From Coufourandhalf-All and sundry from the military dictatorship seem to be making a beeline for Australia - some of them with official approval, others not.

The illegal attorney general, Aiyaz Sayed Khaiyum, is in Sydney this week and is said to be heading to Melbourne after that.

It's claimed the former chief of staff, Brigadier Colonel Mohammed Aziz, is also in Australia, after doing a runner.

Insiders contacted C4.5 several days ago to say Aziz has gone AWOL over the Pita Driti case.

They say he had left Fiji with the Minister of Defence for China and from there had gone to the Golan Heights but has not returned to the country or kept the regime informed of his movements.

They say news has come out of the illegal prime minister's office and camp that Aziz changed his travel plans and is now in Australia.

Insiders also say there are whispers Frank Bainimarama has ordered Aziz to be arrested and tried as Driti was last month.

Driti was found guilty and sentenced to five years in jail for inciting mutiny and uttering a seditious comment.

He and Mohammed Aziz were revealed as plotting against Bainimarama but Aziz was spared after telling all.

The other high ranking officer implicated in the failed plot, Roko Ului Mara, escaped to Tonga where he has become private secretary to King Tupou VI and has been given an island which he is developing for eco-tourism.

Colonel Mohammed Aziz was shuffled out of the country so has not had to give evidence.

Centre stage, though, has been the much hated illegal attorney general, Aiyaz Sayed Khaiyum, and the claim the plot was against both him and Bainimarama.

Many were not surprised to hear in court the mention of Khaiyum's corrupt dealings and how the concerns were waved away by Bainimarama.

Khaiyum is gunning for Driti to be convicted and sent to jail but is widely reviled so it's not surprising more whistleblowers have since contacted C4.5 with information about his outside-the-law ventures.

We've been told that while while he was acting prime minister, Khaiyum approved an exemption of tax and duty for a friend, a taxi operator, allowing the businessman to escape fees on vehicles brought into the country from Europe, which are five years or older, saving him thousands of dollars.

A former investigator for FICAC, the anti-corruption unit set up by Frank Bainimarama, is also now exposing the in-house hypocrisy and corruption.

Simione Cagilaba has turned to the illegal president (just as Driti and co apparently planned to do), to seek redress, urging him to investigate FICAC.

Cagilaba says he was sacked unfairly and says FICAC has blocked him getting other work since May after failing to pin false charges on him, following a secret investigation.

In a letter to Epeli Nailatikau the disenchanted investigator says he was the victim of a smear campaign and while he was cleared of any crime in the Nasinu court, his pay was cut from $28,000 to $18,000 and he eventually lost his job, while other investigating officers, guilty of real crime, continue to go unpunished.

In the letter seen by C4.5, Cagilaba writes:

"... It now make’s me raise the question as why Registry Officer Isimeli Rabuku can get away with his extra marital affairs and abuse of office case whilst setting up the Lautoka office, Mr James Sinclair for his soliciting for money in return for a particular complaint to be dealt with, Ms Siteri Rabici stealing from a Private dwelling house being searched through the execution of a Search Warrant, other officer(s) using FICAC SW’s to obtain private information for their private use, other officers for demanding and receiving benefit from the owner of the T.F Jan Company in Ba, making false declarations to PSC, aiding a wanted person to enter and exit Fiji, abuse of FICAC vehicles by drivers, etc etc..."

In the same letter he says: "... this clearly highlights the lack of transparency and know how in running such a dignified and professional body like FICAC where conforming to government’s standard procedure of internal investigation etc was simply shoved aside and whereby the two man panel consisting of Mj Narawa and Mr Ralulu simply took part in almost all the processes which does not give a single benefit to me to defend myself even for once or for themselves to remain independent and to make deliberations once formal interviews are completed by the investigators."

In the letter, Cagilaba tells Nailatikau that unfortunately for him he was not with 'RFMF or the Fiji Police to have any guardian within FICAC and as a civilian' had been isolated and put on a leash from the time he joined in 2008.

