Ryon Xavier Smith Detroit Devil For Kreepy Boxx Series

Here’s a peek at the prototype for Ryon Xavier Smith’s gangster little Detroit Devil, scheduled for release in both vinyl and resin with ‘RXS Industries’ Kreepy Boxx series. Standing 4.5-inches tall, this devious little devil reps his demonic origins and Rock City simultaneously with his ‘D’-emblazoned hoody. Detroit Devil’s release date and quantities are pending, so stay tuned for details on how to bring home a little piece of the Underworld.

Motorbot’s ‘I Like To Eat’ Show @ Dragatomi Recap

After giving you a taste of Motorbot’s ding dong labbit a couple of weeks ago, here’s a full-out tasty recap of the pieces featured at Motorbot’s solo exhibition at Dragatomi which opened this past weekend. Aptly entitled ‘I Like to Eat,’ Motorbot’s collection of amazingly detailed almost-edible labbits evokes a peek into the artist’s fridge and snack cupboard. This feast of yummy favorites that include sno ball, pogo stick and creamsicle labbits will be running until April 3, so it’s not too late to grab a hefty helping of these awesome figures. Delicious!

Slobot Army Takes Japan

Just in time for this past weekend’s Kaiju Comrades 2 show in Tokyo, Mike Slobot has added some brand-spanking-new figures to the Slobot nation. While these cool looking Slobots are overseas repping Mike’s robotic works in Japan, a few other new releases are now available online at the Slobot Etsy store.

Itokin Park x Auxpeer Lucha Bear ‘ITOAUX’

Check out these ferocious little Lucha Bears, the soon to be released ‘ITOAUX’ collaborative figure born of Itokin Park and Auxpeer. The Lucha Bear comes in light blue and red (shown here) over flesh-toned vinyl, and a crazy-looking GID Marble Lucha is also available. If you absolutely must sink your claws into one of these figures, they’re solely available online from German vinyl retailer V-Kingz.

GS Design ‘400 Costumes To Die For’ Dice Pack

GS Design created the ‘400 Costumes To Die For’ dice pack as an annual self-promotional project for 2009. The premise for the two custom-made, 20-sided dice is to help users decide what to be for Halloween; the choices range from Zombie Elvis, Kung-fu Jesus, M.C. Mollusk and more. Each 400 Costumes To Die For set comes packaged in an illustrated tube that rotates to line-up the heads on different bodies, and the instructions are printed as one-color paper labels and affixed to inside of the lid.

Cesc Grané ‘Raiki’ Wooden Figure

It’s always fun to discover new finds on the Internet, and this little wooden figure from Cesc Grané dubbed ‘Raiki’ is no exception. The boy-wonder was created by energy from lightning in the midst of a mysterious forest, his name derived from two Japanese kanji: Rai (thunder) and ki (tree). The combination of these elements has provided Raiki with his very special powers. He even has his own Facebook page – there aren’t many designer toys who can claim that much…

Michael Schoner ‘A3 Animals’ Paper Masks

Dutch architect Michael Schoner is the creator of these awesome ‘A3 Animals’ paper masks, which he makes using sheets of folded A3 paper. Held together with office basics such as elastic bands and staples, the masks are easily downloadable and printable from any office printer so as to be duplicated in mass quantities.
