So many of us over-complicate things. I want to help you simplify everything right here, and right now.

Whatever it is that you are doing, ask yourself these three simple questions. Does it make you happy, is it helping others, and is it profitable?

I understand there are challenges and not everything will provide instant gratification. Life and business both take hard work and time, but the end result has got to lead to a yes answer to the three questions above. If it doesn’t, you are cheating yourself.

If you are unhappy, change it! If you are not helping others, start reaching out today. If the work you are doing is not profitable, start preparing a new plan of attack.

The bottom line is that if you start focusing on these three things your life, and the lives of those around you, will change for the better.

Personal development has got to be part of your success plan. Finding balance in life will not only enrich your journey, but make all of the people around you more successful too.

I stumbled across this great video interview of author Gabrielle Bernstein discussing How to Manifest Anything You Want, and just had to share it with you.

Here are Gabby’s 3 Steps to Manifesting:

Get Clear – You can get anything you want, but you do need to know what exactly that is to get it.
Release Limiting Beliefs – Negativity and a lack of belief will stop you from getting what you want. Eliminate them now!
Have Trust – Life is not against you, the universe has your back!

Social Media and the Olympics (Infographic)

The Olympics has always been a special time for me and my family, even though it has not always been easy to watch.

There is the time difference issue, and the fact the television does not cover every event you would like to see.

In 2012, it looks like we are finally at a point where everything will be accessible thanks to social media and video platforms.

Youtube is teaming up with NBC to offer a live-stream of every single event. That adds up to about 3,000 hours of Olympic bliss!

It looks like the Olympic coverage will not be on Youtube itself, but streamed on NBCOlympics.com. That makes sense, as NBC will get all of the pageviews.

Check out this infographic showing the growth and relationship of the Olympics with social media.

As you can see, the evolution of technology has really opened up the event to a larger audience, and I believe that 2012 will be the most viewed Olympics ever.
