Misture a farinha com os oregãos e as sementes de gergelim, em&amp;nbsp;quantidades adequadas para envolver as coxinhas de frango. Barre as coxinhas com a mostarda, passe-as pela farinha e enrole uma fatia de panceta em cada uma. Num recipiente próprio de forno, coloque bastante azeite e sobre este disponha as coxinhas. Corte a aboborinha em pequenas tiras, tempere-as com sal e pimenta e azeite e coloque no mesmo tabuleiro. Leve tudo ao forno, a 180 ºC, durante 15-20 minutos. Como sugestão, pode ainda cozer cous-cous e servir como acompanhamento.&lt;/div&gt;

Ou então, vá comendo o interior do queijo e, ao fim de alguns dias, quando já só tiver um pouco no interior faça esta receita. Corte os vários vegetais em cubos e salteie numa frigideira com um pouco de azeite. Misture um pouco de salsa, fresca ou seca. Deixe arrefecer uns minutos e, em seguida, recheie o queijo com os vegetais. Tape o queijo com a sua própria crosta e salpique com oregãos. Leve ao forno quente, a 180 ºC, durante uns 5-10 minutos, sem que ele se desmanche completamente.&lt;/div&gt;

Leve o toucinho fumado ao lume, durante 1 ou 2 minutos, junte-lhe os espinafres e separe. Esfarele a baguete, junte-lhe o xerez e a água. Amasse e, em seguida, junte o toucinho, os espinafres, o ovo e os temperos. Misture bem, até obter um composto consistente. Leve ao lume, numa frigideira, com um pouco de azeite. Use um prato raso para ajudar a virar. Frite bem dos dois lados. Salteie os cogumelos laminados com um pouco de azeite e junte-lhes oregãos e coentros. Numa caçarola, coloque a manteiga e junte a farinha, mexendo bem. Vá juntando a água e misturando, até que fique com um molho cremoso. Junte-lhe também um pouco de oregãos e as cerejas. À parte coza as placas da massa de lasanha. Em cada prato, intercale a massa com o bife, novamente massa, com os cogumelos e outra vez massa. Enquanto coze o arroz, batas os ovos e junte-lhes uma colher  de açúcar. Aqueça uma frigideira e faça uma omelete. Aos poucos, enrole a omolete. Retire-a e corte-a em pedaços. Pique a cenoura e o gengibre em tiras. Corte o bacalhau em tiras. Quando o arroz estiver cozido, escorra-o e misture-o com o vinagre e uma colher de sopa de açúcar. Coloque o arroz num prato raso ou travessa rasa e arrefeça-o bem (com um abanico ou ventoinha, para ser mais rápido). Descasque e corte as pêras em pequenos pedaços. Coloque-os numa caçarola com uma colher de chá de água e deixe cozer em lume brando. Vá mexendo e desfazendo a pêra. Junte a canela e reduza até ficar com um puré. Em seguida, adicione as natas e um pouco de farinha. Mexa bem até ficar cremoso. Corte os vegetais a gosto e salteie-os com um pouco de azeite e o piri-piri picado. Pode salteá-los em conjunto ou por separado. Coloque os vegetais sobre as fatias de pão, num prato, e regue-os com o puré ou sirva o puré em separado.&lt;br /&gt;

Pique o piri-piri em pedaços bem pequenos. Numa frigideira, aqueça um pouco de azeite e salteie, com temperatura alta, o pimento com as azeitonas. Passados alguns minutos, junte os amendoins e o piri-piri. Em seguida, junte o frango e mexa durante algum tempo. Adicione a aguardente, a marmelada e alguns óregãos. Sirva ainda quente.&lt;/div&gt;

À parte, despedace o pão e humedeça com a água. Pique o chouriço, as cenouras e a sua rama e as folhas do alho francês e junte estes ingredientes ao pão, misturando também a aguardente e a calda de tomate. Adicione ainda os orégãos. Antes de rechear o frango e com linha forte, cosa-o de modo a ficar apenas um buraco na parte inferior. Então recheie o frango e acabe de o coser. Coloque-o num tabuleiro e cubra-o com a marmelada e o vinho tinto. Tempere-o ainda com um pouco de pimenta preta. Leve ao forno durante, aproximadamente, 60 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;

Coloque um pouco de azeite numa frigideira e rapidamente cozinhe os bifinhos de lombo. Separe-os e passe na mesma frigideira os cogumelos laminados. Tempere-os com o alho. À parte, leve ao lume o vinho com a calda de tomate e o chocolate, temperados com hortelã. Deixe derreter o chocolate e mexa bem para criar um creme. Coloque água, a aguardente e a morcela numa caçarola. Assim que a água começar a ferver, junte as cenouras cortadas em rodelas. Retire a morcela, corte-a em pedaços (pode retirar a membrana exterior, se preferir) e volte a colocá-la na caçarola. Entretanto corte as maças em pequenos cubos, sem retirar a casca, e disponha-os nos pratos. Passados alguns minutos de cozedura, junte a marmelada, o alho e o tabasco e comece a mexer até a água se evaporar por completo e o arroz ficar cremoso. Coloque água ao lume para cozer a massa. Assim que estiver a ferver, junte a massa e coza-a durante 7 minutos. Entretanto, corte a o toucinho fumado em tiras pequenas e coloque-as numa frigideira, em lume brando. Junte a cebola, previamente cortada em rodelas, e aguarde uns dois ou três minutos, antes de juntar a calda de tomate. Mexa bem, junte os frutos e, mantendo o lume brando, quase apagado, junte o ovo. Mexa bem para não deixar o ovo cozer (deve manter a consistência de um creme). Tempere com o alho e o hortelã e sirva.&lt;/div&gt;
