dollars back?

Every time we turn around the Federal Government is declaring a National Park in Utah or some other state. Land is taken without just compensation. That's not right. With balance America would soon be out of debt responsibly unleashing our natural resources encouraging greater freedom and liberty among our people. While Government has been used to tie up these resources from the people in many ways, I think the government can be used to encourage businesses here in America in working towards the value standard increase of our dollar.

America’s borders perpetrated by illegal aliens abroad, shall, by any means necessary to maintain the dictate of Independence and liberty, be secured by the use of her military ingenuity and intelligence of deadly force. A nation without borders is no nation at all, and the security of our borders is every bit as important as any foreign war in the Middle East. Through America’s Conservative values and faithful citizenry, we can be a happy people. Debt has made us miserable, stifled our charity, dampened the hope of future generations, and cost us far greater heart ache. We need to figure out ways to repay our debts responsibly rather than war. While our jobs have been shipped overseas and corporations have found cheaper labor abroad, America is paying the price 2 over, with no jobs, and in purchasing foreign goods. This doesn't even make sense and we are definitely on the road to bankruptcy. As we have seen banks bailed out, city and state governments are on a very fine line to throwing their hands up to the Federal Government and asking for bailouts also. Without any steam to move forward, we will find ourselves sliding back. I think it is more important to get out of the way of the small steam engines of enterprising small businesses that can literally double in 1 year, then to fund a top heavy Federal Government.

America, I promise you I would work very hard to find positive solutions for solvency. I just know we can lead in this effort and with conservative principles; we can achieve and sustain a better quality of life then this massive debt we are seeing. By reducing capital gains tax, and literally allowing many of the federal income tax dollars to be kept in the pockets of the citizens, positive incentives can be seen by businesses here immediately, spurring the growth we need and creating incentives for jobs to come home. Restoring the Constitutional integrity of our Country is paramount to turning the economy around and there is no doubt this will require your faith.

Why don't you show some respect and capitalize "Representatives"? These elected officials were elected by the people in their communities. They also swore oaths to the Constitution.

UNPRECEDENTED ELIGIBILITY STATES RIGHTS FIGHT

In an unprecedented constitutional move Democrat Candidate for President of the United States- Cody Robert Judy has teamed up with Dr. Orly Taitz Esq. in rolling out the red carpet for the Constitutional demand for a Natural Born Citizen and spotlighting the ineligibility of Barack Obama to meet that requirement in virtually every State of the Union contesting every Democrat Primary and Caucus in the United States in the 2012 Elections.

What makes this unprecedented in history? While the Federal Government has a jurisdiction over federal elections it is the States that ultimately make up the entire Federal Government and have power over candidates in the “ballot access” , and nowhere is that more apparently expressed than in U.S.C. Article X.

“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

Every one of the 50 States has a State Elections Office wherein a challenge can be made to the individual State on the merits of Barack Obama’s eligibility and in most cases these are handled by an Attorney General of that State, or some Elections Law Commission designated by the States Legislature to by a type of Super Committee of elections.

These Election Law Commissions or authorized Committees are duly charged to screen candidates asking to be included on Primary Ballots and Caucuses. This could be the first place a candidate is vetted by a legal represented authority of the people after the candidate has declared him/herself a candidate to the Federal Election Commission.

What are candidates screened or vetted for at this level? They are screened and vetted for eligibility of the particular office they want to be elected to, and most often the Commission or State Elections Office, Secretary of State, or authorized individual charged with the task of accepting a candidates Declaration of Candidacy stating they are eligible also receive the money or fee from the candidate called for by the State to be included on the ballot of the State Primary.

Candidates at this level are indeed subject to Complaints and Objections as to the candidate’s legal or Constitutional qualifications set forth by law and most often these are directly sent to the States Attorney General’s Office for delegation of the Complaint to the body set forth by the State Legislatures for handling such complaints.

For example in New Hampshire the site of the first State Primary, Secretary of State William Gardner or his designee has removed at leasttwo candidates from previous New Hampshire ballots for constitutional ineligibility: Abdul K. Hassan, Esq., a naturalized citizen born in Guyana, and Sal Mohamed, who was born in Egypt and was naturalized as a citizen in 1983.

While most States grant ballot access to a candidate on face value, in other words they don’t question a candidates declarations, ballot access does not preclude litigation from proper plaintiffs to remove a candidate’s name from the ballot if the candidate does not satisfy the qualification for, in this case, President of the United States.

