CIA Columbia Obama Trial - Little People doing BIG Things for America

Today May 14th,2013 marks the 3rd Anniversary of the CIA COLUMBIA OBAMA SEDITION AND TREASON TRIAL held in Harlem, New York in 2010 in which I testified as a Presidential Candidate in 2008 against the qualifications of Sen. John McCain and Sen. Barack Obama and submitted my evidence documented in the Federal District Court of Las Vegas, Nevada. (Examiner Rpt Day 4) Also coincidentally or not, the State of Israel was born May 14th,1948.

Now I have a serious question for you I want you to consider while you read this. Why is/was this Trial important in relation to what is happening now? I'll answer this at the bottom but meantime I want you to think of the differences of "Peace Advocates v. War Mongering".

This really was a historical event I believe was happening in America and I had a dream where I saw I was apart of it and had gone back to New York and had shown up just in time for the trial. I recall sending Dr./Pastor James David Manning an email conveying the fact I had run as a write-in candidate in 2008 and had taken Sen. McCain to court because he was not born in America and was not a natural born citizen.

September 3rd,2008 I filed and served the law suit upon Sen. McCain and the Republican National Committee ( Judy v. McCain ), which was about 2 days before McCain was formally made the nominee,I felt as a conservative there was a duty to appeal and clean house.

Its a good reminder to note that Sen. H. Clinton and Sen. Obama were very much locked up in a battle royal for the Democrat Nomination and no one knew yet who it was going to be as their fight went clear through the Summer to June 7th,2008 when Hillary conceded the nomination.

Phil Berg filed against Obama August 21st,2008 and was denied in U.S. Supreme Court Jan 12,2009 denied of standing. I did file an Amicus Curia in that case to the U.S. Supreme Court which was not docketed or returned to me. As we waited to hear what was happening in the Berg v. Obama case I filed the actual appeal to the U.S. Supreme's to my Federal Court District Judge, who denied ruling on my case until after the election was over, ruling my case 'moot' because McCain had been defeated.

The race card was quickly picked up by the media and used for Obama in the question of his 'natural born citizen' qualification to be President and it worked well, accept in my case where I had sued McCain first. The news media wanted nothing to do with my case and had little to stand on accept to hide my 2012 action against Obama that also went to the U.S. Supreme Court, or when I sat in the witness box and under oath testified in the 2010 CIA COLUMBIA OBAMA TRIAL in 2010.

To my knowledge this has never been done in America before and represented a precedent of one candidate for President taking the stand against another candidate in a TRIAL. It was well known in 2010 that "Standing" had been the judicial review arrow that had shot down all cases against Obama. Therefore, it was prevalent on the mind of those conducting the trial in New York.

I did not know if I would be called to the stand, or wither my testimony would even be used at all. It was really a test of faith for me. As I had $600 in my pocket and begin the journey from Nevada to New York with my faithful dog Cosmo and my trailer hooked to my Saturn Vue which I slept in to save the expense of motels. We stayed and showered at truck stops along the way.

Wayne Allyn Root,a Vice Presidential nominee of the Libertarian Party in 2008 and also in the same graduating class as Obama claimed to have been in at Columbia University, at the last minute had withdrawn from his participation. Witnesses were bailing from the trial left and right one of which was Orly Taitz, a prominent figure at the time with in the Birther Movement who had a case going in California, and had promised to conduct questioning for the prosecution. This put Dr./Pastor James David Manning in a very peculiar place.

I had traveled out to New York on my own dime and nothing more than faith in the dream I'd had that I would be showing up to the trial just on time and that my testimony would confirm "standing", which is to say I had been hurt and had a legal grievance that contained actual damages to my Presidential Race/Candidacy rather than being simply a person who was hurt by their ability not to vote for a qualified candidate as Phil Berg a Democrat had voiced.

When I arrived in Harlem, New York I felt like a country boy that was out of place. Maybe a little Crockadile Dundee if you recall that movie.

I'd had an a couple of emails and one phone call with Pastor Manning who told me to come out if I could, but also had no idea his "candidate" witness and lead prosecutor/lawyer weren't showing up. I arrived in Harlem the day before the trial started and dived right in volunteering, with my little bit of construction savvy, by designing and building the jury box meant to raise the jurors up about six inches off the floor.

Of course Pastor Manning had no idea of my destitute circumstances and the gas had been much more then I had expected pulling my trailer clear across the Nation. Yet, there I was making the most of my being there designing, headed to the Home Depoe for 2x4's, plywood, screws, and rope to hang big screen TV's out the windows because of limited seating in the Church.

Taken Day 2 at The Columbia Obama Sedition and Treason Trial- Cody Robert Judy testifies under oath.

The Joshua March, (called such in a symbolic Biblical reference of Joshua's march around Jericho where Israel marched around the walls of Jericho for 7 days and on the 7th day Marched 7 times around and the Walls came down), that was conducted each day after the Trial proceedings was really quite amazing to be part of. People of all race and colors holding hands joined in a Constitutional Bond as Americans.

We marched around Columbia University which had laid out the false propaganda of Obama's attendance there, and witnessed in the Trial were some 400 political science students of Obama's class including Wayne Allan Root and ABC Reporter George Stephanopoulos who never saw or knew of Obama there.

Remember this all happened before Sheriff Joe's Cold Case Posse found the evidence of fraud and forgery on Obama's long form birth certificate released from the White House and handed out by Obama. The results of this Cold Case Posse was submitted in Court first by myself in Georgia's State Court, which then went to Georgia's State Supreme Court, and was for the very first time submitted on the record of the United States Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 reported here by CBS 5 News in Arizona.

Now just 3 years later we see how many people would have been very grateful if Congress had done their job in upholding the Constitution? Ambassador Chris Stevens and the 3 who died in Benghazi. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry might still be alive without the Cover-Ups Obama has become so well known for.

The CIA COLUMBIA OBAMA TRIAL has proven itself over and over and over again to be the trail blazer for what has been discovered and is a marker in history of We The People doing the BIG things in America.

Speaking of BIG THINGS HAPPENING? I'm reminded of the song I wrote and performed BIG THINGS HAPPEN EVERY DAY, that I think I'll leave you with. This song reminds me of Obama not being able to get away with it and away from We The People.

Now to answer that question at the top I asked you to think about. Why is/was the CIA Columbia Obama Sedition and Treason Trial important?

Well, this morning I thought as I listened to Glenn Beck's commercials for his book "Control", "Look at what's happening to our Country". Congress is all in a tizzy about the 2nd Amendment and we have to have gone through some kind of a record on gun purchases in this country at the same time as many cities in America are ramping up the laws on firearms and ammunition. This is tantamount to beating the war drums... or in effect "war-mongering".

Who has been apposed to Obama's eligibility and qualification flat out denying that it was important and that is was Constitutional law? The Media - Radio Show Host - TV Broadcast Companies and our Government- Congress - the Courts.

This is the importance of The Birther Movement. It is an advocacy FOR the Law, not against it. You might say when the "law" fails, violence prevails". The importance of LAWS cannot be underestimated and devalued and ignored but what "violence" is advocated and pushed for.

I am so honored to have rubbed shoulders with everyone that has advocated "For the Law" of our Constitution instead of railed as a war-monger against it. I feel the blessings of Heaven because of this.

Now listen to your Media - listen to your favorite talk show host - listen to your Congress tell you "This isn't a Birther Thing and think to yourself, the Birther Thing is an Advocate for Law any opposition to it is War Mongering. Do I want my Country to descend into a WAR ZONE?

When your done, please, put your money where your mouth is. Glenn Beck made an excellent point today in challenging his audience to ask themselves "What have they done with their Voice.. their priesthood.. that others can't do because those w it are set apart. Use it or lose it? What in fact are you doing to advocate FOR THE LAW?

Are you jumping on the bandwagon of those who are pursuing peace advocating for the law or are you supporting war-mongers hoping for a gun battle in your neighborhood with your government?

Mothers of America - Salute to America's Bald Eagles

Reflecting on Mother's Day.

Mother's Day 2013 - It was a great day for me spent in a wonderful gratitude toward all Mothers. My heart was full of appreciation and love for all Mothers. I had a lot of self-reflection about how important so many women have been to me in my life. There aren't a lot of subjects that come close to making my heart swell so much as well as my tear ducts.

I thought of sharing just a few instances of the gratitude I felt yesterday.

The day begin in the morning as I woke up around 8am and immediately begin to ponder the condition of my own Mom. She's been cancer free for a year now but it seemed like yesterday she lay in the hospital at death door literally asking for its toll. I was looking at caskets thinking about how fast I could make one as she requested at one time from me because I've done a lot of wood work she's admired.

The decision for Chemo was one that was fraught with peril and against the advise from all outside family members especially when they circled the wagons and saw what kind of shape she was in. Calcium levels from the bone marrow entering her blood stream had reached her brain totally disabling her mind from reality and the only thing she could grasp a focus and a reality on was my sister and I.

Truly a testament of a Mother's love even the disease of lymphoma had not taken the ingrained fiber she held dearest of her children. It seemed that would remain in tact until her last breath. At 73 the prognosis for any kind of recovery after chemo is really predicated upon the person's ability before the cancer hit, but the doctors didn't know exactly what that was, only I did.

I distinctly remember the night I knelt down feeling the weight of my own Mother in my hands and thinking of her as a daughter of God, and the Doctor telling me if she didn't get chemo the 16 golf ball sized tumors she had distributed throughout her body would require her life.

What did God want for her? That was my question. If it was her time to pass I was comfortable in letting that happen and didn't want her to suffer. I was trying to handle it as objectively as possible and it was perhaps the first time in my life I looked at my Mother and tried to remove my selfishness for her and consider God's will was greater than my own.

When I awoke the dream I'd had was very fresh in my mind. I had dreamed of a BIG frying pan on the ground the sides of which matched my legs spread about 4 feet. I reached down and picked the frying pan up and it was unbelievably heavy and took all my strength but I did it. Like a weight lifter dead-lifting a bar again I heaved it up and it seemed a little lighter. Again and again and again I lifted the big frying pan and each time I did it got lighter and lighter and lighter.

Of course I could think of no better way to express in a parable form the process of going through chemo as it basically fry's your whole body as you ingest into your system the drugs meant to kill the destroying radicals in your body. This I knew was God's will for her.

After 8 chemo treatments about 2 weeks apart that were followed by 11 days of nupitan shots which required me to make a 100 mile trip to pick her up get her to the doctor take her back home and then return to my own place we were over-joyed to learn that she was cancer free and has been for a year now. My Mom seemed to emulate the courage and fierce proud nature of the American Bald Eagle.

It was difficult for me to sit across the table from her while we ate at her choice and favorite Chuck-A-Rama without my heart swelling and my tears wanting to burst out wondering about the miracle that sat across from me and the courage she'd had to continue through all the treatments.

In our table talk I related to her a few of the other friends I'd contacted during the day who were mothers with different stories everyone I related I choked out and was grateful not to be talking about in public due to my own emotion about the touching stories.

One friend had been all over the Nation away from her two children who were grown but had suffered many trials with the law and support. She text me that she was FINALLY blessed to be with BOTH her children at the same time. The ordeal she'd been through herself was enough to try the heart of anyone and I'd known of this struggle for years. How sweet her text was to me and how happy I was for her to experience that sweetness on Mother's Day.

Another friend who I text Happy Mother's Day hasn't had any children in her life, but she's cared for nieces and nephews and had other significant rolls with children. I wondered for a minute how a Happy Mother's Day might affect her personally but as I kept thinking about it the thoughts poured over me. She'd been the one person in my life who I could actually say had supported me whole heartedly in my campaign for President in 2012.

She was my political guru who constantly was there for me in the depths of the Campaign which seemed more like a suicide mission than a presidential campaign. One can only imagine the loneliness of taking Barack Obama to 2 state District Courts 2 State supreme courts and the United States Supreme Court twice along with making upwards of a 100 commercials and videos documenting the journey through the Spartan legal jungles and deserts of little to no support as a fellow candidate.

It was like walking through snake venom for over a year with neither Republicans or Democrats having anything good to say about it and the small percentage of those who did support the Constitution's demand for a natural born citizen being cordial but having little faith in my effort as a pro se litigant without expert or high priced professional attorneys familiar with the judicial road.

There was no other women in my life who I could talk politics with who was remotely interested. In my own family it was not a popular subject and any mention of it out of my mouth brought an iron curtain down or a brick wall up in disapproval, but she was always there like an guardian angel. Always offering kind words and remarking how much she admired me for the stand. I felt as I wished her Happy Mothers Day she had been a very worthy Mother to our Nation and the cause and principles of the Constitution along with the few supporters who had sent me a little support from all over the Nation at times I couldn't have gone on without and were so very appreciated.

My ex-wife who at 43 and two weeks before our marriage had walked in with me and had her IUD taken out and after 2 years had become pregnant resulting in our now near 4 year old son. When people are thinking about finishing raising their family we were starting a new one urged on by the distinct prodding of the spirit that whispered to us a very special soul was waiting for us to be his parents.

I can scarcely comprehend the courage it took for her to do that after she had 4 near grown kids already. Every time I contemplate her strength I am filled with admiration and appreciation every year as I am also with the mother of my other 3 grown children.

Truly the value of the mothers in our life's is known and born in sacrifice as is life also made possible by the fathers. We absolutely need both in our life's and without one or the other would not be here. I want to thank every mother in my life for the sweetest ability in nurturing and love ever shown to me. I am a very grateful man understanding that this Earth holds a reflection of my Heavenly Father and that somewhere in the Heavens there also is a mother-in-heaven watching over me and perhaps even inspiring the mother's love I have experienced so wonderfully.

Of course we are reminded about the bad things that happen every day and this Mother's Day was not without its tragedy with the 19 wounded in New Orleans which is heart breaking. Our hearts go out to the victims of this rampage yet I am reminded that the Mother's of this Nation have been chosen that represent such great courage as to endure to the end. I am so honored to look upon the Mothers of America realizing the spirit of independence, liberty, and freedom which runs through their veins of which I am apart.

May God Bless You in each and every trial you are called to go through. We stand and honor you every Mother's Day saluting the very fiber of your being as witnesses to not only the birth but the preservation of this Nation in your trust of the Constitution.

While the Constitution hangs by a hair it would be no surprise to me to see the Mother's of this Nation making the stand that with our Constitution freedom rings for them in ways they are not willing to give up without a fight. Hell has no fury like the American Mother who understands that without the Constitution she has been sold with her children because without the Law the power of women is reduced to that of the weaker of the sexes and with the law she has become and gained the respect she deserves.

Will former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton go on an apology tour for assisting in creating greater hostilities towards the United States by the perpetrated lie to save Obama's Candidacy and the 2012 election?

