Un paio di settimane fa, sono stata a Campoformido per una visita allo stabilimento delle  Latterie Friulane in occasione di un blog tour. Trovo il turismo industriale sempre molto proficuo, poiché soddisfa la mia curiosità di vedere dove e come nasce un prodotto, permette di valutare le esperienze, la ricerca, le difficoltà e l’impegno che si celano nelle diverse realtà.

Nel weekend abbiamo l’abitudine di dedicare sempre un momento alla

La settimana scorsa la bora ha soffiato con forza a Trieste, il freddo è
stato intenso e pungente.

In giornate così la voglia di uscire scende ai minimi termini, la casa

Lo scorso 18 maggio ho partecipato, assieme ad un gruppo di blogger, a una visita guidata della mostra “Mense e Banchetti nella Udine rinascimentale” presso il Castello del capoluogo friulano.

Sabato 28 e domenica 29 maggio prossimi si festeggerà a Treviso, in Piazza dei Signori, l’VIII anniversario del conferimento della Denominazione di Origine Protetta (DOP) alla Casatella Trevigiana. 
La Casatella Trevigiana è il primo formaggio fresco a pasta molle in Italia ad aver ottenuto il riconoscimento DOP nel 2008.

Spesso mi chiedo, dove sia finito il buon pane di una volta. 

Ricordo ancora quando la nonna comprava, nel piccolo panificio di Via S. Marco a Trieste, il pane sfornato da poco e lo farciva ancora tiepido con la mortadella al pistacchio, che ci piaceva tanto o una frittata alta e soffice, profumata dall&#39;olio d&#39;oliva, che solo lei preparava così bene.

I giorni passano in fretta e gli impegni si accavallano.