The term “proper plaintiffs” has been designated by the courts, by many dismissals of Barack Obama eligibility cases in 2008, to mean having proper standing or in other words, “a candidate for the same office”.

In the “Primary Stage of an Election” standing would be most importantly accepted fact to someone from the same Party, as it could be argued a challenge from a candidate from another party is not ripe for argument until the challenging candidate was indeed made the nominee of his/her respective Party.

One way to understand this is to picture a horserace and understand that when a jockey is weighed with his tack no less than a certain amount of weight can be placed upon a horse to make the race fair. If for example one horse was carrying 119 pounds and another horse 109 pounds the horse that is carrying the least amount of weight would have an advantage.

Of course the entire general audience can’t fit into a place to see every jockey weighed, so it comes to be that other jockeys can object to each other in front of the official standing in front of the scale. They have proper standing as they have entered and in such have paid the price to race. They stand to lose the most by an ‘unfair race’ to someone who has defiled the rules.

Rewind: 2008 the Democrat Party was plain and simply overwhelmed or beset by Barack Obama due in large part to Republican Candidate Sen. John McCain who was bestowed Non-binding U.S. Senate Resolution 511 co-sponsored by Sen. Hillary Clinton and Sen. Barack Obama and voted “yes” on by every Republican U.S. Senator save one: Sen. John McCain.

Evidence would support the fix for Obama was in already and Sen. Hillary Clinton knew all about it because she had nothing to gain from Sen. Res. 511, and Sen. Barack Obama had everything to gain by it namely the “Race Card”. If a single U.S. Senator raised his voice against Barack Obama’s Eligibility the “racist tag” would be so clear and present no elected official could stand it because of the Bestowed 511 McCain received, and no unelected official candidate either as was the case with Donald Trump who at one time had garnered the favor of 75% of the Republicans.

If McCain was given the pass on his Congressional Honorable Mention as a Natural Born Citizen born in the foreign nation of Panama, and Obama were questioned about his father being a Citizen from Kenya, East Africa, the major difference between McCain and Obama would be pounced on: “Color”.

Rather than lick their wounds and realize the war dog had become a whore dog to the Constitution, Republicans doubled down and bit their tongue hoping for a comeback in 2012.

This all happened in 2008 with the exception of one Presidential Candidate who ran as a conservative write-in: Cody Robert Judy. Cody sued Sen. John McCain first and the entire Republican National Committee and then he included Sen. Barack Obama before the 2008 candidates were even made nominees’ of the respective parties.

However the process of the 2008 Election Primaries were over when Mr. Judy filed his suit against McCain, although the timing could have been argued as perfect for standing because McCain was made the Republican Nominee 3 days after the suit was filed and Mr. Judy was not running as a Republican.

Fast forward: 2012 the Primaries have not begun but are set to begin in 1 month set first is the Iowa Caucus Jan. 3rd, and then New Hampshire’s first-in-the-nation-Primary January 10th, 2011 and the Democrat Party is set up for a collision with Cody Robert Judy running against Barack Obama as a “proper Plaintiff” filing complaint after complaint in every single state and what better attorney to represent the Constitutions fight then Orly Taitz. Why America needs more than Mitt Romney as President?

Why Mitt Romney Would Not Be A Good President

Much has been said about Mitt Romney as the developing candidate of the Republican Party and why he would be a good President. Personally, I don’t think, “It’s his turn”, is any reason to vote for someone as President, because sooner or later it would be Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger turn, Sen. Marco Rubio’s turn, or even Glenn Beck’s turn, though the latter would be more constitutionally qualified than the formers.`

Opponents on Mitt’s right, even more so than on his left, seem determined to continue the assault upon the former Governor of Massachusetts and Salt Lake City, Utah Olympic turnaround C.E.O “Mitt-Romney-Tender” over his flip-flopping ways. But hey, a coin or a dollar’s assessment is made valuable by both the heads and the tails of it.

Proponents of Mitt Romney like to exploit the fact that because he has flip-flopped on many issues, he would appeal to the conservative democrats and independents, and by that means perhaps gain favor in a general elections, thereby making flip-flopping a positive incentive for all candidates.

That said the dream I had last night ( 11-29-2011) makes more sense than all of these and I believe it points to the truth of why Mitt Romney would not be a good President. The dream seemed to come as an intelligence report more than a scene or a play.

‘Mitt Romney would not be a good president because of his temperament. Although Mitt would be invaluable in a key position of any administration such as in Labor, Commerce, HUD, or the Treasury Departments, more is needed when it comes to being President.”