With the Congressional "Benghazi" hearings again in the news from a year ago 9-11-2012, and three witnesses testifying today 5-8-2013, of the State Departments actual knowledge of the terrorist attacks and the "stand down " orders that were given, we have to wonder if Hillary Clinton will go on an apology tour for revving up openly hostile aggression towards the United States with the false flagged video proclamation.

Don't you remember the "hostility" created all over the world regarding the fabricated story of the State Department about the "video" being the reason for the "protest" to which Hillary Clinton signed on as a voice? The video posted below the post is there for any who have.

Its almost a sad thing when we recall other people lying to Congress- Bill Clinton on Monica. Richard Nixon -Nixon appointments secretary, was convicted of lying to the grand jury and of course we cant forget the biggest one Barack Obama's actually handing out a fraudulent long form birth certificate, which Congress and the Courts haven't had the nerve to stand up to yet. As Americans I ask you this, "At what cost?", and "Is your life worth the cover-up?".

In Congress now testifying are Mark Thompson, acting deputy assistant Secretary of State for counterterrorism; Greg Hicks, former deputy chief of mission in Libya; and Eric Nordstrom, former regional security officer in Libya.

According to Hicks, "everybody in the mission" believed it was an act of terror "from the get-go." But on Sept. 16 - five days after the attack - U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Susan Rice hit the Sunday show circuit, peddling the theory that the strike began "spontaneously" out of protests in Egypt and was not a premeditated terrorist act. Rice's spot on "Face the Nation" that day was preceded by the new president of Libya, Mohammed al-Magariaf, who said his government had "no doubt that this was pre-planned, predetermined."

Sept 16th, 2012 Reports fire up about the Protest caused and the hatred toward the United States intensifies as a result of these lies not only told to the American People but to the world.

Essentially what we are to garner from this is that Susan Rice through Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama actually formulated a plan to enrage foreign powers against America further putting Americans in harms way all across the world.

If Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama are the ones citing the rage to protect their political elections of respectfully 2016 and 2012, we see a direct link and more importantly a willingness to incite violence against America in order to protect their personal futures.

Again, as in my last post, the actions of deception of Barack Obama on his qualification for the Office of the President in the first place and the action of someone who is not qualified we'd expect to lead or chair such violence against the United States People should be handled by Congress according to USC Amendement 14, Sect 3.

SECTION 3.

No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any state, who, having previously taken an oath ( Obama did as a U.S. Senator), as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any state legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any state, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same,(lying about his identity and providing false documents to the American People in the White House)(The actions of inciting riots in wrongful prosecution towards the United States knowingly creating hostilities as happened in Benghazi) or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

With the D's trying to turn this into a political fight with the R's America can see why an Independent Party might be able to solve problems a little better. To me its sad that we as Americans might be fearful of our own protection based upon the party of politics we belong to. If I were stating as Chris Stevens did "We are Under Attack" the last place I'd want to look is in the White House, but apparently that's where Americans should be looking.

I think as Americans we should hope that the change we need in Washington is one of mutual consideration and that we don't "Stand Down" because we Stand Up. In Taking A Stand we are unique in the world, and our independence should be kept.

Answer:
You may be right, however O's shown a real capacity to do a lot in a short time. Look at Obamacare done in 1 year. The reason I think this eligibility stand and Constitutional Principle is important, and that it is handled in Court which is now in Alabama Supreme Court where by chance two of the Supreme there have stated Obama's shown nothing proving his eligibility, is that it goes down the same road.

“The highest law in this country is not the order of the Supreme Court of the U.S., not the order of the commander in chief, or any subordinate officer,” Judge Roy Moore said. So we have a Supreme Court Justice in Alabama now who understands in this sentence that we are a Nation of Laws, and those in authority positions are not exempted from the law as Obama thinks he is in the Constitutions demand for a natural born citizen.

“The same thing applies in the military as in the judicial system,” he explained. “The Constitution is the supreme law of the land, it’s not the order of a higher officer, not the order of a judge.”
In a 2010 interview with WND, Moore said he’d seen no convincing evidence that Obama is a “natural born citizen” and a lot of evidence that suggests he is not.

“This is the strangest thing indeed,” he said. “The president has never produced [evidence] in the face of substantial evidence he was not born in our country. People are accepting it blindly based on their feelings, not on the law.”

Another Alabama Supreme Court Justice wrote in a previous case on eligibilty “Mclnnish has attached certain documentation to his mandamus petition, which, if presented to the appropriate forum as part of a proper evidentiary presentation, would raise serious questions about the authenticity of both the ‘short form’ and the ‘long form’ birth certificates of [President] Barack Hussein Obama that have been made public.”

The certain documentation” Parker refers to is the findings of an investigation conducted by Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio which I also submitted to the United States Supreme Court for the first time in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 that came up through the Georgia State and then Georgia Supreme Court to rest in SCOTUS and which has not received ANY Justice signed dismissal or Justice rendered decision from the highest court. We just don't know if they have reviewed it or if a Court Clerk got to it before the Justices could see it.

Obama's road is one of deception and cover-up. Obama actually prefers the road of "Cover-Up" rather then the "Road of Law". What does this mean?

Well, just take a look at the Administrations actions in a few instances and I think you'll get the idea that the Road of Law is one that just doesn't work for Obama, so he's chosen a road which he believes is more palatable, to perhaps himself, and in his eye, The People.

1- Obama's Birth Certificate is clearly manipulated and thus is not a valid piece of evidence and no Court has ever made a decision on the merits of the evidence of this and the two prong test we all know Obama fails of being born in the U.S. to two Citizen parents.

2- The killing of Osama bin Laden on May 1st, 2011 which I have called Obama's Mayday! Mayday! Mayday!, precisely at the same time Donald Trump was forcing Obama's forged long form fabrication out into the open. Face the Nation Sunday had a piece on the new witnesses coming forward as whistle blowers to what's been called the greatest embarrassment of our Nation. Rush Limbaugh who uttered "Compassion is no substitute for justice" said today May 6th,2013 ...its not going away. New witnesses and evidence. The lesson learned if we do drop it is one of what? If you can dodge the Law long enough it will go away?

5- The Boston Marathon Bombing terror attack, again the manipulated evidence of cover-up found by Glenn Beck here: “Wednesday at 5:35 p.m. the file is altered,” Beck said. “This is unheard of, this is impossible in the timeline due to the severity of the charge….You don’t one day put a 212 3B charge against somebody with deportation, and then the next day take it off. It would require too much to do it.”

With just these five examples, we see that for political gain Obama's willing to frame just about anything away from the truth and shape or cover-up the story. This road was chosen by Obama when he first went down the road of being ineligible for President and stating he was, much the same way he stated he had never gone by Barry Soetoro on his Illinois Law licence and then it was discovered that wasn't true. He can't get it back for the violation.

MLK Jr. said in Montgomery, Alabama "The wheels of justice turn slowly, but they do turn" and in his I have a dream speech said, "We refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt". Such political leaders as Trey Radel (R-Fla.), Steve Stockman (R-TX.), along with former Attorney General under Reagan Ed Meece are calling for President Obama’s impeachment should Congress be sidestepped over the coming debt ceiling or the Second amendment. Co-sponsors for the President’s impeachment bill already under consideration now are Walter Jones of North Carolina, Dan Banishek of Michigan, Dan Burton of Indiana, Mike Coffman of Colorado, John Duncan of TN., Louie Gohmert of Texas, Tom McClintlock of California, and Reid Ribble of Wisconsin, but impeachment is something you actually consider for a qualified President.

Obama's not qualified, and is ineligible which means he really needs to be removed by the Constitutions as a "disability".

We shouldn't be discouraged when the "quick fix" isn't around. Justices often takes its time. If someone robbed you of everything you had, would it be okay if after 5 years or 7 years they just got away with it? There's a very powerful precedent working here and often times the danger might be more in the lessons learned if we forget about it. What an incentive for the Government to prolong justice in order to skirt the law?

I personally believe Obama's eligibility is the Achilles heel that might stop us from going down the Obama preferred road named "Cover-ups".

With the silver lining of impeachment offenses waning hard in the vaults of time and justice,and the lack of help, support, and willingness to divulge evidence Congress hammers for in past cover-ups, ultimately the road of law in the eligibility department of the Constitution is the best way to preserve our national security interest. We absolutely need to hold Obama to the law rather then excuse him from the law.

The standard qualification demanded by our Constitution is a time test principle, and it is on this road Congress/SCOTUS may save America more "Cover-Ups" in what maybe the three longest years ahead of us. How many more Americans need die to save the Obama face in a cover-up?

Why has President Obama been allowed to falsify his identification using forged federal documents, a selective service card, a social security number, and more? Why has Congress and the Senate not demanded the same requirements of an acting president as they would and US citizen who is seeking employment or any other privilege such as a driver’s license?

The Constitutional teeth might be the only teeth we have left that can save us. I've been to the US SUPREME COURT twice on this, but for whatever reason or at any time, the Court can revisit it. I gave the same treatment to McCain in Federal Court in 2008. This is a bi-partisan issue and a Constitutional Principle. Lay it down, the gateway to the Country is open to foreign rule.

Obama clearly took an oath to defend the Constitution as a U.S. Senator, and as a Usurping President has engaged in the most nefarious fraud of identification this Country has ever seen which is why Congress should remove him as a "Disability" after a trial according to USC Amend 14, Sect. 3.

One thing I've thought about Lance Armstrong's admission of doping after winning all those bike races is that I feel the sorriest for the guys who were playing by the rules and entering the races legally eligible and qualified. For years they trailed Mr. Armstrong while he illegally took what would have been rightfully theirs.

How many of the men and their families and those life's would have been different if they hadn't been trailing someone who was doping, not legal, and unqualified for the race. In many cases their windows of opportunity were taken away by fraud and illegal actions much the same as Obama takes away from those of us who are actually qualified Constitutionally and eligible.

The wake of Obama's ineligibility has a toll of destruction, depravity, and a dissolving effect of not only law, but those who Obama's actions have hurt especially all of the Presidential Candidates in the race in 2008 and 2012, and that doesn't account for the wreckage that innocent victims suffer who are bystanders of his corrupt cover-ups from the least to the ultimate of sacrifices of life.

While the media might adore Obama, it is the sober faces of those losing limbs, parents losing their child, couples losing their mates, that ultimately have been the cost of an ineligible person usurping the office of the president. And, may those dieing say they have sacrificed these great sacrifices for a standard of law? Can they say our Constitution and the blood that was spilt was for the Constitution, or in violation of it?

That is, painfully, a reminder of why we at least shall not suffer in vein, but for the cause of our Constitution and the freedom and liberty in the Republic for which we stand. The Constitution at least for future generations must be our Standard and the Principles there in upheld.

CRITICAL MASS – What is it and What happens when its Reached?

I dreamed last night I was invited by the President, I didn’t recognize, except I did recognize he was President. He was very tall and rather my mind saw him as a ruthless man who had a natural determination about him. I was invited to take a trip by him. He was flying out in a few hours. I went to the bathroom (emptied out-cleaned system out) and he was knocking on the door asking if I was ever coming out because I was taking so long. He asked me what I was going to do if he left and I wasn’t on board. I said, “well, I just thought I’d wonder around then, maybe, or until you found me.”

I realized an aspect that I was being groomed for being a President by being around one.

I followed him aboard the plane where he went to the cock pit and I was looking around the plane for a place to sit down. The plane was absolutely huge – not like anything remotely resembling a plane we see today. It was like a house inside.

I wandered around through the different rooms to get an idea of exactly how big it was- understanding the boundaries it contained. I wondered outside the parameters about like you would walking out of, or around a mall, through the different stores.

It was then that I realized that I was actually outside the actual container of the plane and it was firing up engines for take-off. I literally took off running to get back on and I had a guy I was kind of dragging with me who couldn’t manage getting back on himself. I had him by the coat neck and was literally dragging him along.

I realized we weren’t going to make it and I had better fly so I ended up taking leaps and flying with him until we reached the boarding gate where I saw security. I wondered if I’d have problems getting on because I had actually been escorted by the President before and now I wasn’t I may be stopped by security and not be able to get on.

I flew over the security and dropped down, but they weren’t giving me any problem anyway, so it was lax. Anyway, me and this other guy made it on the plane. I lost track of him and it didn’t seem important, nor the reason I’d worked so hard to get him on board.

As I wandered around the rooms on the plane I passed through many rooms that were filled with tobacco smoke and that were filled. I wondered if I’d even find a seat because all these seemed full of people that were partying and basically I understood they were free-loading and riding the President’s plane without paying and for personal reasons not remotely related to government or any official reason.

After several rooms I noticed a room that was almost like the lobby of a hotel with nice furniture. It was much less crowded and wasn’t filled with smoke so thick you could cut it with your hand like the others were. This was much more to my liking and I realized that would be the room I would spend my time in and I could enjoy it.

I found a seat and the plane roared to life and took off. It was an unbelievably fast plane for its size. It seemed like we hit warp speed and as it was getting dark had raced to the other side of the world. We made a stop of business and unloaded a big, like a ship-container, of some sort.

It was then I realized the President was flying the plane and was completely in control of the aircraft. He had been taught how to fly it, and now that he could, it was useful. It seemed he had been taught by those who were militarily oriented.

Off we flew again and in like ten minutes had landed in Tibet of all places and I realized within the span of like a half hour we had raced across the skies of a coming evening to the dawn of a new day across and on the other side of the planet.

I had no idea what we were doing there, but the thought crossed my mind, no wonder its costing so much for fuel if the President is taking trips like this for a stroll. He got off the plane with his body guard detail and I was running to catch up. One of the security guard details didn’t know I had been invited by the President and saw me coming and began to take a defensive position as I was running to catch up.

I noticed some of the others caught him up to speed real quick and it was realized I posed no threat. The President simply took a stroll around the area. It seemed he’d been there quite a few times and the local government was very familiar with him there. He and his crew advisors had developed relationships with a few of the local brothels and the prostitutes.

I saw them come out from behind a curtain like you’d imagine Michael J. Fox as “ Lewis” in the movie -The American President-, coming out with his suspenders, white shirt, and messed up hair from a recent frolic behind the curtain. I was actually reminded of that in the dream thought I didn’t see the President come out like that only the men under him.

It was then I realized I was being dropped off and was not allowed back on board. I asked, “Why?” and the President’s detail with ruffled hair said in a somewhat smurky belittling tone quipped, “Well, why so you can go back and tell everyone of this?”, referring to the little party they had going on across the borders.

I quickly realized I hadn’t called anyone before I’d left from the invitation and thought not even my Mom would have believed me anyway. Now I was checking my phone which I didn’t think had any service and counting the money I had to survive which was very little.

As I was counting some of the local market food courts were preparing dishes that looked quite good to eat and were quickly calculating how they might take advantage of my ignorance of the local exchange market on the dollar and charge me like $20.00 for a meal that might cost .50 cents. The money clip on my waist yielded more money than I thought I had, but it still didn’t amount to much to survive a foreign country with nothing else.