Indeed the FMF has been the curse and scourge of the nation since 1987 and a clear picture is emerging of certain dynasties behind all the upheavals just to maintain their well being. As has been repeated many times there is no need for such a proportionately large standing army doing nothing constuctive but ceremonial duties. There is no external enemies neither is there internal ones.

They are themselves the enemy of the state. Only justification is the UN peace keeping but this is only a limited opportunity which has been further undermined by the coup. I mean we could go on and on about the negatives of our army but these are well known.

They are now in a propaganda of capturing hearts and minds by spinning all the lies they can conjure and supressing our freedom by controlling what goes on air and paper to "not say anything bad about the regime". One could almost link all scandals/scams/con jobs that ever was/is in Fiji to its notorious military, all roads lead to our notorious and corrupt-to-its-core RFMF!

For instance, just glancing at the off-putting expired testosterones displayed in the photographs above, a pertinent Q that comes to mind is how deep were Ma/Na/Ra/Ga (top 4 pix) in the NBF $220 million scandal (that was never recovered!) and which gave them, their personal empires & cronies a head start? Hmmm….. i wonder.

Frankly, the younger generation do not care for a Fiji military force anymore inasmuch as these past-their-expiry-dates GOONS continue to force upon the nation their pathetic irrelevance.

Don't believe me, then simply put it to a VOTE, with the UN and other reputable/independent intl org supervising the process.

Of course, they caaannn't – for the obvious TRUTH terrifies them! Hence – PER/draconian decrees/muzzling of the press and any opposition.

He is so consumed by this deep seated hatred for the SDL it is manifesting in all his pronouncements regarding the SDL and political issues, that he makes irrational statements all the time. He talks of racism and hatred in general but has no specifics and keeps delving when pushed that qoliqoli and reconciliation bills are cases of racism and hatred. Sad to say that I have not seen any blatant example of anything the idiot claims. When the poor fijian landowners are being helped to progress the fool calls this racism. Fool because it is his own race that he is depriving and Fijians are the ones needing help Indians are mostly well.

Ironically I can feel the hatred coming from the dictator when he makes all these rash statements about shutting out the SDL and accusing them of illogical things. He accuses others of hatred whilst he himself practices it. Another hyprocritical performance by our tinpot dictator.

It is true that the "root cause" of our coups by a "tiny minority of ostensibly malefic persons" in Fiji was beyond my comprehension.

A notable blogger has repeatedly clarified in this quest to seek an answer that "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" and that "Satan was the enemy and doing nothing was the shepherd" or something to that effect.

This was an acceptable answer for me and perhaps the majority of those like me, why, because we are Christian and understood this coming from a fellow Christian, well presumably, that it was just the fight of good over evil, but was this answer 'universally' acceptable?

Then it occurred to me. This is absolutely the same reason why Laisenia Qarase and Mahendra Chaudry or the International Community have been unable to identify a solution to tame this evil, even with the ostensible support of the majority of the population.

Why? No not because of guns. Because one is Christian and the other a Hindu who hate each other and have NO understanding of Islam. The same can be said of the Religious background of the majority of our freedom bloggers. What we do not understand, it is human nature to rubbish and focus on that which we do.

In fact one can draw from all religions and channel that knowledge to attaining happiness which of course is found within not without and is that which has been with us from the beginning and is attained at the end of desire.

However, if we continue to ignore this hidden power ruling in the shadows, the fate for any other leader that may emerge to replace these two in our country will be the same, that is just the way it is from the late Ratu Sir Kamisese Mara's era to Frankeinsteins now.

In this hunt for answers I stumbled across reflections of the brilliant life of Muhammad Iqbal, a poet, philosopher and lawyer (1877–1938), a common denominator of our shadowy figures, who was proud of his Islamic identity and desired to find the "root cause" of human suffering and in his first lecture in 1908, he asserted that out of all religious systems including Christianity, Islam took the most positive view of the human capacity to "transform" the world for the better.

As free, equal and responsible individuals, human beings are the makers of their own destiny and require no mediator between themselves and God. Islam rejects the Christian doctrines of redemption and the infallibility of the Church because these assume the "insufficiency of human personality" and create a dependency that Iqbal saw as "obstructing the ethical progress of man".

