<itunes:summary>This week's episode was a ton of fun. After a great recap from Greg, the party headed for Wavecrest to look for a ship to reach the fabled land of Aeros Shashos, or the "the Place that is East of the Barrier", in an old Eladrin dialect. We met with someone who claimed they could get us to this place - a friendly ship captain named Alek. Unfortunately, she needed a favor, first, and - being the fully capable crack team of experts that we are - we gladly obliged and had absolutely no trouble at all in screwing it up...

In the end, we did manage to get on the ship and head to our destination, but something else seems to want to stop us getting there safely... Cliffhanger!</itunes:summary>

<itunes:summary>Thanks to a little thing called GenCon, Joe and Rob couldn't make it for this session, so Greg and Steven filled in for their characters to take down Agera of the Shadow Face once and for all. It was a brutal battle, and everyone was down to their last few hitpoints, but in the end our heroes prevailed!

This encounter marks the end of the Stormcrow Tor chapter of the adventure. Next session, Greg will take over as the DM and Tim will rejoin the party as Max as they continue looking for the mysterious gemstones.

If you plan on using the Stormcrow Tor adventure (available with a DDI subscription from Wizards), feel free to use the maps we made for the encounters. You can also use them for standalone encounters of your own. If you are planning on running Stormcrow Tor, you'll still need the adventure, since these maps don't show enemy placement, or stats for any of the enemies.

Also, if anyone is at GenCon this week, be sure to look for Joe over at the Info Booth! Tell him you're a fan of the show!

The group takes a beating - except for Gweener, who is really good at hitting his fellow party members. This episode was a lot of fun, but they only got the boss down to bloodied before we had to stop. We'll finish up next week!</itunes:summary>

<itunes:summary>Sorry it took so long to get this out, but I think you guys will like this!

In this special episode, we go back to before the party met on the way to Winterhaven and get to see how the Changling Assassin was forced to take up the disguise of Gweener, the Gnome Rogue.

Hired to assasinate a local Baron, he stumbles into a lavish Dinner Party... a dinner party of MURDER! Things keep going wrong for our hero, and they don't end much better... let's just say that it's never good to get fired from a Guild of Assassins - I hear their termination policy is pretty severe...

This episode was sort of an experiment to see how we could do some side-stories. I tried to run it very loosely - rules were followed when applicable, but most of the time I was playing by ear and just going with the flow. It's a whole different experience when you're RPing with just one other person, instead of a group, but I had fun.

Hope you enjoy this episode, and let us know if you want to hear more like these!

Also, here are the maps I made for this session. Feel free to use them in your own campaign (Click for the large image)

They took a beating, but they managed to get the job done.

Yes, this is the Final Episode of Season 1! Greg is getting some learnin' done to him, and we won't be able to meet for our normal sessions for awhile, so we're going to take a break for awhile... but don't be sad!

We will still have an episode out every week, but the games format will change a bit until we can get back together again (about a month or so), and then we'll continue moving forward. We're going to roleplay some flashbacks to learn more about the characters - leaving the investigation into the Stormcrow Tor at a cliffhanger... as they take a nap in the summoning room...

Its an exciting experiment that we hope you'll join us for!

Also, please welcome Steve Erickson, who originally joined us as a Guest member, but is now an official regular on the show. He'll be joining us with a new character during the break and we'll have an episode that chronicles the journey that brings him to be with the group.</itunes:summary>

The group headed north, deeper into the Tor and found a couple of very interesting rooms... Anthony rejoined us to play Fargus, which may or may not have been beneficial to the party... In 5E D&D, I bet they add "Fargused" to the Glossary.

We were unable to finish up the encounter, so Steve will join us again next week to get through it. Make sure to check out his Campaign Setting, Mydial: http://mydialcampaign.weebly.com/

Also, Season 1 of our Show is going to be coming to a close next week, and for a few weeks we're going to be trying a few things for our weekly episodes. Most likely they will take the form of shorter, one-shot adventures that reveal more of the history of the characters. After about a month or so, we're resume the story wherever we leave off next week.

Thanks for sticking around and listening to the show, and we hope to go for many, many more episodes with you!

Here are the 2 Maps from this episode. If you're just tuning in, you can find out how to use these on the post for Episode 16.