There seemed two others that were in the same boat with me. One was a girl I put my arm around affectionately. The only way to make money immediately was by dancing suggestive dances to a potential customer while he decided wither he wanted you as his for the night. It paid like a couple of cents in the local foreign exchange currency, which she did a few times.

It was then I realized something I called “Critical Mass” which referred to the fact that this could actually be happening to me. That I could be dropped off by the President, not missed by anyone, and no one would care. No one would protest my loss or missing state.

It meant that as a society we’d come to a point that the “Mass” was in “Critical” condition, because once that point has been reached something like what was happening could actual happen.
That was the end of the dream.

As I thought about this dream my heart was a little heavy – wondering about such a fact that seemed quite a reality. I actually took Obama to the United States Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 with the official information and record of a law enforcement investigation on the record from the District Court level, as a Candidate for President within the Democrat Party in 2012, starting in New Hampshire and moving on to Georgia and no one cared.

Here I had law enforcement testimony, not just mine, in front of the Judicial Branch from the local state District level to State Supreme Courts and appealed properly as a candidate in the same party as Obama, with standing, to the United States Supreme Court. These were investigators testimonies who had years of experience in the fields of expertise basically stating Obama’s long form and short form birth certificates were complete fabrications, and NONE OF THEM, cared.

My campaign for President mirrored any campaign with over 100 commercials, websites, banners, signs, blogs you name it that, with just figuring in contrast to another failed Presidential Candidate like former China Ambassador John Huntsman’s 12 Million Dollar Campaign, was estimated to be 20 million simply based on doubling not only the time in the race but the level at which I’d appealed to which was represented in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 in the United States Supreme Court, not just once but twice!

I never have received any official dismissal with one of the United States Supreme Court Justices signature on it making it clear one of them had reviewed it, that being delegated to Clerks of the court, or perhaps manipulated by clerks, because by every ounce of common reason, damage and loss, and by law my case pointed out Obama was ineligible for the Office of President as a natural born citizen neither being born in the United States and to two parents who were at least United States Citizens as precedent requires.

No one cared. Now, the guy who I had by the coat collar neck in the dream I was dragging on the plane, was interesting to me. I wondered. “who could that possibly or be represented by?”

My thought? I think it was Glenn Beck. While on the front of all the controversy of Obama- Fast & Furious – Benghazi- now the Boston Marathon bombing seeing the Saudi Arabia connection who were interestingly enough connected and tied to Obama’s Harvard education with a 20 million dollar grant to Harvard essentially paying for Obama’s position in the Harvard Law Review where he wrote – nothing.

Hummm...

Glenn Beck said this morning (5-2-13 ) that and I may be paraphrasing here a little because its been an hour or so, but anytime I hear something like this said my ears start to perk up because if it had been acknowledged and said by him during the campaign along with pointing out what my campaign was taking a stand for, we might have had a chance of gaining more traction, gaining more of the public’s eye, the public’s trust, and if we had we sure wouldn’t be in the position we are in now, but what he said was, “ The GOP is not your friend”.

Glenn’s got a new book out called “Control” which debunks all the 2nd Amendment inflamatories and he said this morning that he knew of only two organizations that really got it speaking of the level of corruption. One was the NRA and the other was operation Freedom Works.

Of course this is a big defense of the 2nd Amendment and he’s focused on that right now in his conversation to America.
But how in the hell can you have a serious conversation about the Constitution and STILL total debunk and throw “Birthers” under the bus as he did a couple of days ago saying we were the folks up in the conspiracy forest, meaning a theory without FACTS, and he was a conspiracy debunker, meaning he relied on facts.

What do we call “Forensic Analysis” of document manipulation coming to the conclusions that a forged document is not authentic, but FACTS Glenn Beck? The BIRTHER organization which I am a grandfather in from 2008 Court documents exposing not only Sen. Barack Obama as not a natural born citizen but Sen. John McCain who has had 2, count them TWO Congressional Acts granting his first Citizenship and then his Natural Born Citizen status in non-binding Senate Resolution 511.

First having Congress declare anything for and in behalf of your Citizenship is a “naturalization” process that mirrors what we call immigration reform, so in the very action is a defiance of the laws of nature. Do you get that?
The biggest sign of not being a natural born citizen is having Congress step in on your behalf.

The smoke field rooms on the plane in my dream? Yes, I believe those are the HALLS OF CONGRESS and the HALLS OF JUSTICE whose seats are filled and there’s so much smoke and mirrors in the organizations that you could cut it with a knife. They are the ones who are taking a “free ride” after all and who we see are “controlled” by Obama rather than the Constitution and the Law.

If this wasn't so, Obama would not be sitting in the White House as an unqualified President or Usurper with more affinity to foreign nations then to the United States mirroring the sentiment of those Boston Marathon Bombing brothers who took full advantage of America but hated her in the deep crevices of their beliefs.

The Critical Mass state we are in is reflected by the facts that Obama is flying and in control of the whole U.S. Government without the checks and balances established to reign in the Executive Branch by the other two branches known as the Legislative and Judicial Branches.

You know I like Glenn Beck and I believe in his heart he is a patriot and loves this Country. What I’d ask you to think about though is at what point do you call being late, too late?

At what point to say to Glenn, “Hey Bud, you’re declaring facts we Birthers were stating before the election, before the 2012 primaries, and before the 2008 election, and you have the gall to continue to call us “Conspirators”?”

What do you call yourself when you deny facts, deny evidence, deny what you yourself called , “Average Americans” in a jury finding Obama not eligible? Yes, do you recall saying today you’d rather be judged by farmers, real people with their hands in the dirt because they hadn't lost something about regarding a moral conscience?

Because that is exactly the kind of people that were on a 10th Amendment Jury from all over the Country that found Obama not eligible and guilty of fraud on many counts in the Obama sedition and treason trial held in Harlem New York in May of 2010 that I as a candidate for President in 2008, having standing, actually testified in front of.

It’s like, “Do you Glenn Beck have any inclinations to apologize to these “Average Americans” who have undertaken the great burden placed upon them. Believe me I sat in the witness chair under examination, but those people sat in the jury box and made deliberations with the evidence and facts presented to them and came to a decision.

That my radio-show host was BEFORE Sheriff Joe’s cold case posse even came to a decision the long form birth certificate was a complete fabrication. That was before the Judicial Branch had received the results of a law enforcement 2500 hour investigation!

The facts of the BIRTHERS have never gone away, they just keep adding up and you Glenn Beck are coming up behind us but your still behind and need to speed your ass up. This is me grabbing you by the coat collar saying get your butt on the plane! We need you, we love you, but you've got to get up to speed and do it faster!

How can you have a serious conversation or be taken seriously about your defense of the Constitution and your belief when you are defending the 2nd Amendment with great zeal with your right hand and at the same time handing a Usurper of the Constitution the whole freaking Country and the Government with your left?

I’m not asking you to like me. I’m asking you to like my actions in defense for the Constitution and the Country with both your hands because critical mass is being reached here when you won’t recognize our Country’s Government, the currency, or the freedom and liberty accounted for in the Constitution.

Now IF YOU simply recognize the facts, hop on board with the people representing the facts of truth most closely aligned with the Constitution, with the 10% of people you say believe it to the core, you’ll raise the bar of the other parties and if they see it, they will also believe it and will raise their own bar that will lead to getting the Usurper out of office.

I want to state something very clearly here that is the most recognizable fact backed up by the mountain of evidence behind me.

I don’t want a hair on Obama’s head harmed. I don’t want him “impeached” for actions as a legitimate eligible president because he’s not eligible. If for instance Obama was assassinated what would be his legacy but that of a legitimate President? God forbid I pray because the testimony would be false.

Obama’s legacy must be that of exactly what he is- INELIGIBLE and a walking talking violation on the order for the 14th Amendment’s article 3 that states that one having taken the oath of office but who is engaged in rebellion against the same as we define a Usurper by orders of the Constitution shall be removed as a disability.

It is a testament of the sound wisdom that such conditions as we face today were in fact contemplated by the Framers and Founders of our Country and measures for the unthinkable were actually written down and embedded within the foundation of our house by none other than President George Washington and our first United States Supreme Court Justice.

That my friend is who I believe was the tall ruthless man who was President in my dream. I think if you spoke to anyone who fought George Washington “ruthless” might be a term you used.

I believe I had a lesson from our first President last night that was a warning for me to bring back to you that unless Obama was removed a usurper whoring our Country out we would not recognize it in short order.
Now, I guess you can take it as you’d like but I do believe our forefathers are speaking from the dust and their love for what they stood for is reaching us. As for me, I’m am moved by such love.. very moved.

Its Not Over - America Should Prepare For Yet Another Bombing Attack

Another bad dream..

I saw in my dream that it wasn't over, speaking in reference to the horror and terror of the Boston Twin Bombing attacks.

In the dream I saw another bomb go off this time in a different place that seemed out West. There was two again and the network that is watching has been ascertaining the damages as the goal is to really start bring terror to the U.S.

I saw and heard the explosion in my dream "BOOM" it was deafening, and saw in the dream a man running with a second bomb. Something had evolved as to the delivery and the mechanism from the Boston Twin Bombing because I saw the second man running scared out of his mind.

I saw the military was searching for him. I saw tents set up. He was close to the military both circumstantially and in proximity. I saw a soldiers hand come out of a tent searching searching, his hand searched as one inside a tent would put a hand under the bottom of the tent but not be able to see. I saw his hand searching and panting the ground around and there was grass that kind of seemed un-kept, almost like a field or grass that was green but hadn't gotten any water, pasture grass comes to mind, but he couldn't find the back-pack even though he was very close to finding it, that this second guy had his bomb in.

It was kind of the same type but like I said had evolved a bit because I saw this guy with the bomb in his back-pack avoiding the search by the military. I wondered how he could do that. How they could pass right over him in a search and him slip behind the search?

I saw a search had been conducted and he had fallen behind the search and been missed somehow; almost as if he was in or part of the military himself? This was very scary because it makes it much harder and gut wrenching to have our military turn on itself and have to start making themselves part of the investigation or on the list of suspects.

I saw him running scared with his back-pack, which I think was dark blue, and there was many many citizens looking and people being made aware to report suspicious back-packs left or sitting alone. I saw him throw or hurl his back-pack and I saw it was at "innocent" people.

My heart just ached at the absolute terror of this. I saw that the "buzzer" or detonator had become separated from the bomb itself.

As he was running I saw a great big sliding steal door that was very close to another, like, back of a building, as if only one body could fit between this great big door and the adjacent wall. I saw it open or sliding open and it was maybe 6 inches thick but slid easy. It was more the type that was covered with light steel or tin, old looking, worn. The buildings seemed like old warehouses, and I recall train tracks in the area.

I saw a hotel room where they had been. One thing that I saw was that the bomb area was like around a circus.

I remember in the dream running and a man calling my name very loudly. I turned toward him and recognized he had recognized me by kind of smiling and then racing off.

I saw our military in the streets and the military had set up almost like a tent city and were searching for this guy.

When I woke up I was startled up, breathing hard, and terrorized just like the dream I had April 8th,2013 ,a week prior to April 15. I thought about Nevada and Circus-Circus and wondered about those places.

I relate this and say I don't think this has anything to do with the massive amount of media on the Boston MA Twin bombing I actually have not seen reports or watched on TV. This dream seemed pretty "out of the blue" again.

One thing I believe in relating a dream is what the Lord says...when relating a dream, just tell the dream. Don't elaborate or try to out guess it. Just be honest about it exactly. "Warnings" can come in dreams.

I had a comment come to me that really railed against me making a political issue out of a tragedy. I told the guy so if you see a thief coming to rob the house, you just want to keep your mouth shut?

The point here is I don't tell anyone ALL my dreams. I only tell what I'm impressed to tell and I don't try to tell more then what I have received.

I believe the Lord God in Heaven has an "All Seeing Eye" and none can hide from him. I thought many people really don't like God being brought into any circle that they haven't given him the freedom out of. They want God in a tight little box because they are very uncomfortable with him.

Many people believe many things about God and do not understand the very nature of God. They can't comprehend "Why?" bad things happen or if God were God why he wouldn't stop that from happening. They really take a position that keeps God nailed down on the cross and that's exactly where they'd like to keep him.

How does a living God fight your battles? How does a living God see all and remain silent because of judgement. How does he tell as an act of grace?

The Lord is terrible in battle! The mercy we can comprehend of our own children we'd like to spare hard times, or make things a little easier for then we had it.

Guardian angels protect all of us and they are under the Lord's command. How do you suppose Jesus Christ cast out the worst devils unless all of hell was bound to listen?

My mind shifted this morning on the term of innocence and how many people think they are innocent, but didn't vote. Did you know "not voting" is an act, just the same as voting is one?

What isn't political if we separated those who voted from those who didn't? Believe it or not when bombs go off the political question is right around the corner. Asked Libya,Yemen,Somalia,Pakistan,Iraq,and Afghanistan if they've had a bomb dropped on their country by Barack Obama and then explain innocent life's lost in a political expedience?

You know the Lord can do what he wants to do, and if there is a political lesson for the United States to learn about taking a stand for the Constitution, not taking your freedom and liberty for granted, understanding that many many life's have been sacrificed in our military for what we have, you can be sure we will learn that lesson.

Now, there are lots of ways to learn a lesson. We can learn the hard way. We can learn the easy way. We can learn the short way and we can learn the long way.

Which way do we want to learn? How does, just for instance because we can all relate to this, Congress and the United States Supreme Court actually learn to defend the Constitution's demand for a natural born citizen in the Office of the President? ( Judy v. Obama 12-5276 Denied Jan 7th 3013) Link to the arguments.

If for instance "Congress" has to be taught a lesson in Constitutional law and The United States Supreme Court needs to be taught how to defend the Constitution rather then treading on it, if you were God, how would you do it?

I'm just guessing here there are very very few people who relate what's happening to our Country directly to the decisions of our Legislative Body and our Judicial Body's decisions that have forsaken We The People in decisions that have come to them; Pleadings that have been buried.

So if your God and you have seen every drop of blood spilt literally by millions of men and women in Heaven who suffered bled and died for the Constitution absolutely begging God to do something about the disgrace of the Constitution in the White House at this time, and pleadings and filings and court cases have all been shucked off with a wink and a grin, what are you going to do?

What do you do with your children when they go ape shit and totally throw a tantrum in the store? Well, love dictates that you teach them a lesson. God is a wonderful teacher, he is wise and full of understanding and great love.

I pray for his grace and love every day and night with great fear and trembling because I know some of the lessons in life are so very hard to learn. Why or why did this or that happen; How on God's green Earth did we ever deserve this or that?