The ethical ideal of Islam in a nutshell is "a strong Will in a strong Body".Frank Bainimarama surely has a strong will in a strong body, the same can be said of all the Legal Advisors to Frank prior to and since the 2006 coup.

Ask yourselves, are there any Hindu or Christian Lawyers in Fiji that have the passion and drive to replace Aiyaz Kaiyum? I think not. When a person is driven by non-material metaphysical forces NO ONE will beat him/her. The day that Frank Bainimarama replaces Aiyaz and Aziz and the Shameems and Sahu Khans and all others like them in the shadows, that is the day his 'empire' will collapse. This is the KEY to our FREEDOM.

So what is required to destroy Christianity and Hinduism or according to Iqbal "transform" Fiji for the better? The answer is simple, nothing, just the absence of the strength of Character and Physical prowess to protect our identity, our heritage and self respect.

Iqbal ascribed this to the visible absence of "life-force" due to the "decay of the religious spirit", which along with political causes beyond peoples control instils an abject sense of dependence.

The absence of a strong will in a strong body to lead us has led to our decay, which I think Wadan Narsey has outlined on RFN months earlier, due to our dependence on strong leaders, which as we speak, unfortunately can only be seen in Frank.

A state from the Islamic point of view was needed only to "realize the spiritual in human organization".

By abolishing the caliphate in 1924, the Turkish Grand National Assembly had shown how the right to independent reasoning could be exercised in modern times. A republican form of government was wholly consistent with the spirit of Islam and an imperative of the time. Now ask yourselves which countries in the World have had coups? The overwhelming majority are Islamic, Africa and Fiji.

Though unsure about the ultimate fate of the nationalist ideal in the Muslim world, Iqbal was of the view that for now "every Muslim nation must sink into her own deeper self, temporarily focus her vision on herself alone, until all are strong and powerful to form a living family of republics".

Funny how SLR made our Fiji a Republic and Frank has sunk our Fiji into her own deeper self whilst caressing the others for Fiji to join our new 'family', no not the Commonwealth family, the Tal-Qaeda family of Republics.

The idealist in Iqbal wanted to think that God was "slowly bringing home … the truth that Islam is neither Nationalism nor Imperialism but a League of Nations which recognizes artificial boundaries and racial distinctions for facility of reference only, and not for restricting the social horizon of its members".

What humanity needed, Iqbal contended, was a spiritual emancipation of the individual based on universal principles for the spiritual evolution of human society.

For Muslims, the "spiritual basis of life is a matter of conviction for which even the least enlightened man … can lay down his life". Given that the basic idea in Islam was that there would be no further revelation, Muslims "ought to be spiritually one of the most emancipated peoples on earth". But emerging from the "spiritual slavery" of pre-Islamic Arabia, the early Muslim community failed to appreciate the true significance of the idea of the finality of prophecy.

If contemporary Muslims were to grasp this point and reconstruct their social life according to the ethical principles outlined in the Qur'an, they might yet attain that "spiritual democracy" which is the ultimate aim of Islam.

Critics have scoffed at Iqbal's concept of a "spiritual democracy", describing it as "ornamental prose" aimed at awakening the spirit of struggle among Indian Muslims but devoid of any concrete guidelines on how to establish such a form of government (Ahmed 2002).

A poetic visionary, Iqbal was clearly more interested in changing hearts and minds than in detailing the nuts and bolts of a system of government where authority was to be exercised in the name of God rather than ordinary mortals. From the perspective of the history of ideas, the concept of a "spiritual democracy" represents the crystallization of Iqbal's views on human freedom and equality.

This is an identical trait of Frank, he is never interested in the nuts and bolts, he just wants to "radically change" our hearts and minds and "transform" our Fiji, whilst Teletubby exercises authority in the name of God. FHL lose its military deputy chairman, Colonel Aziz Mohammed

Fijian Holdings Limited deputy chairman, Colonel Aziz Mohammed, is one of Fiji's new high court judge.

It means that he will now have to resign from the FHL board after discharging a whole pile of dung on the now caput FHL/BP deal.

