Either through formal education at a college or University or by writing on a scrap piece of paper (method during early planning by most entrepreneurs) a business plan is prepared, tested, with many observations made and essential in checking out all the angles and possible problems and or the long-term benefits or harm to self and society. Is your product or service beneficial to society at large or just to a selective few individuals, for example your inner social club or member only exclusive organization or Corporation? Could it cause a potential for harm short or long-term while released to the public and market, and if so what gives you the right to by De-facto decree, force your product or idea on others? And, Can an individual or governmental entity which are often led by these very same exclusive group or former board members that conveniently got themselves in public office, violate the rights of others to be secure in their persons and private space? Just because someone became wealthy in our present system the individual or group cannot use that power to control, change and or force their ideas or game changing transformations on others. By the way, many politicians used the word transformation endlessly in their speeches last year for that is what is being disseminated and launched slowly. A society or country can be taken over by force or incrementally with deceptive technologies, products and or services.
Should such people or entities be allowed to use their wealth and power to transform or force populations to accept their ideas and products regardless if they make no sense or even cause public harm? How is it that we have students spending thousands of dollars in an education system for a society that is not practicing what it teaches when allowing money and power interests to do as they please? The $350 dollar business law book might as well be used as a door holder. Most corporate entities are not following nor conducting due diligence for the public good or safety, just mainly striving to control them. How are good stewards of society going to cope and even allow such abuses of power and disruption to public health occur affecting the public?

If we allow this approach to become the norm then it will lead to lawlessness, for then anyone can come up with their own self-serving utopian product or idea to be forced on others leading to societal mayhem or unpredictable public harm, extinction and or new diseases. Lawlessness will result if we allow the forcing of someone else’s idea, future utopia, transformational way of life to include their ability to change what it is to be a human being on the rest of civilization and the world. Press Release: Trump SOTU Continues America First Trade Path

Washington ~ President Trump’s first State of the Union speech continued his administration’s “America First­­­” approach. Specifically, the president addressed a new trade policy in which “the era of economic surrender is over.”

The Coalition for a Prosperous America’s (CPA) Chairman, Daniel DiMicco said “The President’s speech was very powerful and spoke to the real concerns of Americans everywhere.”

Michael Stumo, CEO of CPA, issued the following statement in response to the president’s remarks:

Our manufacturing, agriculture, and worker members support President Trump’s pivot from the naive free trade mythology of the past to the reality of strategic trade. Withdrawing from the job killing Trans-Pacific Partnership was his boldest accomplishment. The administration’s trade negotiation and enforcement team is top-notch. Trade deficits are no longer dismissed as simply a theoretical economics problem.

The administration rightly named China a strategic competitor in its National Security Strategy, and has called out Beijing’s predatory mercantilism. We commend the president’s action imposing tariffs on subsidized solar panels and clothes washers as a welcome enforcement of existing laws—though the relief may prove too temporary, lasting only four years, in the face of long-term subsidy strategies by China and South Korea.

More work needs to be done. The trade deficit increased yet again in 2017, dragging down 4th quarter growth by 1.13%. We encourage the president to continue developing his strategy to reduce the trade deficit. The US-China trade deficit of 2017 became the largest bilateral deficit between any two countries in history. Trade agreement negotiations, while important and we support them, may be ill-suited to address the challenges of mercantilist countries.

Currency manipulation and misalignment, primary drivers of America’s trade deficit, are critical to address. President Reagan and his Treasury team ultimately understood, in the face of then-record trade deficits, that exchange-rate market failures needed to be fixed. They took aggressive action in the 1985 Plaza Accord which worked, nearly balancing trade within a few years and minimizing Japan’s mercantilism at the time. We encourage the Trump Administration to focus on achieving a competitive dollar price to balance trade and eliminate America’s position as a dumping ground for global overcapacity.

American industries and workers are still awaiting the results of investigations on steel and aluminum dumping, and Chinese theft of intellectual property. Our members support strong action and are hopeful that remedies will be announced promptly, will be robust, and will deter future trade misconduct.

The President’s infrastructure investment goals are welcome and should be aggressively pursued by the Congress. However, we hoped to hear that American-made steel, goods, and services will be utilized at federal, state and local levels. There is still time for the administration to act strongly to ensure that US jobs and industries can benefit from the spending of taxpayer dollars.

Let’s go over some of the in the works proposed trends needing discussion:

•  5G Wi-Fi- Without public debate and even without public health effect studies, the director and the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) approved 5G spectrums to be rolled out with California home areas having these 5G mini towers going up in neighborhoods without explanations or what frequencies emanate from them. Several protested and thus far had them removed but it may get harder to escape for out of site of public view substitute areas have been created.
Research has it that it is for the all things internet cities in which Denver is on the list of Smart “everything connected” cities in which your location and all your devices are interconnected and active all the time. Is it a good thing? Well, there has been very little public debate or released information in order for the public to learn about what is the true outcome of becoming such an interconnected city. Another area to consider is the effect it may have to others when in shared spaces such as libraries and or schools where several close in proximity computers multiply the 5G-frequency exposure.

