When the sale season is about to be over, there are still so many items out there with really good price. I rarely shop items during Xmas or any other big holiday seasons. Because I know myself and I will buy things over and over again!! But during this season, or late Feb, I sometimes go to see what else left. I saw Zara Wide Brim Felt Floppy hat a few months ago and it was really expensive for me to buy one single hat. Now i saw it's 70% off price of its original price. So yes! I bought it finally :) and this shoes!!! amazing. I only bought it for $19 at Zara. Still little bit big for me though (btw, I really don't know about the sizing of ZARA! every different style shoes has different size.) I imagine how to style with this shoes in this summer :)

I've been dreaming about this for a few days and I wanted to make my dream to video. That's my actual bed, and in my dream it always happened in that way. Me, sleeping that thing watching me. Then I just can't move.

Terrified but sometimes I thought, this is better than dream about other bad things.

Yes, I'm really curious about what I'm dreaming. Once you were concentrated to this world, then your thoughts maybe changed one by one. I love Imagination. Mine is not that great though, all of my expression came from my dreams.

Even though Dream is always bad and I know I will have same one tonight, but now I feel more, I don't know.. maybe I wait until I remember what I dream.

I don't wish I could have happy/nice dream. At some point, I have wished that I could remember dreams/ I had dream.

* Dreams : I was hiding in the grass. I was extremly terrified. People with the armor was chasing me. Lied down watched them finding me. Sound of their footsteps/armor made me panic. Feels like all of my blood was about to explode. Then I saw mothers were dropping their kids from the cliff. Suddenly I was under the cliff on the rock, watched them falling. One by one little children fell. The sound of falling..., I cant never forget.
Was walking on the street, just remembered this dream then I cried because that was really horrible. I used to stand that anxiety, but thesedays all of my tension is maximized. The other day, I yelled. My face expression was changed without my intend. Then today I was trying to give up something easily because I felt that I could stand this feeling anymore.
All I want is to be more strong inside.

* Dream 2: Migraine attacked me. Took a pill but it got worse and worse too fast. I tried to fall asleep. And then I dreamed about being chased. After I woke up, migraine gone but body feels heavy, legs are in pain, sweat all of my body. Green/black colored face. dot on the small contact lenses. Someone throw up on me then i got crazy. Was being chased by unkown things over and over again. Think i have migraine back now

*Random Thought : In every dream, we are always used to be involved in that dreams. Even if that was about killing someone, maybe we feel terrified from the scene, but we never worried how we ended up being there. Like my last dream, I knew women dropped their own kids. I knew that women are Mothers. I don't understand my last writting on my diary though, it says 'The man changed water with his life' but it's just natural thinking in the dream.

Here is my tips to choose better skin products. I use Environmental Working Group's Skin Deep site. EWG launched their site to create online safety profiles for cosmetics and personal care products. Simply, they provide information about each skin products ingredients so that we can decide which one is better to use. I found that I've used so many toxic products without any notice. There are tons of so called 'natural' or 'organic' named cosmetic brands all over the world. But you need to find it carefully as they try to deceive with using those words. There are also many certificated marks over the countries. But its standards are various. I usually prefer to select something with USDA or BDIH certificated.

Anyway some of high priced items are good though, I really feel that there are so many decent products with reasonable price with my own skin. Because of the season, my dry skin gets more drier than usual. So I really need to moisturize my skin! Here are skincare products that I recently use.

I want to write/direct something about shame, immature, but deep. I have feelings/scenes in my head but I dont know how I can drag things out of from my head. Something that people dont want to know about. Something that people try to hide. I want to show that. I feel so inspirational right now but its sad that i can do nothing. Same as i wake up. Still remains feeling/memory about dream I had but I just cant explain/write. And then soon it just gone. Sometimes we cant explain about out behaviors. In fact when if its exposured, people would understand what he/she has been thru. But we all just try to hide/ignore it under the name of shame. We know what we did but we say we dont know because at some point, things became something bad. I want to be in the glass bottle of people's heart and then make lights come into that bottle so that it can be glitter/shiny. That would be real sometimes that would be disgusting or sad but I think we could feel peaceful.

I've been feeling powerless lately. During morning to evening, I sleep and sleep and then sleep again. It never ends. But at night, I am half asleep. Not sleep but not awake fully. I also thought maybe because of sleep pattern, it just became naturally changed. but I tried to change this too many times. I even over worked, did excercise more so that I feel exhausted, but it didn't work. Since I was 15, I've never ever felt good about my sleep pattern or something about sleep. My dream journal is filed up one by one each day, and it ends to the only word 'anxiety'. All of random sleep subjects is merged to this single word. Almost everyone have experienced insomnia at least one time. And I've always tried to think that is normal like every other people do. But since I made my mind to live in my dream, I became obsessed with my dreams, ended up having insomnia/hypersomnia.

Actually, I've been suffering from mental problems for a few years. It's ordinary/normal like others also have one time in their life. I always try to think that way. But at some point, I just couldn't handle holding my life. I've tried so many things so many times to deal with my problems. I worked out to get healthy, spent summer at other's hoping that I could change a little bit, took lots of pills, and talked to therapist. Almost I did everything if there was a way for myself to get better mentally.

Yes, it happened when I was 15. and now I'm 22. It's been 7years. 7 years of nightmares another 4 years of all kinds of depression made me weak/exhausted. Even I still mind writting about these right now, and I can't write how and why I have this things but I just want to let all things go and try to live more vibrantly.

There are so many medical term which named for certain behavior. And I think that is useless. It's all about the feelings. I found contradiction about taking pills to get better for myself. I've been diagnosed all kinds of disorder and all kinds of syndrome from therapists. I found myself trying to analysis my feelings. Trying to solve things which is not logical. Still I'm interested in reading encyclopedia about these terms and finding artists who suffered from these so that at least I feel sympathized about them, but I realized diagnosis/taking pills is not the solution.

At first time I was suffered from nightmares, I guess that was beautiful than I have past a few years. I met my love/friend who is no longer in this life all the time. Yes, he was the first death that I experienced. Thanks to j, I became having a lot of senstivity. at that time, I cried all the time. but I did what I have to do. I did study, I pursued my dream to entering high school where I want to go. One year later, my grandfather passed away. He was more than a father to me. He was the man whom I only love, whom cares about me, and whom I can still feel that he loves me. I had suffered from ghosts which I couldn't see in my dream. Like I couldn't move, but I could hear voice. or I saw hallucinations. I started to become weak physically. I became ill everyday even I worked out reguraly. so those two death just was with me since then. and then one year later, I became having eating disorder. too much or nothing I had was the problem. I started to enjoy being alone since I lived at the dorm. After I graduated, technically for now, I've not met people for a long time. Just naturally, I avoided people. then I got major depression. I quited going university at the end, last two years of my life was the worst I've been through. I was really optimist but I couldn't do anything while I changed to pessimist. At some point, that insomnia became hypersomnia which is to sleep too much. and then that made another syndrome called Kleine-Levin syndrome.

The reason I write this is that I want to change this problems. Honestly, I admit that I'm more familiar with dark than light. and I know I sometimes enjoyed those sufferings. But I saw myself going down and down. like never ever goes to the surface. That's why I started blogging too actually. trying to live more happily, I guess more lively. I know everyone has their issues, and they don't want to talk about this, and I also don't want you to feel bad when you read this but I think it's time for me to let things go over and over. I've been dealt with this issue just alone, and I think I have to empty my heart at least one time. Also by writting/talking public, I admit that I have problem. I confront the fear.

I really wish I could welcome next year more beautifully more positively.

I wish I could become more strong.