Aziz Mohammed, who is also chairman of Merchant Bank, a subsidiary of FHL, will also have to resign from that position to take up his treasonous high court judge appointment.

For Aziz, committing treason is not a concern considering the amount of illegal acts he has already committed to achieve his high court judge dream.

But the short-lived fame and glory he is submerged in right now will be aborted sooner than he is expecting.

Sources report that FHL deputy chairman and Merchant Finance chairman, Colonel Aziz Mohammed, has handed in his resignation to the FHL board yesterday.

Why?

Colonel Aziz Mohammed approves Frank’s property purchase

Colonel Aziz Mohammed, Chairman of Merchant Bank, has approved the purchase of the bank’s residential property by his boss, Frank Bainimarama.

The property at Muanikau was once occupied by Laisenia Qarase when he was CEO of Merchant Bank and later as Prime Minister. Our sources say that the house was advertised on the dailies calling interested parties to tender.

But as we had been reporting here many moons ago, that ad was only meant to meet the Bank’s tender procedures with the purchaser already identified and approved as Frank Bainimarama.

Sources say that the purchase price has been drastically discounted for the sake of the coupmaker and that Merchant Bank will be financing the purchase for Frank. Merchant bank is a subsidiary of Frank’s Holdings Limited and its CEO, Sereana Qoro, had already announced Merchant Bank’s long term plan to rebrand it to Frank’s Bank.

The letter that got Sakiusa Raivoce in trouble

We say – this is the letter believed to have gotten Sakiusa Raivoce into trouble. We were able to, through our sources, verify and confirm with FICAC that this is a true copy of the letter sent to them by Raivoce.

It is understood that Raivoce was arrested under the instruction of Col Aziz Mohammed, deputy chairman of Fijian Holdings, in cohorts with Police Commish Teleni.

No official charges was laid on Raivoce even-though he was detained in a cell for two nights.

RE – APPEAL FOR AN INVESTIGATION INTO THE TERMINATED FHL/BP SOUTHWEST PACIFIC ACQUISITION

This letter serves to advise you that I, Sakiusa Raivoce, a citizen of the Republic of Fiji, and a Class A shareholder of Fijian Holdings Limited (FHL), wish to lodge an official complaint against FHL’s current board and senior executives for the following reasons:

the non-tradability of my (and other shareholders) FHL shares due to the recent suspension of FHL as per South Pacific Stock Exchange announcement on Monday, 27th July, 2009,
the board’s defiance not to heed mine and other shareholders (provincial councils and others) public warnings on their rushed decision to sign the now terminated $190 million sale and purchase agreement with BP South West Pacific (BP SWP) without proper due diligence,
for gross negligence, incompetence, failing to protect mine and other shareholders best investment interest and other breaches of duty of care as required of board of directors under FHL’s Memorandum and Articles of Association, in conformity with the company’s corporate governance requirements and Fiji’s Companies Act.

Consistent with your organization’s previous investigations into FHL, I urge FICAC to apply the same level of enthusiasm and urgency in instigating a thorough investigation into FHL’s :

basis of the FHL/BP SWP terminated sale and purchase agreement,
associated costs relating to the terminated acquisition such as management fees to the Hindustani Petroleum Company, legal fees, financial advisory fees, non-refundable component of the deposits , other professional or consultancy fees, travel expenses and all other similar costs incurred during the due diligence process,
adherence or non-adherence to FHL’s corporate governance requirements,
other matters relating to FHL’s operations that has greatly disadvantaged me and other FHL shareholders in the short, medium and long term.

Sir, I’m on record as the outspoken FHL individual shareholder who publicly denounced FHL board’s decision to embark on their bid to buy BP SWP.

My life and that of my family, including our personal properties, was attacked by unknown persons following my interviews on TV, radio and daily newspapers where I publicly announced my grave concerns on the apparent lack of good commercial sense by the FHL board, in signing a sale and purchase agreement without first securing a financier to fund the $190 million they offered to BP SWP.

Now that the acquisition has been terminated, I believe it is only appropriate that FICAC immediately conduct an investigation into FHL’s affairs to protect shareholders interest.