Well, soul searching is never a bad thing and I can assure you mocking the blood that has been spilt to build this Nation by winking and grinning Obama 8 years through a second term is probably NOT a good decision. The HOPE that you won't get caught or there won't be ANY PENALTY is like hoping that God doesn't love this Country.

You know there is a lot to be said about the good out weighing the bad and a drop of poison spoiling the whole 5 gallon bucket of water.

Can't you just hear them? "Oh Lord Lord, we did this and we did that..so don't we deserve this?"

You know the thing about the Natural Born Citizen qualification for the Office of the President is its way down on the basics of 2+2=4. Its elementary. So when you start ignoring the most rudimentary and elementary aspects of the Supreme Law of the Land, you're pretty much like a teenager on a joy ride robbing banks in broad daylight and your butts gonna get busted.

It will be a very loving Heavenly Father that teaches you the lesson and I'm just stuck with you, so lets all just do the best we can to help one another, care for one anther, and lets' get back on the Constitutional track. Obama's gonna have to go because he's not eligible for the Office of the President.

Now if you think he is, then we have a difference in opinion and God will teach us which one he respects. I can't begin to enumerate the insults Birthers have gone through and by God if your hard headed about this its my guess we're in for one very wild ride.

God might let you know he knows exactly what's happening while your being drug behind the lose horse through a very green and wet freshly fertilized field. I hope you can hold your breath a long time.

I have a huge respect for our military and the intelligence and ability they have developed. I admire our local police forces and salute the all the integrity of the law which they both uphold. I pity any organization that pits itself against God for they will see but still be blind, hear but still be deaf, walk but go no where and that's all really frustrating!

I applaud Zullo's lead as an investigator here working to uncover a fraud/criminal action. However, we all must keep in mind Obama's not only not a natural born citizen by virtue of his birth, but by the fact that both his parents are not Citizens. His father never was a U.S. Citizen. Minor v. Happersett makes it clear that those who are born in the U.S. to Citizen parents there have never been any doubts to their being natural born citizens. The blessings that attend the Office of the President cannot fall upon one who is not qualified or assuming the office illegally as a usurper. The damage done here will haunt us. I've apposed it clear to the United States Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 12-5276.

Obama visibly shaken by the defeat and abandoned support within Democrat party for his policies of anti-gun legislation mirrored today by Sen. Harry Reid as "anti-gun", lamented today in regard to the Universal Background Check legislation that pro gun lobbyist flat out lied about what was in this bill.

Obama insisted that a "minority" in the U.S. Senate blocked "common sense gun reforms" in the face of general support.

Is it possible that Obama is more angry about someone else getting away with exactly what he got away with in the common sense directive for a natural born citizen to be required for the Office of the President? That he has lied about his eligibility, lied about being a natural born citizen, lied that he was "qualified for the Office" and insisted that everyone go along with his lie or face harsh penalties?

Obama touts 90% of Americans supported the bill for Universal background checks but a minority of the U.S. Senate blocked it. Well, didn't about 40% of Americans vote for the U.S. Senators that blocked it? How can Obama claim 90% of Americans wanted this bill when the people they elected voted against it?

He says 90% of Americans support legislation that makes it harder for a "dangerous person to buy a gun", but isn't someone who usurps the Presidency, who isn't qualified for the Office of the President either by birth or by having two citizen parents at birth both of which are required by U.S. Supreme Court statute, a real dangerous person?

Isn't someone who would hand-out fraudulent long form birth certificates as credible identification, someone who lied about going under the alias of Barry Soetoro to the Illinois State Bar and thus had his law license revoked a pretty dangerous person?

What makes a dangerous person dangerous is the lengths at which they are willing to go to in order to cover up their own lies and when it comes to Obama we have an unparalleled national security threat and a very dangerous person who is using "Sandy Hook" victims parents of the slain to pass legislation that discourages further lawfully qualified people from getting involved with self-defense and active participation in gun ownership.

Obama says his legislation targeted "convicted felons, people convicted of domestic violence, and those with severe mental illness" A "narcissist" is someone who desperately needs other people to validate their own worth. It includes lying and delusions.

Isn't lying about who you are, about where you were born, using a false social security number, about the very identity documents state and federal agencies use to determine who someone is in the first place the definition of a pathological or congenital liar - a very dangerous person?

90% percent of Democrats voted for the legislation and the 10% of Democrats who didn't won't be invited to the White House for ice-cream. How does Obama think Sandy Hook could have been prevented when the assailant didn't subject himself to a background check and stole the guns? Why does Obama parade Sandy Hook victims around as if this legislation could have made the difference?

That is a lie and a falsehood itself. The only way you could possibly do that is by confiscating the guns of a whole family if but one of their members were mentally ill. That would dis-arm a majority of Americans and Obama isn't stupid he knows how to lie very well.

Obama you'll notice continually advocates "A Majority Rule" accept when it comes to himself. When it comes to himself, he wants a "Minority Rule". Now our Constitution advocates " A Supreme Law of the Land", we are a Constitution Republic, which means if the majority happens to be wrong, say in the case of a "mob rule mentality" which can happen very easily, that the Law can protect the minority from the majority.

Minority folks should take real notice here of Obama's avocation that the majority rule. It is all together evident here that Obama cares less for minorities then he portends.

“Instead of supporting this compromise, the gun lobby and its allies willfully lied about the bill…[they] claimed it would create a ‘big brother’ gun registry,” Obama said. He said the “pattern of spreading untruths” about the legislation served a purpose: to enrage a vocal minority of gun owners.

So what purpose did Obama's lie serve about his not being qualified for the Office of the President? To destroy the Constitution? To destroy the foundation of our society? To dis-credit the integrity of the very backbone of our Country?

He said the opponents of the amendment had “no coherent arguments” about why it should be harder for criminals and those with mental illness to buy a gun,yet clearly doesn't see his fraud and the forgery on his birth certificates as criminal or the result of deeply disturbed mental dis-order?

I mean what do you do with that? Its a complete break down of law and order and the very foundation of speech in being able to possible understand each other. We understand a natural born citizen is a greater requirement that is only insisted upon for the Office of President and Vice President because the power of the executive branch is not divided into 100 as it is for the U.S. Senate or 435 U.S Representatives in the U.S.House.

We see in our Constitution that the qualifications for being a U.S. Senator and a U.S. Representatives are unique and different then the qualifications for President, so why does Obama hold himself as qualified with forged and fabricated birth certificates and a father who never was a U.S. Citizen?

How in the world does the United States Supreme Court sleep at night when the argument has been placed before them in Judy v. Obama 12-5276? Documents filed in court found here for those interested.

If the media is going to take up arms about the Gun Lobby lying along side Obama, isn't it time that we start with the guy in the White House showing some integrity about who he really is, and admit he's not qualified for the Office according to the Constitution?

“All in all this was a pretty shameful day for Washington,” Obama said, “I see this as just round one,” he continued. I have news for Obama, Washington has not had a un-shameful day since he moved in the White House when it comes to integrity towards the Constitution; the law, they've all sworn oaths to.

If Obama continues to press his luck in advocating the demise of the Constitution he won't make the end of his second term before the American people catch on and just get fed-up with the lack of integrity.

Expanded back ground checks for gun owners is a national gun registration much more so than being born outside the United States and being a citizen of Jakarta, Indonesia and a British Subject as Obama is, makes you a United States Natural Born Citizen qualified for the Office of the President.

Boston Marathon TWIN Bombing Foretold to Media and Authorities - They Failed to Respond to the Warning

In a major press release going out to some 150 news outlets and political organizations ALL OVER THE COUNTRY the ominous character of the Boston Marathon twin bombings, as it is being related to which also invokes memories of the Twin Towers on 9-11, was related six days prior to its happening in the following blog post dated April 9th, 2013, but none responded.

In the past whenever I've dreamed of a cell phone its signified for me that I was pretty tuned in and receptive to what was about to happen. This accompanied with the two repeated 911 calls lets me know their is a BIG lesson headed (my) or our way perhaps the authorities haven't even seen coming?

You know I wouldn't wish it on anyone but I know when our Government aligns itself against the Constitution, somethings going to give and I don't think its going to be the Constitution that carries so much valiant blood with it.]

Of course the two related bombings have reminded all of us of 9-11. I specifically stated "two seperate, but related incidences" in relation to the 911 calls I had in my dream.

We also understand that gold plummeted losing $40 in a matter of minutes near 6% while the Dow dropped 155 points at 11:50 AM EST in direct and stark contrast to the April 9th report. Of course 1% of the total Dow as far as a loss could be considered a quiet robbery authorities didn't respond to.

For me this is a very close fulfillment of prophesy on what was "About to Happen" even as that specific was also related one week prior. Of course many details will be coming forth but it was very interesting to find out that an actual bombing drill coincided with the explosions.

If mother nature was in the same respect harmonized as with "authorities" conducting a "bombing drill" the exact same time in the exact same place as 2 real bombs are going off, then when we have the BIGGEST earthquake drill April 17th,2013 here in Utah, we should certainly expect a real Earthquake to happen... right?

If we look for "false" that is exactly what we will receive. If we look for "Truth" aren't we more likely to find it? So the choice becomes yours and what you want to receive.

As I related also April 9th,2013, I wouldn't wish it on anyone. My greatest sympathies accompany the injured and dead of this horrific event. Thank you so much for your response. That is very appreciated and very kind of you. I look forward to seeing "America" and was very happy about your great success on "Obama's America 2016".

When I took my Mom to see it and we walked out the "somber mood" was palatable of the packed house. Its a real shame that the RNC and their candidate Romney didn't/wouldn't support the USC in the eligibility demands of our USC that Obama clearly fails. In 2008 I sued Sen. John McCain also as a Pres Candidate and served the RNC Chairs and McCain 3 days before he made the nomination.

Running as a Democrat in 2012 I sued Obama all the way through the N.H. and Georgia State Courts to the U.S. Supreme Court culminating in Judy v. Obama 12- 5276. It was just sad that nearly 60% of Republicans did not believe Obama was a NBC but the leadership refused to get behind efforts like mine in the Congress as well as support in front of the Courts.

When McCain landed U.S. Sen. Res. 511, the second Congressional Act of his own murky citizenship defying natural law, the deal was struck with co-sponsors Obama and Clinton on the non-binding senate resolution 511 and Obama's path was paved by both R's and D's.

Listening to your CPAC speech, I agreed. The Lion Tamer "Obama" is weaker then the Lion "The American People", but arousing the facilities of the Lion and presenting a legal path responsible to our Republic in the Constitution's Law has all but been bulldozed and disregarded in both parties.

Because 1/3rd of our Government rest in one man's hands in the Executive Branch which is the enforcing Branch the military Branch, greater qualification was necessary. Don't you think it remarkable that throughout 237 years and many attempts at changing it the Legislative Branch has held firm in NOT CHANGING IT? It's a legislative mandate, yet it is unenforceable by Congress and the Judicial Branch as a matter of men being ruled by the Supreme law of the Land all have sworn oaths to?

The spirit of America's appreciation for entrepreneurship, over a ruling or elite class, is only managed by the USC's principles. When they are abandoned, America is no better off then any other Nation and freedom and liberty have been chained up and shackled, the light on the hill has been doused.

It is sincerely difficult to be right in the law but helpless to enforcing it when the Courts have turned a blind eye and taken their blindfold off for Obama. I am one who had standing and was severely run over in a hit and run by Obama in the Presidential Race. My record of the events is available in the U.S. Supreme Court Judy v. Obama 12-5276. It is certainly a travesty to see so many people witness this hit-and-run, and offer no help but simply keep doing what they are doing.

All I have is the record of the incident and recklessness of Obama, but the record is true and correct, and clearly shows he is a usurper. I'm sure you understand a usurper is an illegitimate or controversial claimant to power, often but not always in a monarchy. This may include a person who succeeds in establishing himself as a monarch without inheriting the throne or any other person exercising authority unconstitutionally. 1.The NRA is cutting backroom deals to centralize gun owner data collection into the Obama/Holder massive government data base.

5.With Republicans in control of the US House of Representatives gun control legislation is already beginning to see so-called “conservative champions” folding to pressure from the anti-gun media to sell-out gun owners.

6.Former Vice Presidential candidate, Congressman Paul Ryan, has stated that he would support legislation that bans private sales at gun shows.

Nice article Lawrence, always like your writing style. You know in reading that it makes you wonder about the 2nd Coming of Christ and how exactly Zion will be set up? What I was wondering or intrigued by is the question in my mind about what you felt was the difference between what your advocating and how Jesus had set up his Church on Earth which then Peter inherited as leader because obviously as Christians we keep that in mind, but you kind of left it out of your article when Christ did indeed have that kind of a system.

With Christ example however it was indeed the Sadducee and Pharisees that wrecked utopia (Zion) and not Christ and I'm not sure why his example is not used in speaking of a perfect society in the positive sense,as "Plato's Republic" to the French Revolution to the "Communist Manifesto" were used as negative notes of failure.

I think if people lose hope in such a system of perfection, Christ certainly would be considered an enemy by supposed Christians upon his return, wouldn't you?

Of course barring in mind when an elected Legislature betrays the system of checks and balances meant to keep our Executive Branch in check, I suppose a sign of weaknesses under our American Constitution is understood. As our Legislature or the elected Representatives don't have the collective will to remove Obama as a non-natural born citizen, they invite their own removal and stoke the public perceptions to question.

Certainly is interesting times we live in.

Of course a Christian believe is indeed set up to embrace a King system, understanding that under a righteous King indeed lays a 1000 year Millennium as the Bible teaches if Christians do believe in the Bible's prophesy and have not deposed it to a Dystopia.

Inspiring the balance is probably only achieved by the complete wrecking of what we have known as we well deserve in the sins of pride and greed and selfishness, which ultimately we are seeing.

I hope you will keep the inspired hope alive in your powerful writing, as we as a society and people do need to believe in righteousness and truth.

Of course I know you have blasted both Dems and Rep. in the utter failure of defending our Constitution and ultimately our Constitution which if followed I do believe is a good balance allowing freedom, choice, and defending those rights set therein, and providing a system of charity where Christianities highest principles of grace, mercy, and justice can prevail.

We do need to have a hope of perfection, to maintain a hope in God's Heavens.

More and More people I think are starting to understand that the Republicans and Democrat Centralized Party system controllers have paralyzed our United States Constitution and there's no denying what they are up to.

With both parties unwilling to address the natural born citizen clause of our Constitution and apply it with Obama as not a natural born citizen, there really is no obstacle between breaking up the United States into less then a perfect union. Obama's lack of transparency is even recognized today here with the mainstream lamestream, as MSN covered a Slate article that called Obama's transparency an Iron Wall.

This then defines the place and work for the 3rd party. We all know the other parties will gravitate to what is popularly supported. If the American People will support this effort Obama may be retired much earlier based on the Constitution.

An interesting thought has come up this morning with Glenn Beck commentary about the 2nd Amendment which I think is very relevant to the Natural Born Citizen qualification of the Constitution for the Office of the President. Why not just change the Constitution if you think you’re so right?

