we were disappointed in the flavor and portion of the fried pnckles .. they tasted too much like corn meal.. probably won”t be back! the wings were not all that either!!

Licks homeburgers at Brittania & Mavis, While my food was on he grill a manager told one of the cooks to clean the range hood I did not think that this was propper proceedure since anything from dust, bugs,dirt cleaning solution and the cook, could have fallen onto my food. Come on lets use some common sense !!

I’ve been a Wendy’s customer for many years and have enjoyed many meals from their restaurants. A few months ago I noticed a different taste to my burger and found sweet pickles on it instead of dill pickles. I didn’t care for the change but figured they just screwed up. Several weeks later I was at a different store and ordered the same meal and found sweet pickles again. Hoping this was a summer marketing scheme I quit going to Wendy’s for a while and then they came out with toasted and buttered buns. I tried one and it tasted like crap. I am done with these guys unless they change everything back the way they were. I also don’t think adding “butter” to a fast food burger is such a healthy thing considering how much fat is already in burgers. So again myself , my friends and family will not be back to these restaurants.

Well, young lady, it Jan2012 and they just brought them back but even my dog wouldn’t eat the ones I got today at Z’s in Aiken SC. Used to love Sonics but they stopped having them, so saw the sign today at Z’a and decided to try them. Whoa, are they bad! First of all they looked nothing like the photos on the ad circular(heavily coated with meal) and were dark and tasted very bad. I only got 10 for $1.89 and they were small. Even after dipping them in ranch sauce I could only eat 5 of them.These looked like they had been dipped in meal and then hot grease which wiped all the coating off in spots. Yep, I filed a complaint online with Zaxby’s. Stay tuned.

My kids love Chuck E Cheese. It can get to be a bit much for the adults after awhile, but it is an inexpensive way to get out with the family.

The offer a quality product. Clean stores. Nice selection of unique and tasty sandwhiches, salads and pasteries. Good breakfast too. Excellent customer service for the most part.

Zaxbys is a great place 2 work.. I’ve been an employee 4 about 4 months.. Love d environment my team n managers.. Wher i work n owensboro we dnt sale much chicken salad sandwiches.. I believe we either needa take it off our menu or change it a bit 2 give more flavor.. A Chicken place should make ther own chicken salad.. I believe if we Jus add sum of our tenders 2 d mix or like sum fruit like grape it wood increase sales.. I also do believe we need sum kinda special bbq’d chicken sandwich.. We should post sumtin on fb n Wat ever gets mentioned more should become d next thang on menu.. I personally dnt like goin places 2 eat Wher they never change nothin same old food.. Our customers should have sum control n decide.. Its like us n customers should b like family n they should get that vibe when they are n our hands……. Zaxbys!

When I was a teen I loved big boys. I went all the time.
But today, I was out running errands with my husband & daughter & we went to the big boy in riverview Mi. And well let’s just say….. I’ll never go again. The waitstaff was very nice. But the food my husband got was so overcooked it crumbled. She let him order something else & before he had more than a few bites, I look over at my toddlers food & see a bug cooked into the pancake. There was only us & one other table, so its not like the cooks were overly busy. So … If I saw it… How did the cook NOT see it. I would have rather seen it in my food. The fact that my daughter was about to eat it made me sick to my stomach. I don’t think I can ever eat there again. I do not blame the waitress. We gave her a nice tip just for trying to make things right. But I don’t think I have ever been more sick to my stomach at a restaurant before.

Hardee’s is not your typical fast food place. They cook to order. Hardee’s is also a place that after you order, you go sit down, not stand in line like Mcd’s. They will bring you your food. For those of you that are complaining about service, this is one of the most stressful jobs I have ever had (I have taught school, been a dental assistant, worked in world wide companies, etc.) you also have to remember, when you are NOT working, the workers in the fast food places are working. If this is a big issue to you, buy your own meat and grill out. Lets see if you can make fresh burgers and french fries without some kid asking if its done yet. Its not that easy.

I went yesterday to buy a pizza with a gift card and to my horror he did not take it saying he does not get paid by parent company when i said i bought this from parent company he said you can call the customer service nothing will happen and he even gave me the franchise number 1721 i dont know if thats true number

Just had a triple French Onion Butterburger, large crinkle fries, and a pumpkin-cheesecake concrete mixer. Absolutely delicious. The burger has carmelized red onions and “Gruyère and aged Swiss cheese” (which I thought were the same thing). I’m very familliar with 5 guys, but in my book Culver’s is the clear winner, no contest (except for 5guys excellent cajun fries). Only had in-n-out once, so can’t include them in the comparison. I frequently get a double plain burger at Culvers because the patties are so tasty.

Worst service I have ever seen in 62 years. Absolutely horrible and complaining and asking for the manager made the server laugh.

Ditto M Gould above except to add the pizza was the worst i’ve ever had in a resturant. My 92 year old mother said the soup was one of if not the worst she’d had, the roast beef sandwich had a rank odor and they overcharged us.

My husband and I went to the Hardees in Atmore,Alabama. I was very upset by the time we left. It took almost 1/2 of an hour to get our food and we were first in line. I doubt very seriously if we ever go back. No fast food restaurant should take that long. As far as I am conserned they rate one star from me. Their food is good but, their service is terrible. They used the excuse that they had to cook our order, I was under the impression that fast food restraunts were supposed to keep food cooked. Something should be done if they intend to stay in business. Lately I have noticed a decline in their business. If they have treated everyone like us,I am not surprized.