Mitt Romney’s work for Bain Capital, the Salt Lake City Olympics had to do with trimming the fat or finding the excess and he was good at that because he is exceptional at dotting the I’s and crossing the T’s of detail in a micro managerial way, but more is needed to be President in the temperament department and that’s a weakness of Mitt Romney and not one we need right now as President.

Personally, I’ve never met Mitt Romney but I’ve heard of rumored nasty outburst that happened at the Salt Lake City Olympics, and I saw the way he acted when Gov. Rick Perry TX., interrupted him in debates, and I think these would classify the pugnacious disposition I’m referring to.

Now the reason I thought that this ‘intel’ dream was interesting is because “Temperament” does reflect in a direct way to a person’s actions in leadership capacity. While I related I’ve never met Gov. Romney, he’s never met me either, but he knows who I am as a Mormon.

Protesting the leadership capacities of the Mormon Church Hierarchy I spent nearly a decade in prison in Utah, not because I physically assaulted or maimed anyone, or destroyed or took property that wasn’t mine, or even brandished a weapon. I simply stood up and said I don’t think your being honest leaders.

I demonstrated my protest and feelings with a “Book Of Mormon” that is abbreviated B.O.M. in a LDS Religious or Mormon Fireside Meeting, standing up in that meeting, and taking a stand for my beliefs on where they were going wrong. Of course I was Mormon at the time and felt obliged as long as I was, to voice my opinion which I had tried to do earlier in the week less spectacularly but found myself rudely recognized.

Of course my interruption of the meeting made the people of the Mormon Faith angry at me because they do think their leaders are directed by God, and can’t make any mistakes. They were so angry with me they lost their tempers and beat me and assaulted me. This was all recorded on Tape the LDS Presidency has copyrighted.
The “Temper” part of Temperament that is bad happens when equanimity has lost its place in composure of the United States Constitution. My incarceration was unlawful based upon insubordination of Constitutional Rights not given to us by the Constitution but defended by the Constitution.

One might ask is it a sin to ‘protest’ a wrong, or be convicted of protesting by a mutiny of the Constitution? Well, I think you probably understand the point of my saying my case was an ‘unlawful prosecution’ in Criminal Courts, although the Church Discipline of excommunication was completely within the lawful bounds of the religion.

Perfect examples don’t come along often, but when they do, they should be shouted as precedent.

Now if Gov. Mitt Romney says his Mormon Faith or ties or obedience to his Religious leaders would never be compromised in the position of United States President, and we know of a case where in the Religious Leaders of the LDS Church were in collaboration with the Civil Authorities in the Constitutions protections of rights of evidence of the accused in a criminal proceeding, wouldn’t it be fair to expect Gov. Romney to side for the Constitution in such a case, even if it angered his religious leaders?

Has Gov. Romney acted for the Constitution in his Mormon Faith, or against it in my case? Well, he’s certainly aware of my case, just as he is aware of the case that Barack Obama is not a natural born citizen by Obama’s own revelation that his father is not a U.S. Citizen on his long form birth certificate. Mitt Romney’s campaign received every press release I ever sent out in his 2008 campaign for President while I sued Sen. John McCain and Sen. Barack Obama.

In defense of the Constitution Governor Romney’s response to his personal knowledge of my case within his own Religious Faith’s bounds, and his personal knowledge of Barack Obama’s not being a natural born citizen have what in common? Silence: These are the tough questions he should be asked in debate.

Silence in defense of the United States Constitution is not something that is required by the oath of the President. However, Silence in defense of the Constitution might well be described as a prerequisite for the hope and change of the progression of communism or Totalitarianism, or perhaps even a Theocracy such as is the desire of the radical jihad known in parts of the Middle East as Islam’s Sharia Law.

Here in America we are a mixing pot of religions and our Constitution declares Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion. Mitt Romney’s silence in my case shows his temperament for respect of the Constitution.

Silence in these cases I’ve outlined is the attribution of rebelliousness and harm of the Constitution, and I forthwith do not portend that as a useful character in the office of the President of the United States who is sworn to uphold, protect, and defend the Constitution as the Leader of the freedom and liberty of America. The ripening of a leader in America may well come from America’s dysfunction rather than its elite function. That is why America doesn’t need Mitt Romney as the next President.

Sure the President has to submit budgets and recommendations to Congress, and no doubt the President’s job is a tough job, but many people have forgotten the number one job of the President is to preserve and protect and defend the Constitution because it provides the opportunity of America all of our rights listed in the Constitution defend. That is also why Barack Obama is a walking talking violation of the Constitution and the very rights and opportunity of all America.