One of the many wonderful things about our progressive Founding Fathers wanting to empower individuals as Citizens rather than Subjects of the King was that they realized in what can only be seen as a bow of humility toward intellectualism that it was true, they may not have been able to predict problems that may arise in the future for which the United States Constitution was not equipped, so they actually put in a direct way to change the Constitution.
If you thought your idea was so good with the population, and so wildly popular there is a mechanism within the Constitution to change it, and it can be done very quickly! All you need is a 2/3rds vote of Congress.

Certainly with the mainstream media behind the usurpation of the Office of the president by an illegal person who’s not qualified for the Office of the President, the consenting Republicans in office like Sen. John McCain who actually received his “Citizen” status by law when he was 11 months old, and his “Natural Born Citizen” status in 2008 by Non-binding U.S. Sen. Res. 511 with only one objection by Republicans, and the majority in the U.S. Senate with Democrats, it would be a cinch right?

If progressive Democrats feel the population is so widely for rescinding the Constitution’s unique qualifications for the Office of the President as a “Natural Born Citizen”, which protects by two generations any person from ascending into the White House by the demand of being born in the U.S. to Citizen parents, then why don’t they just change it? Why haven’t they changed it so that for instance a young Supreme Leader from say North Korea could copulate with an American Citizen and finance his off-spring to the head of the U.S. Government long before he passes away?

I mean talk about a good idea! If you were North Korea’s new leader and you wanted to get your hands on the U.S. Nuclear Stock Pile, don’t you think that would be a good plan? I mean that’s all you have to do. Just snatch a poor young American Girl and have a baby with her and bam you have got the White House!

As a dictator you’ve got your entire Country paying you directly all the taxes just like the King of England’s subjects whose duty was to come over to America and subjugate the wild young colonialist in America. You don’t have to rely on contributions to your campaign; you just take it from your subjects at whatever rate you feel will do the job.
What is wrong with that idea Democrats & Republicans?

You know one of the really nice things about this? You don’t have Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity, Lora Ingram, Marco Rubio, Rick Santorum, John McCain, Bobby Jindal, Newt Gingrich, even Sarah Palin, and not one of the former Candidate Republican stars who ran for President in 2012 like Mitt Romney or Jon Huntsman speaking out against the idea! What could possibly go wrong?

I mean these guys are acting as the best friend of North Korea or Iran’s Supreme Leaders future children. The foreign leaders wouldn’t even have to copulate with the American girl, they could just fly their sperm over here and have it artificially inseminated into the American mother, and bam 9 months later out pops their kid on U.S. Soil, and 35 years later they have their own son or daughter controlling the whole nuclear arsenal of the United States as well as the treasury.

Don’t you think that’s a good idea? Don’t you think that should be a breeze to change in the Constitution with 2/3rds majority in Congress? Look how easy Obamacare passed with a majority in the House, Senate and Obama in the White House. What’s the difference in doing the same thing with the 2nd Amendment if you’re so opposed to an armed American Population? Change it. Change the Constitution if you’re so sure your idea is so good.

You mean to tell me after 5 years Obama can’t change the “Natural Born Citizen” qualification in the Constitution after it has been challenged in Congress with testimony in the Judiciary Committee’s of the House and Senate over and over and over and over as recent as 2000 and 2004?

If you think the idea of requiring a two generation defense in place for the top position of the Executive Branch of our Government and that not doing so is SOOOOO discriminatory that you’re willing to place the entire American Army and the entire nuclear arsenal in the hands of a puppet or subject of the King, then just change it. I’m sure you have the entire population behind changing it, just like you have the entire population behind changing the 2nd Amendment to read “no one has a right to a weapon loaded with bullets”.

Please, let me spell out what a completely asinine paradox this is. It seems obvious but apparently the so called ‘conservative leaders’ don’t get it, so let’s make it very clear okay?

You mean to tell me I’m unreasonable for saying that the “Natural Born Citizen “requirement as a defense of the people from our Executive Branch of Government, meaning a check point of trust by the people from the President, the one guy that controls an entire Branch of the 3 Branches we have in our Government and the one Branch who has all the weapons at its disposal, the one guy who controls the armies of the United States, and has the ability to topple regimes like say Libya, Afghanistan, or in the future Syria without Congressional approval, is something that you would concede on but you want to keep your rifle to protect yourself from a foreign Government invasion?

Maybe you haven’t read the testimonies in 2000 of 106th Congress’s Judicial Committee’s have heard about the really bad idea of exempting the President’s requirement of a Natural Born Citizen, but I have. I can tell you that somehow responsible people with a lot of love for our Country and you personally have made good decisions in not removing that requirement.
I can tell you that it’s really insane, or stupid, or crazy or delusional to freak out about someone wanting to take your rifle while you give the keys away to a dictator that has your own nuclear bomb pointed right at you!
Okay rational hypothetical announcement here coming over the airways with all the major networks covering the President’s press conference:

“My dear sweet constituents who have voted for me time and time again, we’ve come to a road where I just don’t think it’s very good for criminals to to have a gun period. You’ve put me here and it’s been overwhelmingly humbling because, except for the Birthers and their few bastards who tried to take a stand for the Constitution in the natural born citizen clause in the U.S. Supreme Court, for which we know there is a microcosm of support because they are so awful and foul as to warrant extermination, I have made the executive order that I would like voluntarily for anyone who has a gun to place it in their recycle bin this coming Tuesday. Now, I’ve got the drones equipped with a new metal identifying scanner that can actually see into your house and as far as 4 feet below the surface and plain and simply if that drone flys over your house and detects non-compliance with my executive order this Tuesday, we’ll know your planning insurrection and we’ll with the same drone just drop an incendiary device on your house and your whole family will die. There may be a few women and children that die but you must realize we tried to protect you and simply asked you to comply with turning in a piece of garbage. So it’s really you who killed your children and wife by not complying and if you care so little about your children and wife as to not turn in a piece of garbage, all of society will know your not rational and must be a terrorist. In fact all of your children and wife are probably just as dangerous as you if in hearing this message they don’t turn you in before Tuesday. Now, I’m sorry to interrupt your programming please enjoy the rest of your evening and don’t forget to send me $3 dollars for my Executive Order “Americans for a violent free America.”

This is principally the way the proponents of the 2nd Amendment are seen by the Obama Administration and a good reason to draw attention to it. Why would the Government care about your rifle when they have a nuclear weapon ready and pointed at your head and your entire family as hostages? Don’t you think you’d give up your gun for your children, your wife, your brother, your sister, even your parents?

So the question is who wouldn’t give up their guns for their family? And, how easy would it be to declare those who wouldn’t give up their guns for their family probably not rational people?

Let me just say how much I know and appreciate those who have stood up to Obama and his not being a natural born citizen qualified for the Office of the president. I know they actually love you, love our Country, and love freedom and liberty.

It speaks volumes about someone willing to take a stand against such odds in the political arena. It speaks volumes for someone who realizes that in protecting the Natural Born Citizen clause of the Constitution for the Office of the president, and its intentions of 2 generations as a defense for the people,born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents, that they have the best interest for your family at hand.

If you find a politician willing to fight for your family like that and defend your loved one, I’d think that was a politician that was worth keeping around. It would just make sense.

Thank you for your sincere attention in what I believe to be the most serious breach of security between the two branches of Government (Judicial and Legislative) our Nation has ever faced in its history.

As a Presidential Candidate in the Democrat Party of 2012 I submitted evidence through the court system until finally reaching the SCOTUS in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 that showed not only does Obama violate constitutional presidential eligibility law as a natural born citizen, but he helped hide multiple vital document forgeries, of a “birth certificate,” Selective Service registration and stolen Social Security numbers- all well documented, via official law enforcement professionals as well as private investigations.

Let me say I am aware that in on May 5th,2009 that you co-sponsored H.R. 1503, which was a bill that would require future presidential candidates to provide proof of citizenship by submitting copies of their birth certificate and I’m also aware that on Feb. 11,2013 Attorney Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq. filed a complaint with your office regarding quite the same thing as I am submitting. Of course by the mouth of two witnesses with separate instances but in similar contextual circumstances, a serious warrant of investigation should prevail in the Judicial Committee, as well it should, even loosely based on the Congressional Research Committee’s Jack Maskell (CRS’s ) memorandum Video 1 Video 2 that was a misleading manipulation to Congress members regarding this defense requirement of “natural born citizen” vs. citizen. ( SCOTUS Minor v. Happersett ) I would think this would be particularly alarming to Congress?

The dismissal of the many complaints filed in the Courts in 2008 to 2012 was primarily because of lack of "standing” and every court ducked the substantive Constitution demand reasonably based on this important and necessary principle of law which is also a modern day tested and tried Legislative Mandate. However, since my case totally satisfied “standing”, much more sinister and corrupt action has been perpetrated upon me, and I feel the Justices as well.

I believe the Judicial Committee in the House is the only place that serious investigation can be afforded and undertaken that might inform and enlighten the Justices themselves of what is or has happened in their own Court and with their own law clerks as subversive towards their appointments. It’s a well known fact 60% of Republicans & Independents are in favor of this, as well as 25% of Democrats. Ultimately hearings I believe would do more to unite the country publically as education dispels ignorance.

Why are we to assume that the U.S. Supreme Court Justices have removed themselves so far away from Justice that they are willing to be complacent in the face of crimes? Would they really risk their own impeachment? For heaven’s sake, this fact alone testifies very soundly to you that the allegations myself and others are bringing to the committee are true and far less important issues have been undertaken by the Committee.

In my case overwhelming and never refuted evidence shows Barack Obama using a Connecticut Social Security number 042-68-4425, which was never assigned to him according to E-Verify and SSNVS. Sworn affidavit of Chief investigator of special Investigations unit of the U.S. Coast Guard shows Obama using a forged Selective Service Certificate and multiple experts, including over 2600 hours of law enforcement professionals, showed the alleged copy of Obama’s birth certificate to be a forgery.

Obama’s personal attorneys submitted a new copy of the birth certificate, which according to experts represents a forgery of a forgery, which was made to minimize the white halo effect around the letters. This white halo effect created by computer manipulation made the initial forgery released on April 27, 2011 a complete joke. Is this really what our Government has come down to Sir?

For four and a half years now in spite of multiple legal actions, not one single judge or jury ever saw an original 1961 birth certificate for Obama, original selective service certificate or original SS-5 application for the Social Security number 042-68-4425, which Obama claims to be assigned to him. Obama has committed a crime in stating he was a “natural born citizen” on his candidate form violating the 2 generations protection of birth and citizen parents. The manipulation of two different certifications of eligibility is public knowledge. Undeniably, with the Democrat Chair signature affixed to both they are in fact testimony certifying this.

Due to lack of any original identifying documents on Obama and a mountain of evidence showing the alleged copies to be crude forgeries, it is safe to assume an investigation based on Obama’s own covert actions with his identity is warranted. He in fact warrants and clamors his own investigation Sir.

We have a documented citizen of Indonesia Barry Soebarkah, aka Barry Soetoro as the person claiming to be Barack Obama using forged and fraudulent forms of I.D., who is usurping the U.S. Presidency.

If we do not hold ourselves accountable to law in the identity documents from the beginning of a person’s life, giving more credence to respecting the craftsmanship of forgers and their work, based on someone’s adult life, we simply encourage and are complacent with false identities paving the way for the cover up of virtually any crime committed by any bodied person.

As a candidate for President my constitutional rights have been violated by Barack Obama. His assent to the Office has victims of the perpetration of his crimes, and you are hearing from one of them right now. The morality of law is to protect the innocent not to defy justice. If I cannot run for President with the same set of rules against other candidates, the constitutional boundaries and qualifications are of no effect.

If any nefarious foreign dictator can mate with a U.S. Citizen and the child be considered a “Natural Born Citizen” eligible for the U.S. President, the two generations natural defense has in fact broken down to one generation defeating the whole purpose of that national defense. The child can be financed by foreign government to the Commander-In-Chief of our military. That is why in Minor v. Happersett it was stated that if someone was born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents there have never been any doubts to that person being a Natural Born Citizen, but to anything less there have been doubts.

It is up to you; I’ve done all I could. I ran in for U.S. President in 2008 and sued McCain for the same thing because he was given his “Citizen” status by an act of Congress as well as his “Natural Born Citizen” status, which fit into the “naturalized” category rather than the “natural or nature “category. I relate to this as an important factor simply because it dispels any contradiction that I have acted on some other factor other then the Constitution’s principle.

I have been true to that principle regardless of party, and it’s up to each and every American to fight this criminal enterprise ruling the country and regain some decency and some constitutional and civil rights. If you do not fight for our rights, the ruling criminal enterprise will take away more and more of your rights until Congress itself is defunct or released. Then, you would be like me having nowhere to turn for justice. Your hands will be totally tied.

Conclusion:

I’m sure we agree when those influential in places of authority have shirked their duties perhaps passing it on to the higher court to avoid the spotlight, regarding the qualifications of the Office of the President demanded by law. If the cover-ups in the Judicial Branch’s highest court could be essentially run by Clerks averting the Justices, without a spot-light to dispel the corruption, evil days loom ahead for America unparalleled, and the whole purpose of the lower courts deferring to the higher courts in important national security issues is lost to appeals only granted by the lower courts and then appealed by the Government.

This in fact leaves the whole country vulnerable to lack of courage rather than courage.

If there is no light where justice should shine in the halls, but only darkness just think about the invitation of nefarious darkness outside the parameters of the so called “place of justice”?

I as a plaintiff, as well as others and their attorneys, are demanding an immediate investigation of both the actions of the employees of the Supreme Court of the United States in hiding pleadings and exhibits from the Justices and Barack Obama’s parade and use of forged IDs and a stolen Social Security 042-68-4425.

My case is not a paid case, but is filed on the grace of informa pauperis which I feel is indeed a great responsibility to me to see to it that justice is sought; for it is the people that have granted this opportunity to me in supporting the Constitution.

It would absolutely shock you as to what I have experienced at the United States Supreme Court level with the Clerks, which I reserve for testimony. Suffice it to say I have never received proof of any of the times I’ve been there that an actual Justice signed an order or heard my case in conference which has been represented to the public as being heard and denied.

I think the only way this loop can be closed is by a sincere investigation by Congress.

Not addressing this represents a gross maleficence against the United States of America and people of the United States of America.

Why Complain About the Seeds of Obama If You Didn't Complain About the Roots?

Glenn Beck is finally making a little bit of sense, and so is Rush Limbaugh as they are coming to grips that the Republican GOP, is about as dead to conservatism as dead can be.

That spells big trouble for America though. Under Obama the left extreme of the Democrat party is hogging the remote control. Have you ever been in the room with someone who hogged the remote control and constantly turned the volume up and down till you felt you were going to go crazy?

