I have stayed in Veranda units in the past and it seems like the prices have come down a bit since I was there 2 years ago. While a 1 bedroom is not right for me, are there any 3 bedroom units on the market? On a 3 bedroom unit what are ballpark condo fees, taxes, insurance, utilities for a year. If rent it out through agent what are the typical fees? Are there any other cost of ownership issues that I have not asked about?

Hi Brenda, yes there is onsite property management available for those who wish to rent out their condo. Very few owners in this community and high demand for vacation rentals so it’s a very good choice if your focus is rental income.
