OMG, gente. Muito incrível. A ideia era fazer um cones de cookies pra tomar sorvete, depois pensei em usar tigelinhas para fazer cestinhas, mas aí Ed Mendes teve a brilhante ideia de usarmos a forma de pudim pra fazer um bolo de cookies com sorvete. No fim das contas o cookie cresceu demais e não rolou rechear com o sorvete, mas ainda assim ficou delícia.&lt;br /&gt;

2. Misture a farinha, o açucar, o sal, os ovos e a margarina até virar uma massa. Fica parecendo que tem muito pó pra pouco líquido, mas dá certo.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Amasse as bananas com um garfo e junte com a massa.&lt;br /&gt;
4. Acrescente o chocolate, mas guarda um pouquinho pra jogar por cima no final.&lt;br /&gt;
5. Unte uma forma de bolo com margarina e farinha (se for daquelas antiaderentes nem precisa)&lt;br /&gt;
6. 40 minutos de forno. Fica de olho até ficar super lindo e dourado. Pra testar pode espetar com um palito de dentes ou uma faquinha. Se sair sequinho, tá bom. Se tiver molhado é porque ainda tá cru no meio.&lt;br /&gt;
7. Passe a faca entre o bolo e a forma pra soltar e desenforme.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Também tem a opção de fazer só cookies. Aí é só pegar colheradas da massa e colocar na assadeira. Deixa espaço entre eles porque eles se espalham, viu? E menos tempo de forno também. Uns 20 a 30 minutinhos devem dar.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Recomendo comer com sorvete de creme enquanto o bolo ainda estiver quente. Mas depois que esfria, cria uma casquinha que é delícia.&lt;br /&gt;

3. Passe cada pedaço de frango na maionese até ficar bem melecado e depois passe no Doritos (eu deixei o Doritos no saquinho mesmo e eveitei sujar mais uma travessa. Bacana também usar uma mão pra cada coisa. A direita mexe na maionese e a esquerda no Doritos, senão vira uma meleca!)&lt;br /&gt;
4. Coloque-os em uma assadeira e jogue o restinho de Doritos triturado por cima&lt;br /&gt;
5. Derreta a margarina no microondas e despeje por cima do frango&lt;br /&gt;
6. Deixe descoberto (muito importante!) no forno por uns 30 minutos. É bom ir checando pra ver. Quando o Doritos estiver começando a ficar douradão, pode tirar.&lt;br /&gt;

E pronto. Tá lindo! Fizemos aqui com um purë de batatas com casca e manjericão desidratado que ficou uma beleza. :)&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Termine com molho por cima e acrescente o parmesão já ralado;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Corte os tomatinhos no meio e coloque-os virados para cima. É só espalhar pelo macarrão;&lt;/li&gt;

Mas de bauru, só tem 76. A história é que um estudante de Bauru que ficou com o apelido Bauru, pediu o sanduíche desse jeito: pão francês, queijo derretido e tomate. O picles se meteu depois não sei como, mas está lá também. O sanduíche fez sucesso e começou a ser pedido por outros clientes tipo: &quot;Eu quero um igual o do Bauru&quot;. E aí pegou.&lt;br /&gt;

Agora é só jogar tudo no processador ou no liqui (se for potente) e bater bem. Segue a sequência: Primeiro coloca o grão de bico, depois o tahine, em seguida o alho, o limão espremido e por último o azeite. Não coloque o 1/2 vidro de uma vez. Bom é ir batendo e ver o quanto vai precisar. Eu usei um pouco menos que 1/2 vidro. Tem que ir acrescentando até as bolinhas se desmancharem todas. Este é um prato que eu só comi no Ceará e é sempre uma delícia. Um arroz com mussarela e creme de leite que é uma perdição e cai muitíssimo bem com carnes vermelhas, mas até que vai com um franguinho. Meu irmão sempre foi louco por este arroz. &lt;li&gt;Descasque a cebola e junte com os pães e o cheiro verde. Bata no processador ou no liqui. Se for no liqui, vai aos poucos e acrescenta leite e dá uma mexidinha no fundo sempre que enroscar);&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coloque a pasta batida na panela e ligue o fogo. Acrescente o vidro todo de leite de coco e incorpore;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Acrescente o peixe cozido e continue mexendo até desmanchar todo.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coloque 2 a 3 colheres do azeite de dendê e vá misturando até ficar bem amarelinho e está pronto!&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;É sério, gente. É só isso. Aí dá pra acrescentar camarão descascado junto com o peixe, que foi o que fiz hoje. Ainda tem a opção de fazer vatapá de frango. Aí é só cozinhar e desfiar o frango. É uma delícia. Me lembra muito as comidas deliciosas da pracinha da Gentilândia aqui em Fortaleza. E eis que ele fez seu retorno triunfal em 2011. Voltou todo faceiro e só chega aqui em casa em caixas. Caixas que se acabam deveras rápido.&lt;br /&gt;

Um tempo desses, eu e minha irmã super mega doceira (o melhor brigadeiro do mundo é dela. Verei a possibilidade de compartilhar a receita) resolvemos fazer o Twix caseiro. Fizemos e deu certo.