This election is about our Constitution, and the Constitution is about the health of our economy. Gov. Mitt Romney may be able to help our Economy, but he has not been a fierce defender of our Constitution and that has everything to do with being a good President.

Upon watching the entire hearing I was moved to tears at the points made by every witness, and thought Orly conducted her presentation very well. After hearing that all the Election Law Committee were Democrats, I wish she had "rubbed" in the fact, just a little, that she had a Democrat Presidential Candidate who wasn't blind to the Constitutional Requirements of President, and that there decision reflects a loss of revenue towards the Primary Ballot with my boycott of the Primary as long as the Constitution has been removed from their favor in a bias of racism!

If their duty towards the Constitution in upholding the natural born citizen qualifications for President as the standard for being eligible for the New Hampshire Primary Ballot has been defeated, we are sadly left with the ugly truth of their duty towards racism being upheld as the basis of their decision. Racism is the belief that inherent different traits in human racial groups justify discrimination.

Their discrimination towards me in favor of Barack Obama's eligibility has no Constitutional backing. They therefore show in their actions the telling signs of racism against me. Discrimination is the unequal treatment of individuals. The unequal standard of allowing Barack Obama on the primary ballot with proof he is not a natural born citizen by the measure of his own release of long form birth certificate showing his father as a Kenya, East African Citizen is therefore racial prejudice, against the standard I am held to.

Prejudice is an attitude, however when it results in an action such as the Election Law Commission's taken against me, it becomes discrimination and allowing Obama on the Ballot with indifference to me is based if you will on "reverse racism" rather than the Constitution.

This is a very sad day in the fight for equality under the standards of our Constitution. This is clearly motivated as a cruelty towards equality in the United States of America, hostile towards and causing harm upon our Constitution by the very people entrusted to defend the Standard.

DOJ Election Trust Demands New Hampshire Revisit Obama on Primary Ballot‏

Dear New Hampshire DOJ Election Law:

Thank you, for your consideration of my letter/complaint. I am a candidate for office in the same party, and the same position as Barack Obama. Thus the argument of partisan politics does not enter into consideration of my complaint.

First let me say, I knew Mrs. Orly Taitz would have the problem of the Law Commission 11-18-2012, 2 pm hearing, saying they did not have jurisdiction over criminal matters when she brought up the alleged Social Security Number fraud and Fraudulent or Forged long form Birth Certificate.

However let me say, cooler thought prevailing, the criminal aspect of the allegations need not be considered to warrant prohibition on the Primary Ballot in the interest of protecting the Voter in the Primary Election from wasting a vote on a constitutionally unqualified candidate.

I hope my letter/complaint exhibits Barack Obama by his own release of his long form B.C. showed all of us, he was not eligible by the standards of a Natural Born Citizen showing his father is not a Citizen of the United States but is listed as an "Kenya ,East Africa" Citizen at the time of Obama's birth.

Of course this is in no way exhibited as a "racially prejudice fact", but as a "disqualification fact" that is based on demand of our Constitution's requirements for President, and this is the Supreme Law of the Land. These facts afford a removal from the Primary Ballot with the burden of further deliberation or review upon the candidate Barack Obama.

Obama holds by his own record and release of his Long Form Birth Certificate naturally a dual loyalty of inherited citizenship, which is forbidden by our Constitutions expressed demands for president as a Natural Born Citizen. This is a national security concern of voting citizens.

It does not need to be proven that it is forged or fraudulent. Obama's Released Long form birth certificate appeals to the hard facts as prohibitory for running as a qualified candidate, or holding, the office of President. If the intent of the Ballot Law Commission's review is to prohibit unqualified candidates from the ballot in the interest of the qualifying standards of office demanded by We The People through our Constitution, Obama's release of his long form birth certificate is where the facts come from that disqualifies him, and my witness stands against his qualification.

One interesting note to read regarding the Ballot Law Commission's Review:

This is a absolute powerfully corrupt statement, as it places the review of decisions out of jurisdiction of the Judicial Branch's Court of law including the United States Supreme Court, while at the same time leaving the "Primary Voter" without an Appeal to very important and pertinent information that includes election law and fact meant to protect the integrity of actual qualified candidates as myself, and more importantly the trust that voters give in the hope they can at the very least participate in Democracy's Beacon of hope for the world, voting in the Primary for an actual qualified candidate.