America is struggling; the conservative principles of the Constitution, our sound economic welfare it guides, and simply the common sense most of us regard as essential for success are all struggling as they are being diluted out of existence and or set on the chopping block.

The conservative radio voices are seeing more and more the signs that Obama's directed Fast & Furious gun-running as a domestic operation paralleled in the big fat shadow of Libya "gun-running" to the supposed 'rebels' - al-Qaeda that is a global militant Islamist organization founded by Osama bin Laden between August 1988 and late 1989.

One might wonder at Obama and his gratitude towards Osama bin Laden, supposedly killing him, or at the very least "using" his corpse as thunder for the 2012 election. Indeed al-Qaeda members ought to be suspect of their being used by Obama for good reason - he has a capacity of justifying their death and cannot be trusted.

Its kind of like putting an un-loaded gun in someone's hands and then accusing them of drawing fire first while you lay waste to them. Now, al-Qaeda is not my concern, however, if Obama has no problem putting al-Qaeda members and leaders to death and laying seize to the United States Constitution at the same time in his own conspiracy, America can make the conclusion that there is a third party involved of which al-Qaeda at one time fought against- the communism of old Russia as in the invasion of Afghanistan, or even China?

One must ask why China has so stealthily been building a nuke program that now rivals Russia's and the United States? Why are we considering North Korea's test so threatening? In Obama's wild-cow-eyed insanity to dis-arm America he has sparked through gun-running operations to Mexico and Libya the biggest buying operation in U.S. History , and he has provoked the biggest build up of nuclear arsenal in China's history. http://online.wsj.com/article/global_view.html

If for instance Russia wanted to provoke a war aided by Obama at China, al-Qaeda might be the necessary first blood spilt to neither sides grief accept the members of al-Qaeda. Running arms to Syrian rebels (al-Qaeda - Muslim Brotherhood) through Turkey is supposedly or in-directly a real jab at Russia much the same as if Cuba started conducting military recon flights over Florida and testing their own nukes would be to us.

Syrian President Bashar al-Assad has had no better friend than Vladimir Putin's Russia. You really have to start thinking about the integrity of Obama and his Administration when you see them siphoning gas out of your own cars gas-tank, but that's exactly whats happening and Glenn Beck and Rush Limbaugh are showing signs of seeing the light.

The only problem is the 2012 election is over and all of their strength instead of being used in the right place, which would have been supporting candidates for President, like myself, in the Judicial actions of removing Obama by the Constitution's demand for a 'natural born citizen' in the United States Supreme Court is gone, but that doesn't mean it can't be helped.

Now, just for a minute think to yourself, if Glenn Beck Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity and the rest of them,had decided to get behind a real candidate supporting the Constitution, not just by his lips but by actions, (such as SCOTUS CASE # JUDY V. OBAMA 12-5276) and threw their weight behind someone like me, your talking 60% of Republicans and nearly 25% of Democrats and massive demonstrations outside of the Supreme Court, do you think Obama would be in the White House?

Today, Glenn Beck went off on former Sen. Chuck Hagel and Obama's CIA Director nominee John Brennan playing clips of his statements referring to Jerusalem as Al Quds (Muslims identity of Jerusalem). Obama has no inhibitions or concerns about alienating and distressing the vast majority of Jews who voted for him and who he now takes for granted.

Hagel faces charges he's received compensation from foreign governments and from an organization called the Friends of Hamas and he's never voted for sanctions against Iran.

Former Governor Mike Huckabee said today , "If true, it absolutely disqualifies him for any consideration even so much as to be a gatekeeper at a national park much less the defense secretary,"

What doesn't make any sense at all is that Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh, and the Conservative talk show bunch would be up in arms about Obama's appointments whilst they have no objection to Obama in the White House as a walking talking violation of the United States Constitution's demands for a "natural born citizen" unique from the qualifications of U.S. Representatives and U.S. Senators also found in the Constitution.

That is like complaining about the seeds of a weed blowing about after you confirmed the weed being planted in your garden as a particular fruit you'd accept. I mean what did they expect from a guy whose not a natural born citizen in the White House or to put it a different; do you think Glenn Beck and Rush Limbaugh would be complaining about "nominations" of Obama if Obama wasn't in the White House at all? Of course they wouldn't.

Could we assume Beck and Limbaugh's' silence towards Obama's not being qualified as a natural born citizen contributed to Obama re-election? Do you think that silence helped Obama or hurt him? Do you think that silence helped me in contributions to my campaign or hurt my getting contributions?

Many people think that because Obama was re-instated illegally and unqualified that somehow makes it okay. It doesn't. I mean if robbing your gas tank was illegal yesterday and the day before its still illegal today and tomorrow. If a weed is bothering you do you think trying to catch all of its seeds is the right course or do you just rip it out by the roots?

Of Course we do need a movement in the Conservative Grass Roots of America, but that movement must be founded in the strengths of our Constitution and if you can't agree that ignoring the qualifications of the President in the Constitution has caused us much more grief then losing the 2nd Amendment or losing Freedom of Speech, you have got your head tied up in a pretzel on whom it is assaulting these rights and threatening them.

Now the sooner they start talking about the root of the problem, which was the abandonment of the Constitution in the qualifications of the Office of the President, the sooner we can get back on track.

For the last 8 years I have wondered almost with an astonishment why "Anti-Birthers", those people who consider it an insult to ask for a politician to at least qualify for the office they are running for per demand of the Constitution, that defines for us the minimum standards for the Offices in our Government.
For that reason I wanted to create in as simple a format as possible, in less then 2 minutes, a video that defined for the simple minded person what exactly our Constitution demanded from candidates running for office as a bare minimum, and explain the reasons for such if I could.

My first experience with this was seeing Sen. John McCain's picture on the front of TIME MAGAZINE with the title of "HONOR" underneath it. As I read the article which trotted out Sen. McCain's interest in the presidential nomination of the Republican party in 2008 I suddenly felt a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach as I realized what the implications were in someone getting into the office of the president who was not a natural born citizen.

McCain was not a 'natural born citizen' in my mind as he was born in Panama. That would forever be his beginning and natural state of affinity. It was in the panama hospital and I read an in-depth study which proffered McCain was born 1100 yards short and 11 months late and it was an Act of Congress that gave McCain citizenship, which absolutely defies nature giving it to him. I decided to act on my gut and 3 days before McCain was made the nominee I served the National Republican Committee and 2McCain a Federal District law suit I hoped would be a reminder of Honor.

We have constantly heard that if Barack Obama was not born in Hawaii he could not be president. I don't know how many times I've heard that, but at that time I had not even heard of him. Many Hillary Clinton democrats were on board and the media looked to be scrutinizing McCain pretty good. I felt I certainly had a cause the party I had run for office in was behind. That was until U.S. Sen. Resolution 511 happened which was the second Act of Government trying to supersede 'nature' in handing McCain deferred status as a 'natural born citizen'.

I had run as a Democrat for office before, in Utah's 1st Congressional District for Representative in 2002 and for U.S. Senate in 2004 on my own first hand experience of seeing the Constitution tossed out the window by Republicans in criminal court evidence demands and a union of church and state, but looking back now, even then, I did not understand the full significance of what could possibly happen if our Constitution came to its own demise with the wanton disrespect of those actually in the offices it defined.

To me it was as simple as just reading the definitions for the offices of Representative Senator, and President in the Constitution however many people have not done that and don't carry a pocket Constitution with them. There have been reports that Obama actually won with the most dumbed down class of people voting America has ever produced in United States history, which may very well have been rooted in the Republican party. If your not teaching the principles of the Constitution with your party, with your candidates it probably should come as no surprise that its true. If conservatism knew the Constitution, and simply stood by the demands of the offices laid out cleanly in the Constitution, there's no way Obama could withstand major players in the Republican party going into court demanding judgement.

As a kid in school I had so much faith in our Government I never gave it a second thought. I mean the Constitution wasn't some monstrous 2,700 page report we had to read in 2 weeks before voting and passing it in Congress like Obamacare was. I'll always remember Rep. Nancy Pelosi saying "we have to pass this so we can find out what's in it." I mean..what? I also begin to sense we were in real trouble when I learned that Congress, both the House and the Senate, when they had a Constitutional question, were relying on the Congressional Research Service more than their own pocket constitutions for which I featured in 2 videos, because the information delivered to Congressmen basically manipulated the 'natural born citizen' term out of rulings and replaced it with 'Citizen'. The tell all tale of that was when I received multiple letters from my own elected Congressmen stating in slapped down terms there was not an issue with someone who had produced a forged and fabricated birth certificate, that if taken as genuine would still deny him eligibility for the office of President, as Barack Obama.

This ultimately led me to running for President in 2012 also and taking this information as well as the results of over 2600 hours of law enforcement investigation to the United States Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 12-5276. It is unfortunate to learn first hand that just because your right doesn't always mean your going to win. Things can happen that shift the momentum away from you, just ask the Baltimore Ravens who nearly had their Superbowl victory taken when the lights went out in the Superbowl in a 35 minute delay.

I congratulate the Baltimore Ravens in their world champion Superbowl victory, but they would understand entirely what I'm talking about if that victory had been taken by the San Francisco 49's. The point is that there are so many factors that can come into play that its almost entirely impossible to predict which way the wind is going to blow and getting to the United States Supreme Court, no small task in and of itself, does not mean they will give you the time of day of which thus far I have well understood.

We like to think and believe we are living in a Nation that advocates Justice for all, fairness, and living under the same rules, but it is far from perfect. The lack of perfections are advocated by those in authority as slips in the cracks that are regrettable; but it really sucks when you're one of the pieces of debris that has slipped through the cracks.

Education is sincerely one of the best defenses for our Country. I made it a central theme in my 2010 U.S. Senate run to memorize the Amendments and deliver those on YouTube for elementary, junior high, high school, even college classes. I am convinced that to make a more perfect union we must arm ourselves with education of the founding documents of our Country. This video features in very plain language fundamentally to our advantage which is, I believe, is divinely inspired, the forethought of the problems we face now on the qualifications of the President.

With the most basic rudimentary powers of deduction we can assimilate the facts that "Natural Born Citizen" is indeed something greater in criteria then being a "Citizen", which was indeed mentioned three times in the qualifications for Representative, Senator, and President, but that was intended for the office of the President ONLY for those living prior to the Constitution being signed. For all those born after the Constitution was signed the term "Citizen" no longer applied and it was indeed intended to protect our Country by the natural determination of two generations.

Because the President of the executive branch is the commander-in-chief of our military, it was thought to be a good idea that the extra stringent protections of our national security not be given to anyone but a "Natural Born Citizen". By deductive reasoning and by Supreme Court precedent we know there have never been any doubts to those who were "Born in the U.S. to Citizen parents" as to fulfilling that criteria.

If the economic fact that Obama has spent more money then all the Presidents combined from Washington to Bush, spending our future into oblivion is not an astounding alarm to you, I have very little hope for you to recognize trouble before its too late. If my experience has taught me anything it is that when you are in a jail cell or a prison cell with armed guards around you, with no ability to procure defense, by then its too late.

If you ever thought you might have to believe in God as slaves in America just like the Israelites did under the edicts of Pharaoh Ramsey of the Egyptians and have God very slow to hear your cry, you might have an idea of what you may have to go through by not heeding the Constitution and its gift to you purchased by the blood of those who fought America's Revolution.

It is my very humble prayer not to see you in the bonds of those prison camps of the Red Dawn where everything is perceived as normal, but everything is far from normal. We have inherited our freedom but we must constantly fight for it. Checks and Balances in the 3 Branches of our Government are meant to be a deterrent against sabotage of the creative power we the people have. The purpose of government is to foster that creative power that we as individuals have, and this is the primary positive incentive from which our Constitutional Republic was born. The Constitution was intended to be the defense for individual creativity, making the most positive labor force in the world.

It is therefore a telling tale of a government who wants to possess this creativity for itself by theft, or worse to prohibit outright the productive creating ability of the people by enslavement; either be economic indebtedness which is a form of enslavement or by and through the use of war as subjugation.

Dependency on the government is indeed what is fostered in projecting enslavement in the form of socialism, but even this must be paid for. It is paid for in the form of taxes. The crippling blow of the government made upon the ability to create.

It is true that Government wants you on the dole now. It is true there is a reason to stifle your creative powers. One thing this enslavement to socialism is not though that we can all agree on- it is not a believe in you or your creative powers.

So how is it with the vast improvement of technologies that we have witnessed from, I remind you, 1981 test flights of the space shuttles, the same year that IBM released it's first PC and I was a freshmen in high school- when 64 GB cell phones didn't exist in the pocket of every teen-ager, that the NASA Program became so expensive we had to shut it down?

Texas Governor Perry just slammed Obama for shutting down NASA space shuttle flights after 30 years;"Unfortunately, with the final landing of the Shuttle Atlantis and no indication of plans for future missions, this administration has set a significantly different milestone by shutting down our nation's legacy of leadership in human spaceflight and exploration," Perry said.

Are you really telling me that the vast improvement of technologies has not made things easier and less expensive? Are you really telling me that the convenience, saved time, and speed of technologies have not made it easier and created a lighter load?

Our government is saying the load is too heavy? It takes too much time? Its too expensive? There basically saying that all the advancements in our modern world are costing more, taking up more time, and have become a burden that you must pay for with higher taxes. This is an outright assault on your creativity. Now you know as well as I do they wouldn't be doing or saying this unless there was a massive panic that you would somehow recognize this.

Because if you did recognize this that would mean what? You saw an emperor with no clothes on? You recognized a perpetual oil and gas supply was actually created by our Earth. You recognized that real freedom and liberty were at your fingertips and that our national debt was actually a fabrication with one goal in mind?

To keep the elite who were so dumb or lazy they couldn't create for themselves in the elite chairs. They are panicked they may have to get a real job and they are willing to kill you in a war, enslave you to a debt, and or otherwise do anything they can think of to keep the status quo. No where has this been demonstrated so clearly then in Hillary Clinton's deflect and blame strategies in the Benghazi Congressional hearings while the most important question was not asked: Why was Chris Stevens even there on 9-11-2012 in the first place left unprotected in the barbecue of Libya?

The only problem with that is the cork is bound to pop. The power of the people to create is what, in fact, they are battling. Imagine a government releasing that creative power rather then trying to cross-tie it, and you can imagine what a Cody Robert Judy Administration would look like?

Imagine getting over hurdles in life, rather then having them act as block-aids that prohibit you. The greatest threat to your creative power is a usurper occupying the White House apposed to the very creative power that has made America the opportunity that it is for the individual. Obama is a disability according to the 14th Amendment Section 3 and Congress and the U.S. Supreme Court should subjugate itself to these demands of our Constitution to which they are sworn.

