Juntar o açúcar, o bicarbonato de soda e o sal e misturar. Juntar o extracto de baunilha, o vinagre, o óleo e, no final, a água fria. Bater com a batedeira até obter uma massa fluida sem grumos. Pré-aquecer o forno a 180ºC. Untar uma forma e dispor o preparado. Levar ao forno durante 30 minutos ou até cozer. Aguardar 5 a 10 minutos e desenformar. Quando ferver, baixar o lume ao mínimo até cozer. O cuscuz coze em cerca de 10 minutos. Convém ir observando a evolução para não queimar. Desligar quando toda a água evaporar. Adicionar as ervilhas e o pimento picado. Tapar a panela e deixar repousar durante mais 5 minutos. Misturar e transferir para uma saladeira. Adicionar os restantes ingredientes. Rectificar de sal e pimenta. Coloque as fatias de pão numa travessa de levar ao forno. Espalhar um pouco da mistura de parmesão com a salsa sobre as fatias e assar durante 5 minutos ou até o pão ficar dourado. Escoe o líquido do preparado de tomates e sirva à parte das fatias de pão gratinadas. Quando adicionar o azeite à sopa, se no início ou no fim e porquê.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A minha mãe, a &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;chef&lt;/span&gt; cá de casa, esclareceu-me que se coloca o fio de azeite no final da feitura da sopa para dar sabor. Não ferver o azeite faz com que o sabor seja mais intenso, daí adicionar-se no fim.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Faz sentido, pois claro! Demolhar os biscoitos de champanhe na calda do pêssego e colocá-los no fundo da taça. Juntar tomate pelado pré-frito enlatado ou polpa de tomate e tapar. Deixem ferver e acrescentar cogumelos laminados picadinhos e temperar com uma pitada de pimenta e sal. Mexer e deixar cozinhar mais um pouco. Esmagar o tomate, se tiver usado tomate inteiro. Juntar soja granulada fina e deixar cozinhar. Prepara a frigideira e coloca uma camada de batatas cozidas, cortadas em rodelas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Prepara um molho com o alho picado, vinagre de maçã (se preferires, usa limão), azeite e molho de tomate. Rega as batatas com este molho.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Coloca a carne de soja refogada por cima, corta a cebola em rodelas e coloca na frigideira.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Acrescenta o pimentão, também cortado em rodelas. A quantidade fica a gosto de cada um. Juntar as ervas aromáticas, o sal, a pimenta e as natas. Juntar os ovos, misturar bem e formar almôndegas que se fritam ou se assam no forno. Numa frigideira aqueça o óleo de girassol e o azeite com os cominhos, seguido da polpa de tomate. Coloque o seitan e os cogumelos e deixe cozinhar durante 5 minutos em lume brando, mexendo sempre. Tempere com as ervas de provence e a pimenta. Após estar cozinhado, apague o lume, junte as natas e mexa bem. J&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;untar os legumes e deixar refogar durante cerca de 5 minutos, mexendo sempre para não queimar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Adicionar o caldo, tapar a panela e deixar cozer em lume médio cerca de 20 minutos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Passar a mistura com a varinha mágica, e acrescentar água, se necessário.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Cortar as urtigas grosseiramente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Levar novamente a panela ao lume e, assim que levantar fervura, juntar as urtigas.