Facts are hard to deny that are actually given by the Candidate to the Ballot Law Commission. Barack Obama need not agree whether forged or fraudulent facts; for that is not the issue. The issue, we all agree on: Obama has given these set of facts contained in his long form birth certificate, and from this, any decision allowing him on a Primary Ballot is knowingly presenting as a choice an unqualified candidate to Primary voters.

Knowingly presenting an unqualified candidate to Primary voters would be considered a dereliction of duty of the Ballot Law Commission.

You also have a point of entry and trust that needs to be considered by the Legislatures of New Hampshire, and the DOJ of New Hampshire, regarding the integrity of the voting system as an agent to justice, our Constitution, and the Republic for which we stand.

I hope my complaint to the DOJ in New Hampshire won't fall on deaf ears, and they will see the cracks in the side walk that need to be repaired.

Hearing is scheduled Friday at 2 p.m. in Room 307 of the New Hampshire Legislative Office Building, and
Cody Robert Judy-D Candidate for President, joining Taitz (Petitioner) demands removal of Obama from the New Hampshire Primary ballot.

On October 11,2011 William M. Gardner, New Hampshire Secretary of State, issued a statement regarding the importance of the New Hampshire Primary stating "It is probably the most important political decision each of us makes because our choice can affect the lives and happiness of ourselves and our children for years into our future."

Regarding the vital role of smaller states he elaborated New Hampshire’s primary since 1916 is first for a reason and said, "Worse yet, if a national primary was held, or if the role of small states was eliminated, only the very rich or famous candidates would be able to put on the major campaigns needed for victory or to exceed expectations".

One vital way that we preserve our democracy is to have an election system that allows for the long-standing American dream to come about that just about anyone can grow up to be President of the United States, and that our boys and girls going to school now could feel that our Constitutional Qualifications for President held in the U.S. Constitution are just as affective preserving their chances in the future as it did in1787.

The keys of our Commander-In-Chief are exclusively rewarded to only those who are Natural Born Citizens, or who were Citizens at the time of the adoption of our Constitution in 1787. The distinction of Citizen and Natural Born Citizen clearly made within the Constitution itself. The only other requirement is that of being 35 yrs of age and 14 years a resident within the U.S., which I do hereby present myself as to being qualified for as I was born in Idaho Falls, Idaho in 1965 to parents who were also generationally natural born citizens.

In 2008 I ran as a Write-In Candidate for President and filed suit in the Federal Court of Las Vegas, Nevada against Sen. John McCain and included Sen. Barack Obama in that law suit Judy v. McCain. I am familiar with the 'partisan politics' represented and the malign of our Constitution's requirements of Qualification for President into the slippery slope of racism which threatens to divide our country.

With that said, I represent the same fortitude and resolve that our Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land; our United States intact, and the Qualification demands as well in tact by the fact that nothing has been remitted or repealed by the required two thirds of both Houses of Congress enumerated in Article V, as to the Presidents Qualifications in Article 2, Section 1, Clause 5.

To this I witness by the power of my testimony, with standing as a Presidential Candidate that Barack Obama's own public release of his long form birth certificate, prohibits his running for President, or his occupation of said office even at this moment of time. He is not a Natural Born Citizen, which even by United States Supreme Court precedent in Minor v. Happersett acknowledges the definition of being born in the United States to citizen parents.

I acknowledge herein my desire to enter into the New Hampshire Primary as a Candidate for President, by said entry date of the 3rd Friday of November, 2011 upon the confirmation by The New Hampshire Ballot Law Commission that the Constitution's requirements are still in effect, and Barack Obama is prohibited from the New Hampshire Primary as a qualified candidate.

If this matter is extended by lawful decision, I herein also request that an extension of my entry fee of $1,000 be extended for the decision, or in lieu of merit are extended until after the Primary if necessary. For it is my only desire to enter a constitutionally legal Primary, and that such would clearly uphold the U.S. Constitution, in a Presidential Candidates Qualification, is reasonable expectation.

If the matter, by your decision, is to allow Barack Obama on the Primary Ballot of New Hampshire when he clearly by his own represented record is not a natural born citizen qualified under the Constitution's guidelines and Supreme Court Case precedent, then of course standards so long upheld and extolled by New Hampshire's own Secretary of State are null and void, as well the reputation held in high esteem of New Hampshire's Primary since 1916, nearly 100 years of its States tradition.

By this I adjoin my complaint to Mrs. Orly Taitz complaint by my own accord and witness herein freely and by my own liberty.
