Another die that I have used a lot lately is the Tender Leaves die (98313). It keeps showing up on all my cards. On this card, the Chickadee stamp I used (F1257) has flowers on the branches. I cut out a bunch of leaves and then layered them over the flowers so that you couldn't see them. I thought it help increase the versatility of the stamp.

There is also a Memory Box card contest going on in conjunction with the blitz. All you have to do is create a new card using at least one Memory Box stamp or die and upload it to the Memory Box Flicker gallery between Feb 6-Feb 10th. Two winners will be selected at the end of the week and will be highlighted on the Outside the Box blog next week. They will also win the Memory Box stamp of their choice as well as the brand new Viola 6" x 6" paper pack.

Speaking of the new Viola paper pack, I used some of that paper for my card today. How was that for a segue? For today's card, I layered some of the new Viola paper as well as some lavender cardstock. I embossed the new Happy Day stamp (B1853) in white powder and colored the Dogwood Bloom image (C1846) with Copic markers. I then framed everything using a new die cut called Jasmine Frame (98289). I just know that this frame is going to become one of my favorites.

For today's card, I wanted to feature one of the new Valentine images (Chrysanthemum Frame G1857) as well as some of the new dies (Darla Butterfly 98264 and Vivienne Butterfly 98265).

To create the butterfly, I cut out some latte Moroccan paper using the Darla Butterfly die and then layered some Raspberry cardstock that I cut with the Vivienne Butterfly. To finish everything, I added some pink pearls.
