Ladies, I apologize that I'm not able to have the contribution I thought I would be able to do for you. We've had some major upheavals (good, but HUGE adjustments) in our lives, so I'm going to have to take a break this month. Unfortunately an email seems to have gone astray and my name wasn't taken off the list. Promise I'll make it up to you next month ;)

In the meantime, to keep the train going on it's merry way, you should have come from Aquarius Design and you should be headed to Kate McClellan Design.

I loved this kit from the moment I saw it…love at first sight, I tell ya! Just LOOK!

I had such a great time creating a layout with this kit with my fave theme and colors, and so many gorgeous unique elements. It was easy to feel like I had something different to use.

The month of June is going to be a HUGE month! We have tons going on at DigiridooScraps for the 2nd birthday celebrations.

First, I have an announcement to make. I will only be at DigiridooScraps for the month of June, and then I will be closing my store there and moving my products to my personal store at www.colorwithcaryn.com

I plan on focusing on CU products as well as photography tools to make your photos POP just as much as your layouts are gorgeous :) As a photographer (www.photographybycaryn.com) I will also be introducing tools for other photographers.

Soooo… since some of you missed my Buy My Store last month, and have asked when I will be doing it again, I figured I’ll go out with a BANG!

A hybrid Easter

I hope that those of you who celebrate Easter have had a most wonderful Resurrection Sunday! One of my favorite parts of any holiday or event is being able to sit down afterwards and enjoy the photos and the memories that come with them.

I also really enjoyed the build up to this Easter, because I spent some time over the past few days using a kit from one of my favorite designers, GS Creations. Gaye is incredibly talented and I used her kit "Easter Hop" to make our Easter decorations. It's just gorgeous - she's such a talented artist, both with the pencil, and digi!

So, here goes!

Hey everyone! Isn't it SO exciting that we're finally starting to see Spring here in the northeast!? It has been a long, hard winter and to see the new life pushing up out of the ground, and the birds making their nests... *sigh* HAPPINESS! LOL!

Just released a new Alpha to my store called "Chrome Times" It's super versatile since chrome looks gorgeous in so many layouts, and I specifically chose Times New Roman for the font because it really is a baseline standard in quality and in versatility to be used in layouts, on elegant invitations etc etc.

It's on sale for a week and you can find the PU/S4H version HERE and the CU version HERE.

I also released a bunch of templates to my store...also on sale for a week only!

"All of the designers that hopped aboard this train, really put a lot of thought and feeling into this kit. We decided to try to make a statement to all those Digital Pirates out there (kit/file stealers) that you are not welcome in our world. Pirates NOT Allowed, is a kit that we have put together to take a stand as a whole community.
We made it light and fun, so it can be used for other purposes, but please remember that file sharing, and pirating is just plain wrong and illegal. It isn't hard if you want to "share our products" to simply LINK to our blogs/ stores. Don't steal and for sure don't pass them off as your own. We work hard and spend lots of time on our designs, whether big or small, and we deserve the credit.

I applaud all of the designers who have come together to make a statement.

PU & CU Grab Bags revealed!

I won’t keep you in suspense any longer! LOL! I know how hard it is to buy something sight unseen so I’m going to show you what’s inside both of my grab bags…

First, my PU grab bag. {Scroll down for the CU Grab Bag reveal!}

I have started a series of basics. I’m going to help you create a stash that will fill the “gaps” in any kit. I often find that I have a beautiful kit, and I’m doing a LO, and what I really need is a staple. And there isn’t one in the kit. Or, a plain blue ribbon. Or, some stitching.

This “Stash Builder” series is going to fill all those gaps! Now, we have some of the real basic essentials, and soon, we will have stitching, hardware, ribbons…. oooooh I can’t wait!

You only have another 3 days to get these before they’re unpacked into the store at full price!

What could be more essential that white papers, cardstock and buttons – three FULL products of a $10 value for only $3!