•  Smart meters- Meters were installed on our homes with the premise that it would save money and of course it did not and many jobs were lost. Analog meters were taken out with new meters that are two ways in which the Utility Company from a distance can read your meter. The question here also, What effect do these pulsating meters have on home owners health and again now with 5G coming how will that affect sleep patterns and families ability to rest in their private space? The meter is 2-way, so is it possible for selected bad frequency to be pulsated back into homes? This incurred extra expenses on homeowners across the country that had to buy frequency meters to continually check their homes for harmful frequencies. •  Atmospheric experiments pose another concern with unexpected expenses (affects our businesses and private properties due to severe weather) with consequences due to alterations in weather patterns. Harvard University has come out to discuss the releasing of metallic particulates into the air via balloons; however this has been occurring in our skies for at least a decade but it is finally brought forth with things being planned by Scientists to so call tame climate change that perhaps such groups created in the first place. •  The average business and people in their community will have to cope with the full spectrum dominance that is being attained by special privileged corporations via their ability to build and purchase quantum computers that via its power pose the ability to force on others their plans; even if the plans do not make sense or provide service or product utility to others. A case in point is the builder of D-wave quantum computers Geordie Rose. The man has sold quantum computers with high end artificial intelligence to privileged clients such as Google, Military, foreign governments; even when not aligned with our values. Many such special clients have their own plans, visions, goals and versions of what a Utopian future should be. Some are even boasting about their goals in bringing about an enhanced humanity. This may include the re-engineering of natural biology and nature. For example, the artificial intelligence created computer robot by the name Sophia, was given human rights in Saudi Arabia placing forth trends for robotics and trans-humanism. It was absurd to have this robot give a thank you speech as if a human with answers that were input by the creators and yes this is how they roll even if nothing makes any sense. In this presentation below given in Canada Geordie Rose speaks about summoning demons that could care less about our humanity and via its intelligence makes us all obsolete or even torment us as if we are like tiny ants to it. The presentation was given when recruiting workers for his programs and new company by the name Kindred. These so called plans for the future with the displacing and re-engineering of humans and or humanity in general are not legal. This defies all ethics and even business law in which companies need to adhere to strict industry standards, rule of law and the law in not causing harm, injury or biological death to others via their products. Yet this is what gets rolled out or unveiled to our existing world regardless of debate or how it may affect the processes and business systems of others. That is not democratic but dictatorial and no one should have such power over others existence and threat our humanity just because they have a lot of wealth or unusual intelligence to build weird stuff. Hitler had intelligence yet developed madness and a dystopian nightmare of a future to millions that perished under that vision for humanity. •  Changes to our existing monetary system for a “digital one” called Bitcoin and the deployment of Blockchain technologies. It will pose changes to the monetary system of the world, however it also serves to increase the “IQ of AI”. (Artificial intelligence). All your purchases and what you enjoy investing or purchasing recorded on the blockchain. This is all new information and subject not that familiar to most. This is not a good idea for it would have government being the replacement of an employer and could shutdown at their discretion or due to mismanagement disputes. Hitler starved thousands and Cambodia under their programs and not with good results.

As we can clearly see as a people, business leaders and as a country we have accomplished great outcomes and wonderful goals in spite of other top down attempts at human liberty. If you look around in Colorado one can see that we are capable of creating beautiful places and spaces without bringing harm thus far. However, it is our duty for the New Year 2018 to continue to be vigilant and have a dialogue and communication publicly when trending issues pose a threat to our future safety, our ability to exist naturally and that to the general wellbeing of the population. Dieken, who now advises high-visibility senior executives of major corporations, will share her insights during a seminar titled “Influence Your World: Leading in the Spotlight.”

Seminar participants will learn techniques for successfully coaxing others (stubborn or contentious people in particular) to trust, respect, and willingly support new ideas.

