Gordon Waller, who sang with the British invasion duo, Peter &amp;#38; Gordon, died on July 16, 2009. Waller went into cardiac arrest and was taken to a nearby hospital; however despite intensive efforts by hospital personnel, they were unable to revive the sixty-four year old singer.

50 Cent Sets September Release Date For &amp;#8216;Perfect&amp;#8217; New AlbumMegastar rapper 50 Cent&amp;#8217;s long-awaited new album &amp;#8216;Before I Self Destruct&amp;#8217; is scheduled to be released on September 29.
 
The album, which features production from Dr Dre and Timbaland, was originally due out last year.

I recently found some kind and encouraging words for the book shop owner in Grant Uden&amp;#8217;s &amp;#8216;Stange Reading&amp;#8217; (Newnes, circa 1936.)