Obama is not worthy of impeachment nor is Obama's qualified to be impeached. Obama is not qualified to be U.S. President, and he's not a nice guy for not recognizing it and thinking your too dumb and ignorant to recognize it. He might be a nice guy on the basketball court or the golf course, but in the White House as a walking talking violation of the Constitution he is not a nice guy at all, and most usurpers aren't.

The American Erosion of Law-Barack Hussein Obama Arrested by the Secret Service for Identity Fraud?

Why are Federal Secret Service Agents investigating a man whose name resembles the biggest fraud and forgery case in American history?

Turning a blind eye on Barack Hussein Obama is exactly what the Secret Service is doing as Sheriff Joe Arapaio's Cold Case Posse has positively identified multiple reasons why Barack Hussein Obama's long form birth certificate, draft selective service forms, and social security card are indeed either altered or assigned to a different person.

This raises the point that "Fraud & Forgery" when it comes to identity theft and alterations that might deceive the American people are acceptable but a small time case the Secret Service is all over.

The problem is that when area, or in this case Salt Lake City police, contacted Secret Service agents who then file a federal fraud complaint through the U.S. Attorney’s Office in most fraud and forgery cases of identity theft,it is done, but in Barack Hussein Obama's case Eric Holder is unwilling to investigate the guy in the White House in the face of alarming evidence of law enforcement.

This raises a big question however about Obama's commitment as well as law enforcement's commitment all over the country to, "everyone following the same rules" and being held to the same degree of the law. As it stands now the guy whose name resembles Barack Hussein Obama's who was caught in Salt Lake City is being charged with 35 counts so far.

If the law was equal Barack Hussein Obama would be charged with fraud for every single vote placed for him in the 2012 election which would amount to 60,193,076 counts of fraud. Of course this fraud is connected to money also with every contributions to a candidate who is not qualified as a natural born citizen for the office of the president, every dollar was given under an assumption that is false.

This is why the case in Salt Lake City, Utah of the guy whose name resembles Barack Hussein Obama, whose name is Furat Awel Hussain should at the very least be given a pardon by Barack Hussein Obama immediately, or why the Selective Service Agency should not bother prosecuting another case of fraud or forgery. Barack Hussein Obama's exploits in the manner rising to the office in the White House as a usurper have effectively put to rest or mooted any other charges filed against any other person in fairness under the law.

If I were apart of Furat Awel Hussain legal team, I would plead innocent claiming their is no law against such activity as Barack Hussein Obama has got away with it and the Secret Service is not interested in prosecuting any such activity against Barack Hussein Obama whose crimes far exceed 35 counts of fraud and forgery to the tune of over 60 million.

The Attorney General then should not be interested in prosecuting Furat Awel Hussain because of the proven executive choices of Obama in lying to the American public about his being a natural born citizen qualified for the office of the President he now resides in as a usurper.

Equal protection under the law applied to everyone is something we all hoped for, but Barack Hussein Obama has done more to unravel the integrity, truthfulness,honor, and respect for the law than anyone prior in the White House.

Who may have the greater interest in this? Believe it or not it may be the people pushing for same-sex marriage. In a featured story on CNN Obama said, ""I want everyone treated fairly in this country. We have never gone wrong when we've extended rights and responsibilities to everybody," he said, drawing big applause. "That doesn't weaken families, that strengthens families."

Under the current humiliation, desecration, and contempt for the law Barack Hussein Obama has demonstrated a dis-respect that will be permanently held up as a standard by everyone being prosecuted, and will I'm sure put many many more of our families in grave danger in society, from those who have sworn to uphold the law under such contempt as local law enforcement officials, to those innocent in our schools and churches as the umbrella of Truth and Honor withdraws from our society and we are left unto ourselves.

One of the reasons it is so important and we have so much respect for Jesus Christ is he subjected himself to the law so that he could become the master of the law and in such he found our respect, honor, and ultimately our happiness. Barack Hussein Obama has no such claim as he skirts the law and professes against the law.

Indeed we all are sinners, subject to our own frailties and there isn't a one of us who is without sin who can cast the first stone as Jesus asked those who accused the women caught in adultery to do.

John 8:4-11 They say to him, Master, this woman was taken in adultery, in the very act. 5Now Moses in the law commanded us, that such should be stoned: but what say you? 6This they said, tempting him, that they might have to accuse him. Personally, I think if we all did more forgiving then prosecuting we would be better off. It is very difficult when you are accused of breaking the law and prosecuted not to want exactness in the law.

That is why I as a natural born citizen - born in the United States to two Citizens - having run a race with Barack Hussein Obama have felt that the United States Supreme Court has let me down and held me to a standard that they didn't hold Barack Hussein Obama to.

Indeed Congress has held that the 'natural born citizen' clause of the Constitution demanding a natural born citizen in the office of the President and Vice President is indeed different than the qualification found in the Constitution for U.S. Representatives and U.S. Senators.

I ran the race in 2012 as a qualified candidate and Barack Hussein Obama did not. In deed in spite of the accomplishments of Lance Armstrong in winning so many prestigious races when it was found that he had not competed fairly with the other racers, the Administrations responsible for over seeing those races ensuring fairness and equality stripped him of all of his titles.

So to should Congress and the United States Supreme Court find the fairness and equality of the law in the most important race in America that effects literally every single American, the Presidential Race, and strip Barack Hussein Obama from the office of the President for not being qualified.

The demand for a black president should not supersede the demand for the black president to at least be qualified under the Constitution. The Constitution is after all what has provided such an attractive border to cross for many minorities looking for equal protection under the law. If that is not upheld America is actually debased into a land that no longer respects and honors individual rights, but actually apposes those for the mobs and the gangs to rule.

Indeed what minorities should fear more than a jail cell or gun to the head, when they come to America is the individual rights provided by America's constitution eroded away through the qualifications of the office of the president. Barack Hussein Obama may indeed be fighting for more votes by granting amnesty somewhere, but Citizenship through amnesty to a country that no longer respects equal and fair protection under the law is citizenship into a country that perhaps is as dangerous now as the country they came from. What is the point of following the path of citizenship if Barack Hussein Obama hasn't followed it only to die in America?

Let's Give Up the Constitution for a Piece of Trash? Hummm?

The following transcript from the video, and the video seen below is the most benign friendly piece of trash. What makes it so vagarious is its framer Professor of Constitutional Law at Georgetown University Louis Michael Seidman seems so dangerous who would pay him any attention?

Mild mannered, even tempered and a constitutional law professor - wasn't Obama also a "senior lecturer," at the University of Chicago Law School who said he "served as a professor" and said he was "regarded as" a professor?

I'd like to take this time to make some scratch marks over his "simple idea" which I've encased in [] and start with the first sentence which jumps right out of the gate on you like the orders from the leader of a flash mob set to trash a retail store in the mall:

[I've got a simple idea: Let's give up on the Constitution.]

Simple ideas are genuinely pure and straight forward, but even if he used the 6 words to shock you, the resulting vacuum of the Republic for which we stand has vanished for what we must assume is not a Republic, in which the majority mob rules and the individual loses. What would the ACLU say to that?

[I know, it sounds radical, but it's really not. Constitutional disobedience is as American as apple pie.]

Well, he has admitted to being radical here but knows its necessary to try and convince you otherwise. Our prisons are full of people who decided to break the law and here he is advocating "Constitutional disobedience" which is basically a disobedience of the Supreme Law of the Land the likes of which every office holder of the court and government have sworn to uphold.

[For example, most of our greatest Presidents -- Jefferson, Lincoln, Wilson, and both Roosevelts -- had doubts about the Constitution, and many of them disobeyed it when it got in their way.]

Perfect examples Presidents? - irregardless of any circumstances that our Constitution actually allows and provides for within the Constitution, which would make it not against the Constitution. He uses past presidents, who in his words in the bottom paragraph we would consider "ancient and outdated" as his examples of giving up on the Constitution? How is it possible to use "ancient and outdated" material to discredit "ancient and outdated material"? Shouldn't he be using modern material if he wants to discredit "ancient and outdated material"? He makes no sense.

[To be clear, I don't think we should give up on everything in the Constitution. The Constitution has many important and inspiring provisions, but we should obey these because they are important and inspiring, not because a bunch of people who are now long-dead favored them two centuries ago.]

Ohhhh so he thinks some things are good in the Constitution now and wants to save the "parts" of it that are "important and inspiring provisions", according to who? Him? I find the "natural born citizen clause for the Office of the President quite inspiring that has for over 200 years prevented a foreign leader from financing his own heirs on to the throne of the White House.

[Unfortunately, the Constitution also contains some provisions that are not so inspiring. For example, one allows a presidential candidate who is rejected by a majority of the American people to assume office. Suppose that Barack Obama really wasn't a natural-born citizen. So what?]

Holy Cow!- This guy is nuts. So the Electorate actually does their job and finds out because of a little investigation that the President Elect is only 11 years old and is the son of North Korea Kim Jong II- a son he had born in Hawaii. Anyone see a problem with that? He obviously doesn't. Or was he talking about the off chance insanity plot of the the Pres and VP actually being assassinated and our Constitution providing a back up in the chain of command who would have the authority vested in them, but who were not elected specifically for that office while we got together and voted again? He doesn't like that part.

[Constitutional obedience has a pernicious impact on our political culture. Take the recent debate about gun control. None of my friends can believe it, but I happen to be skeptical of most forms of gun control.]

Pernicious? Such a coy word - Having a harmful effect, esp. in a gradual or subtle way. What? He just said we should abandon the Constitution and he doesn't think he is being pernicious? Then he has the audacity to chum up to the Constitution's 2nd Amendment? This guys dumb and he's got balls. That's a dangerous combination. The fact his friends don't believe he's a friend to the Constitution makes me wonder if his friends are right. His opening statement did in fact say "Give Up the Constitution" rather then "Give Up parts of the Constitution" in some sensible and reasonable term as the Constitution permits, being flexible and adaptable to modern times by 2/3rds of a majority. Does he have a problem with finding 2/3rd of the Representatives and Senators that we the people, the majority, pick actually agreeing on an Amendment? What - its not fast enough for him or is it the fact that 2/3rd is just too heavy of a burden?

[I understand, though, that's not everyone's view, and I'm eager to talk with people who disagree.]

Yes, he's eager to talk to people who disagree with the 2nd Amendment because they are more his friends then the ones he was referring to can't believe he's a 2nd Amendment champion?

[But what happens when the issue gets Constitutional-ized? Then we turn the question over to lawyers, and lawyers do with it what lawyers do. So instead of talking about whether gun control makes sense in our country, we talk about what people thought of it two centuries ago.]

Now he's comparing taking a stand for the Constitution to constipation in the word "Constitutional-ized" is that even a word in the wiki dictionary? Yes it is and it means: Incorporated into a constitution. How does that happen? Oh yes, 2/3rd of the Congress agree to it. Then he reveals his true colors on gun control advocating the notion that people two centuries ago could not have possibly wanted a gun for the same reason our military does, our own militia's do, and our own hunters do? How could the line of thinking still exist of overthrowing a tyrannical government? Is tyrannical dictator king still a word he understands?

[Worse yet, talking about gun control in terms of constitutional obligation needlessly raises the temperature of political discussion. Instead of a question on policy, about which reasonable people can disagree, it becomes a test of one's commitment to our foundational document and, so, to America itself.]

More on Gun Control out of his 2nd Amendment respecting mouth here; funny I've never heard of anyone at the NRA's rally's getting riled about people giving them weapons. Its always the people wanting to take their water and bee-bee guns away that pisses them off.

[This is our country. We live in it, and we have a right to the kind of country we want. We would not allow the French or the United Nations to rule us, and neither should we allow people who died over two centuries ago and knew nothing of our country as it exists today.]

A little patriotism out of his mouth respecting America's Constitution and its flexibility for our modern age? No, he's mocking it. He also advocates that the French and United Nations should not rule over us and then throws the founder and framers overboard with them. He just doesn't understand our Constitution is flexible and provides a great way for Amendments does he? He also doesn't seem to understand that people who lived two centuries ago thought making-love was a lot better then making war. That's pretty standard I think. The proof? We're here because our Daddys got our Mama's pregnant and managed enough food to feed us. WhaWhoo!

In which case he is aiding and abetting for something even more ancient and outdated then the Constitution. If this professor from Georgetown University, a school that was on my list to attend when I was 18, is anything like the others I'd say America has no friend there, but old King George might have, and I made the right decision not to attend. The biggest crowd affected are young people, College, Highschool, its their dreams that the politicians in Washington DC are in fact selling with our debt and no incentives to stop the spending, after all they won't be in office by the time the other shoe drops.

It is with this concern that I have made the following rap song and put it together in a format that young people might be attracted to dig in and learn the truth of what is going on and how their futures are being sold.

I have a deep seated love for freedom and liberty because of the experiences I have had where the Constitution counted for nothing. In this situations and circumstances unfortunately a real appreciation for our rights our established.

I'm working on a rap sheet with the words that I will post soon, so stay tuned and check back here! Mean while enjoy. Please bear in mind that it is not the people who already believe in the Constitution that we need to engage, attract,inform and educate It is people who are not in our crowd yet.

One clip in the video of former Republican Candidate for Vice President Ryan, who many would say was on tract and defending the Constitution; yet you see he makes fun of those of us Birthers who are standing up for truth despite unpopular media coverage as we have recognized that the economic conditions in our country have indeed been compromised with the principles of our Constitution being flushed.

If leaders like Representative Ryan cannot afford to take a stand for the qualifications of the office of the President, we can safely say they are not willing to take a stand on our economy and disastrous debt. Its a pretty safe bet that these kind of leaders are not steering our Country in a direction that will maintain our freedom and liberties and that they are not concerned with anyone else but their own private motives of power and passing the buck on to us UNTIL they are not in office.

The progressive war on women continues with the Obama Administration as Obama considers a plethora of restrictions this week on the public’s right to bear arms, protected by the 2nd Amendment of the Constitution, Joe Biden has corralled as recommendations just waiting for the Executive Order and signature of Obama – a candidate for President who fails the ‘natural born citizen’ clause of the Constitution occupying the White House, whose using a social security number assigned from Connecticut and never has been a resident there, whose own attorneys are on record reporting his long form birth certificate is a forgery- whose own draft registration has been called by a criminal investigation of law enforcement altered.

Coming on the heels of Obama’s executive order granting him tax-payer funded Secret Service protection for life, The Sandy-Hook slaughter has had a major affect upon an emboldened Administration for restrictions against those suffering “any” mental health problems targeting and profiling the guns of any household with persons on mental health medications.

Now why would the Administration want to target all house-holds with anyone taking mental health prescribed drugs if they didn’t trust the drugs? It boils down to an assault upon the female gender or a complete lack of faith in the mental health drugs.

Statistically the major portions of the population suffering from mental health issues are predominantly women. In fact in Utah considered by many to be per capita the psycho-tropic capital of the United States it would easily dis-arm half of the population and house-holds. In fact about 25 or so guns caught in security checks out of Utah airports and the rest of the nation here.

Wither women are more likely to go see a psychiatrist for marital problems in counseling, more vulnerable to depression, more sensitive spiritually, or weaker in a physical confrontation, it all boils down to the female populations weaknesses that this administration is targeting and profiling because they would be the most affected by such an executive order.

How is this unwanted advance on gun and Wallmart ammo control and household gun confiscation to effect Women who have been sexually assaulted, raped, and been prescribed any psychiatric medication for stress? If signed into law, these women would be considered a sever risk to carry hand-guns, and their house-holds could be stripped of arms their husbands could use to protect them, leaving no protection other then steak-knives and base ball bats. Assaults happen within 5 minutes and so the police are nowhere in range to help.

Post traumatic syndrome, rape victims, an aunt, mother, teen-ager treated for depression, memory loss, forgetfulness, amnesia under the roof of any man who is a hunter and owner of guns would necessarily have to give up the guns in the household. If the Doctor didn’t ask you about guns in your home when prescribing such meds, then Doctors could be prosecuted for a felony.

Now Birthers have called these spécificités of Obama’s background that would prohibit his 2nd Amendment right to own, buy, or use a firearm because of a failed back ground check , a concern warranting criminal investigations, but it’s not fair to call Obama a criminal for hiding under the umbrella and cover of identity fraud simply because it hasn’t been prosecuted.

Newly elected Utah Attorney General John Swallow has invited an investigation by the United States Attorney General’s office in the alleged bribery scandal opened by testimony of Jeremy Johnson to eliminate any doubt of wrong doing; however Obama remains fearful of any Congressional hearings in his identity problems and an open court review of the qualification demands of the Office of the President. Why is Obama so fearful of this review in open court or Congress?

In Oprah Winfrey’s interview with Lance Armstrong’s came a review from Psychologist suggesting Lance’s personality dis-order highlighted by the ability to lie for years about taking performance enhancement drugs could have been the result of child hood trauma. Lance Armstrong hasn't just denied ever using performance enhancing drugs, he has done so in an indignant, even threatening way much the way Obama has treated Birthers. Both may be suffering from narcissism because they must be loved , have to be adored , have the ability lie to a camera, feels the truth has no value, and have built up a huge following on the lies that are told and thus the expectations are demanding. Now Armstrong may be cornered by the U.S. State Department for damages as a rep for the post office.

No one wants that kind of person, or the criminally insane armed and in the White House as President? Institutionalized persons can’t pass a back ground check, but neither could Obama if you run his social security number or honored his Jakarta State adoption by step-father Lolo Soetoro which allowed him to enroll and attend school. Now what good are records if we are just going to ignore them? Make no mistake Obama wants “your” medical records though?

Now, radio show host Rush Limbaugh and Glenn Beck continue to raise the warning signs of Obama’s dictatorial and tyrannical behavior, that most believing in the Constitution would call ‘insane’ and more then wrong-doing but a ‘crime’ and he’s in the White House! Do you see how fast the “label” of someone can affect you personally?

Recently former Presidential Candidate Jon Huntsman has made association with the“No Label” conference aimed at helping people find solutions rather than so much ideology with party and many Americans are getting sick of the Republican and the Democrat Parties. Obama seeks to label people, in a divide and conquer mentality and with that label "mental health" confiscate the house-holds weapons and suspend the Constitution. It’s no secret Obama’s own lies are to be permitted while Birthers telling the truth are put down. Labels are and can be more often used by the dictates of the eyes of the beholder. That is why Obama must be held accountable to the Constitution.

Rush and Glen both say there’s a thing called The Constitution and that it is a bulwark of law. Now they say executive orders are not meant for the President to get around or violate the Constitution. The Constitution defines our Country. It holds our country together. Obama’s signed 23 Executive Orders ( 144 total) on guns in the usurpation of the Constitution because no one will stand up against that? If Congress doesn’t stand up for the Constitution the Office of the President can wipe them, and all their work, out by executive order.

Executive Orders are not supposed to break the law, change the law, and they certainly are not meant to grant unfettered dictatorial power. The Legislative Branch is supposed to be the Branch writing laws. I want you to understand this.
Rush and Glenn both want you to know they would not lie to you either. Big question then: Why aren’t they Birthers? Why do they cover for Obama’s violating the Constitution in the natural born citizen clause in the Constitution?

So all that needs to happen is “accusations” of your mental unfitness by a doctor who orders and then prescribes a medications and bam your Constitutional Rights are non-existent? Should any women have a right to own a gun? Once you suffered from depression can’t you always be susceptible- once an alcoholic always an alcoholic? Glenn Beck admits he could fall off the wagon tomorrow. This is the mentality that has no bounds in its ability to suspend your rights by doctor’s orders, and thus your right to bear arms.

Do Doctors ever make mistakes referenced as SRE's (serious re-portable events)? Oh I think there were only half a million people mis-identified and operated on last year that were mistakenly assumed by doctors needing treatments like amputations and organ transplants. The wrong patients woke up without spleens or limbs that had been cut off accidentally, or an instrument sewed up inside them. With mental health issues you only need to look at the law suits of particular mental health medications recommended actually causing harm to know when it comes to chemistry many Doctors are actually shooting in the dark and to think that blindfolded they could actually prohibit your Constitutional rights is pretty legitimate for what American patriots would call political insanity.

How do you define “mental illness”? “Paranoia” often is a symptom of a mental health dis-order and many main stream media commentators who have called for confiscations of weapons from any household where mental health medications have been prescribed are indeed suffering from a delusional fear of safety and security. We don’t ban cars because of car accidents, but the solution to dis-arming all house-holds who have under the roof someone taking mental health drugs is actually palatable? How in the world is taking away from women the right to arm themselves against attackers palatable?

This gets into an assault upon religious beliefs to. Do you believe in the Holy Ghost? If you do, you need psychiatric medication? If you believe Mary conceived baby Jesus by Holy Conception are you insane? If you believe Moses received the 10 Commandments from God’s holy finger are you insane? You see how fast the entire Country can be called by an atheist believing doctor insane and in need of “psychiatric medication” and thus needs to be dis-armed?

How many people with mental dis-orders now won’t trust their doctors? I’d say Obama has done more to ruin the patient doctor relationship then any single person occupying the White House in the last month. When you consider the confiscation of guns and ammunition on every house-hold or under any roof where there is a person with a mental health issue you’re basically with one executive order able to dis-arm more than 50% of the population now armed. That’s why Obama’s going after the women on the mental health issue.

Lithium – Prozac – all the anxiety and depression drugs once used to help people now are used to target, profile and dis-arm American households. How’s that for progressive?

Now, why go over all of this, why discuss it? Well, the most important part of selecting a president is to find someone who understands these threats to your security. These are threats to your free speech, your right to bear arms, even your right to worship freely. These fundamental inalienable rights are under direct assault by Obama and he is unqualified for the Office of the President.

If your security demands upholding the Constitution then you have to find a President who at least understands the Constitution and isn’t a walking talking violation of the Constitution. People talk about people who have died because of guns, what about the people who have died for our Constitution? Has the Gov. of New York forgotten them in the Cuomo bill?

Statistically, Sandy-Hook is an anomaly but it doesn’t relieve the grief of the families bearing the grief and loss of their households; however, no law can bring them back to life again either.

How many of those parents seeing a perpetrator walk through their front door wouldn’t want a gun or use a gun to protect their children in a dangerous situation? I haven’t seen any suggestions such as a push button alarm put under every teacher’s desk that could sound a siren distracting a would-be perpetrator much like a bank has that notifies officials of a bank robber? Doesn’t it make more sense to protect our children then it does to protect our money? That makes more sense than dis-arming women who have suffered attacks based on their receiving any help in prescribed medications.

Laws are only as good as they are enforced and Obama’s occupation in the White House as an unqualified person for the Office of the President is a perfect shining example on the Hill that no matter the executive order or law passed by Congress we have an example in the White House of just how to get around the law rather than live by the law.

This has been the cause of my action in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 in the United States Supreme Court, which has thus far been evaded by the Court. The Chief Justice of the Untied States Supreme Court- Justice John Roberts received this letter today in the action.

Today I read from The Holy Bible Psalms 56 and I'd like to share that with you here with some beauty of this magnificent Earth God has created. David in the Bible new many times when the Government was in trouble and God helped him and Israel. Stripping Americans down to the Bare Bones

Often leaders are associated as coaches, navigators, pushing you towards what you hope will be a winning season. They can be hard on you like a drill sergeant whose sole purpose might be tearing you down so that you can be built back up even better. They will take you through drills that are seemingly harmless that you can see success with gaining your confidence in what they are doing for you.

They had every intention of making you stronger, recognizing who you were, and then all of a sudden the Coach says something like, “ I’ve been trying to break you down so I can rebuild you, but you just haven’t been getting it. So, what I’d like for you to do is take all of your clothes off and line up shoulder to shoulder, men on the right women on the left. “; and everyone just does it.

They go take their clothes off and put them in a little hole that is dug just in front of the trench they are lining up to. Their backs will face the trench when they line up shoulder to shoulder and they will be eager to hear what is going to happen next.

They understand that whatever happens, it is for the best and that sacrifices have to be made that basically eliminate complaints. Ultimately that is what they are sacrificing – the ability to utter a complaint. In order to act as one cohesive team there can be no division.

It is very important that everyone get into line. Order must be maintained. It is carefully pointed out that fighting, even discussion is not called for, and the ends will always justify the means. The weaknesses are exploited and ridiculed as complete and utter failures; even going so far as to breed contempt for them in favor of just doing what you’re told. Is that so hard?

Anger and ungratefulness replace wisdom and understanding. Gratitude to God is seen as contemptuous and weak mindedness and is used as a sign of deserving ridicule for obvious failures explained clearly in analysis of the mind.

Skilled politicians have been able to manipulate populist, nationalist, or racist feelings to advance authoritarian rule. We hear things like, “The system was broke to begin with, the scab has to came off before the wound gets better which means the band-aid must eventually come off too. I hope we can begin to see the bigger picture”

Indeed a party that can effectively paralyze a democratic government can blame the Constitution of a Republic, for checks and balances gone awry and get away with it, however, they must assuredly do so by violating the Constitution first, especially noticed in the Executive Branch, because adhering to the Constitution would be a violation of their agenda.

It took all of 12 years for Hitler to rise to power and the reign of terror to hit the world from what seemed a defeated democracy in Germany wounded by disastrous inflation that ate away at the economy, the global Depression marked in 1929 when the United States stock market crashed exacerbating the situation as banks failed, factories closed, and millions of people lost their jobs.

The release of the Glass-Stegall regulations that Pres. Clinton signed off on created a wide open vacuum of trading that banks saw they could make a ton of money on, as the wall of security that separated commercial banking from investment banking collapsed.

Construction boomed as sub-prime mortgages, over 90% in 2006 for example, were adjustable-rate mortgages. And it’s also true that the number has risen sharply since Obama took office now 15% of Americans reportedly on food stamps really makes you wonder about the unemployment number being reported fewer than 8%.

Obama has orchestrated a reliance on importing goods made from slave labor. Without penalizing companies like Apple for making products at below half of minimum wage over in China by demanding at least a minimum wage import duty America is not the place to make anything. If a country loses its ability to make a product its population is quickly regulated to working for the government.

The cycle with Apple one of the companies projecting growth in 2013 takes dollars out of America from otherwise employed people, marginalizes the country for a lower wage, and then demands we pay for it by buying a product which increases the wealth of a company hiding taxes in foreign banks.

It seems we are actually paying companies to find foreign slave labor because we have an anti-slave sentiment in our Constitution? This is of course the nature of pure capitalism that needs to find a stiff upper lip for at the minimum, a protection of minimum wage abroad, or an Act deregulating minimum wage for "piece-work" that employers won’t be penalized for.

Through a form of “Piece Work”, the dollar is put to our Country, spent here, and would be competitive to foreign slave labor. An incentive might be given to companies that maintained their minimum wage accounts through some sort of tax break. This is what I’ve been thinking about anyway.

We do necessarily need to level the playing field which is anti-American, because as it stands right now unless we make America a business friendly place and give incentives to companies to stay here, we will see a continued deportation of American jobs to leaner regulations that are set to beat Obama’s Regulations set up to empower a loss of freedom due to a economic collapse and necessarily strip Americans down to the bare bones.

The 20th Amendment proves that the President elect may be found to be ineligible at any time by one with proper standing to ask the question. My action was initiated prior to the beginning of Obama's term, and has not been fully adjudicated by a judicial tribunal of last resort (in violation of 3 US Code 5). I still have standing to press this action seeking Declaratory relief as to whether Obama is an eligible natural born Citizen all the way to SCOTUS.

"If a President shall not have been chosen before the time fixed for the beginning of his term, or if the President elect shall have failed to qualify, then the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified".
"If the president shall have failed to qualify before the beginning of his term" clearly leaves open the possibility that he may be found ineligible AFTER the Electoral count.

Were any of the Justices of the United States Supreme Court even briefed on the case Judy v. Obama 12-5276?

I was encouraged about the news that Chief Justice Roberts at least referred Orly Taitz case to the rest of the Justices for Conference, however the conference is set for February, but it was better then him denying it himself. That's actually quite interesting.

I suppose we could use a Superman to uphold the United States Constitution's "natural born citizen" clause found in Article II, Section I, Clause 5 for the office of the President that Barack Obama is hot water with. Interesting note here from an anonymous com mentor who is basically saying "SCOTUS" has either no intel on the case, or is not interested in seeing to it that the Constitution's demands are upheld in the case of Barack Obama.

When a petition is filed the Respondent either files a response or waives its right to file a response. If it waives its right to file a response, and at least one Justice believes that the petition has merit, SCOTUS will call upon the Respondent to file a response. In your case, no response was called for, which means that your petition was "dead listed" - i.e., it was aside to be formally denied following the scheduled conference date. Your petition was never discussed at the conference on January 4. No response was called for, so your petition did not make it to the Discuss List. Look at the other birther cases which have been filed with SCOTUS and you will see the same pattern - e,g, Kerchner v. Obama, Taitz v. MacDonald, Berg v. Obama, etc.

Well, I think you're right about that. That leads us back to the premise however that SCOTUS is not deciding the case. How could they even know what was in a case, unless it was noted to them by a Clerk? If the Clerks are against you, you have no access to a Justice?

If what your saying is true, not a single justice cared that the Constitution was changed by an Administrative Court Judge when it comes to the Office of the President.

That just doesn't make sense to me. I'd think if the qualification was going to be changed they'd want to make an intelligent ruling on it and consider it, especially given the Legislative Hard Line which has forbidden changes to the Art. II, Section I, Clause 9.

We do have the words of Justice Clarence Thomas who said on record the Justices were avoiding this issue.