How could this have occurred so successfully under the public radar? Well, education has been changed to their favor by electronically educating our children with materials that parents cannot see or be a part of for most not printed in bring home textbooks but quietly delivered via electronic re-educational materials. An educated population will not tolerate total full spectrum dominance of even their souls by the few, so controlling education and keeping the masses less educated and bombarded with agenda driven material of the transformations to our existing society works just great for these powerful interests. So, what have we allowed today without any scrutiny will affect our future and that of our children. One would not wish to exaggerate; however these changes could very well take us into extinction like the scenarios occurring in the Caribbean as we speak with full cultures and island countries being wiped-out. The devastation in Puerto Rico is just a small sample of what could yet happen here that may bring total devastation and with no way for us to come out of it for we are allowing incrementally for everything to be ran by the centralized powerful few with their super-expensive machinations and grandiose plans for full spectrum dominance of all trade, education, means of production, transportation and in the company of their hyper-vigilance controlled devices. Everything will be under the centralized top tier control with dominance in everything we do, consume, see and hear. So, What are the takeaways? If small business wishes to just roll over and remain ignorant over inexplicable events taking place on a daily basis; then we may very well become extinct. As known in the business world, a product or method can became obsolete- cannibalized or vaporized away by another and in this case planned by very skillful deceivers. Americans have been quite tolerant until now. Censorship is taking place at a large scale with no real discourse due to the buyout of most media outlets that today is mostly owned by centralized special interests. And, now today they have stepped up the game with technological advances with not just the potential of taking away wealth, assets and land but also what it is to be a human being and one that has the chance at a beautiful soul and free-will to accept or reject pure evil. Remember, your silence implies consent. So go out and act now before its too late and humanity as we know it becomes extinct. After all we are supposed to be great leaders in product and or services that are in line with the real needs of the public. We must remain good stewards of the society and communities in which we live, work and serve without back door agendas or control plans as by these inimical centralizers that wish for humanity’s enslavement. Yes, currently small business is failing America, so please do something about it before it’s too late. Take action and become a citizen ninja as the Mary Baker suggests and educates while we still have some time.

History evolves, people become complacent and some situations that develop may even be of a biblical nature for vastly written in history since civilization began. We still can stand firm and live our dreams for all that is good in the world and that of man. Great leaders try to bring unity in purpose among independent thinkers.  Most entrepreneurs and business leaders belong or navigate in a world full  of purpose, optimistic visions, and of ideas that pose to make something better. One of the many reasons this urge often leads to creating better products and services to include better ways of living.  The business community can and could continue to work with unified actions in that of coming up with methods for surviving economically and growing in prosperity alongside the unexpected. A great strategy will be for all of us to be extremely patient with each other and compassionate in these times of great upheaval. In spite of business people working independently at their vocations; many come together while dealing with their public by coming up with strategies that will help their businesses, families and communities survive ahead. Subordinates should not follow leaders that fail to improve the quality of their lives. A great leader does not fear sharing success or positive growth with others. A great leader enjoys being around other successful people and never fears sharing the rewards of triumph. A true leader does not cause harm to others, instead charges ahead in forging a more beautiful yet efficient world.

It is important to pay attention to real issues that affect the public, clients and plan ahead for any contingencies. A well served public, clients and consumers that are achieving positive non-harmful outcomes is a reflection of our own self-worth and effective leadership style.

Right under our noses today our land and private property etc.;  is in jeopardy for being deceitfully planned to be taken from us under the so called Agenda 21, now renamed agenda 2030, sustainable development, urban renewal and or just under a self-created insider group of non-elected officials calling themselves, Colorado Springs Forward. Backwards into bondage or servitude as slaves to others is more of the reality and the word moving forward is a word favored by trans-humanists (robotic interests). These land negotiations (like a Pandora box) done covertly in many counties under the guise of land deals by bureaucratic officials without public consent, the re-writing of city charters, creating loop-holes with new legal language, deceitful and well versed that confuses the public (who can forget the extra term some officials got themselves when making a ballot issue sound one way but that in reality gave them more payoffs? It happened.) Public office is a position to be held in trust to assist the public while getting a salary not to be used for backdoor deals and or creating a new government within a government in order to subvert the State and US Constitution to include our city and county form of government. (Treason and misconduct of public office) This is corruption at its lowest and will create a ripple effect spreading corruption like a plague. The number one way of facilitating the transfer of land for global government or transfer to the United Nations is by the re-writing of city charters and or circumventing the laws by city officials that will be given themselves super powers that they do not have. If they can negotiate land deals with Broadmoor et al, (by the way a place that does not give good jobs to locals but has a high turn- over rate) then these same officials while we work 24/7 will have the ability to later under any wacky pretense negotiate on your so called behalf with other interests your Private Property.

Several books on the subject have been written and many warnings given; however the public still does not get it. The business community has failed to take on the leadership necessary to combat such abuses of power and potential loss of liberties. Private property and business ownership is at the cornerstone of our foundation and free enterprise system. What can business do to study these issues and strategize for the changes that are being implemented in the making of our society more collectivist and perhaps even down the road totalitarian in nature? Algorithms’ by super computers will affect the real buying and selling. The market needs real value being traded of products and services. An oppressive corrupt form of government will take a toll on entrepreneurs and affect business.

What can a business do to prepare?

1. Study Agenda 21
2. Conduct a SWOT analysis to research possible opportunities or threats
3. Conduct a PEST Analysis
4. Triple your business security
5. Log- all business and personal calls
6. Attend diligently Utility board meetings and City Council Meetings
7. Keep an eye in the changes to your profits
8. Move your business if needed
9. Develop strategies and form business clubs and network
10. Take time for self-care and spirituality. Read scripture and pray. We are a Christian business and trust in our creator and the beauty of creation

Watch for legislations and laws that threaten business ownership- For example, control of internet being under United Nations oversight (how will our markets do or be affected if moving in a collectivist direction and what other variables could affect our ability to keep our independent businesses if we fail to strategize:
