I hope your summers are going well — and I know you are probably all feeling very busy.

My chicken project is clucking along!  My camera is broken, so I can’t show pix just yet.

1. All interns – please remember to ask all internship-related questions or post any information related to internships on your private eLC discussion board.  By this point, all of you have one.  Over time, this board will provide continuity as your internship unfolds.

2. Gwinnett only:  progress has been made!  Check your discussion board soon if you are hoping for a Gwinnett placement.

Happy summer to those of you just letting out of school!  And certainly, enjoy a class-free weekend.

Here are the people I have so far: Amanda, Angie, Austin, Becca, Deborah, Eve, Frannie, Ginny, Jennifer, Karen, Kim B, Kyle, McKenzie, Paige, Rebecca, Sharon.  I’ve launched a private internship discussion board for each of these folks, and the process continues from there.

And – course evals are stuck at 92%.  I feel sure that the one missing person (whom I can’t identify) thought they filled it out, and maybe forgot to click or there was a glitch or something.   Ah well, I can hope until May 15 for 100%. Sigh.

It used to be that we could tell who had and had not completed the eval.  I think they took that ability away from us – but I’m hoping that the last person out there will go ahead and complete this so we’ll have 100%!

Let me know if you can’t find your feedback, etc.  I believe I have finished every bit, including resubmissions.

Grading has begun!  I finished all early-submitted projects through Friday.  This week, I’ll be tackling the rest of them, two per day.  Watch  your eLC team board for results.

Field Experiences: I just wanted to let you know that all are checked in.  Many were submitted “early” and I graded some of those as they came in.  As for the rest, I’ll be grading them over the next few days, and hope to finish all by the time Orders start coming in on May 2.

Although my trips to Gwinnett are over for awhile, I’m still working!  If problems come up, let me know.

And I now have chickens!  Six tiny chicks.  I’ll keep you posted!