I went to the Zaxbys in Mccalla and the service was awful waited 15 minutes before the girl even said will be with you in a minute she was waiting on window and front there was none in the store but still took 20 minutes or more we got the food fries were cold chicken fingers were hard me and my son ate the same thing I got home after rude service and I got doubled over with stomach pain and then got very sick wasnt even a hour later and had felt fine before going there my son also got sick and missed a day of school because of it needless to say went to doctor and it was food poisoning I will never ever eat there again and will never recommend it to anyone you will need to learn how to keep this from happening again I did turn it into poison control.

I just went to the drive thru in Elberton Georgia. I use to get great food there with no problems, but today I ordered for 3 people. The fries were cold so I took them back and they took the food back and returned and I picked up the fries still cold. I am going to try Zaxby’s one more time because I love there food, but that didn’t make any sense to me. I was very disappointed and the kids were too.

I’m in a hurry – so I go to the drive thru at Burger King and get a Whopper Jr. – I take 2-3 bites before I fully taste and smell the tainted meat.

My wife would have been parked and at the counter after the first bite, but being my usual debating husband self (even with the wife not with me at the time) – my first response is to say, it’s fine, you’re overreacting – I go to take another bite and take a big sniff just before – ohmigod, that is funky

There is a reason that there is no line at Burger King – other than rancid meat – they really haven’t had an imaginative thought that they have presented well since 1965 and the original Whopper – which effectively distracted from the smaller McDonald’s classic hamburger.

It is amazing how a good decade or two can “beef” up the finances and stave off later decades of funky food and funky mismanagement.

OK – so let me finish off this latest desperate dash to Burger King – so I present my 1/3-eaten Dumpster Jr. to the lady at the counter, hoping that she may take a whiff and save future lives that spill over from the long McDonald’s and Wendy’s lines – but, no such luck, she immediately whips out the money in cash (even after I paid with a credit card) – shows no confidence that any future meat may actually be fresh – and that’s it – I go home to a wonderful day of diarrhea – courtesy of the former #2 Burger giant of the world – coasting along on its billions – unwilling to manage an effective ad campaign – unable to present an appetizing new food line – oh no, here comes the creepy King with the plastic head – I’m outta here

Sorry to read that you give a fantastic burger restaurant a bad rap simply because you suffer personally from a peanut allergy. For all of those who aren’t affected by the allergy, Five Guys is definitely worth a try and your own review.

My family has been an avid user of the Roy’s ranches for their Roast Beef since the one opened in Tyson’s Corner, VA. A new one recently opened in Front Royal, VA and since our Granddaughter lives there and we visit, we decided to stop for the beef. I was waited on by a young gent named Cody who, when not punching buttons, kept his hands in his pockets. Even while do the register, he maintained one hand in his pocket. My only hope was that he had both pockets sewn in his trousers and wasn’t playing pocket pool.
There was no supervisor in sight so I let it go. The food was still good, he didn’t have anything to do with the packing, thank heavens.

please change the fries back to the other ones. they were the best, better than McDonalds by far. Fries with the skins on them are NASTY. I guess MCDonald will get my business from now on. I wasnt happy from the change from Coke to Pepsi. Now you lost my business

Visited Painfield Travel plaza of course a dummy stood in linee not knowing she did,nt order I asked the staring cashier if she was work got lip, another cashier called me geeze they opened a 2nd register at noon. ordered a bacon cheesburger, she could’nt find the key on the register. I said angrly does anyone here know what they’re doing.She asked another girl it remained a mystery. So she rings the burger and chaarges me for cheese. I (pissed) say how does a $4.49 burger become $5.08 she says tax, i say how much she says >39 I say thats wrong she yells at me don’t take it out on me I say don’t yell at me I’m not your husband. I say your charging for cheese which I already paid for. She didn’t get it so I left not happy with Roys. I know for a fact since I was a kid Trigger counts better than you employee’s Not a “Happy Trail”

When its done correctly What-A-Burger makes the best fast food hamburger/cheeseburger. .. However its up to each franchise owner to make sure quality control does not suffer. There are great owners and there are poor owners. Just like in life some people care about their work and some do not.
On a national average I would rate What-A-Burger quality/taste better than
Mc Donald’s or Burger King.

I am expressing my dissatisfaction of the Hardee’s location located at Hwy-150 and Walmart in Winston-Salem, N.C.
over the last several months on an occasional visit to this location, one of my orders was lost and the last two orders sat on the line until I had to go get it. The most recent was 5/27/2011 at 10:44 am. The person, by the name of Joy, said she was looking for me so she could serve my food. This is not true. She looked at me several times and swept around my table once. The restaurant had only 3 other customers in it. On other occassions The service has been very slow. I really don’t know how the store stayes in business. The people that work here seem to have the attitude that they had rather be somewhere else than helping customers. I have been in sales over thirty years and customer relations has aleays been my strong point. If you would like for me to train these people I would gladly do it at the same rate as what you are paying someone now and get better results. I think you should have this checked out and make it a more pleasant place to visit if you want to make this location a success.

Went thru drive thru with my husband and 4 year old..3 Cars back.. Young man hanging out the drive thru window yelling and cursing into a car in the line. The car was yelling back at man. He yells for them to get the **** out of there or he will come out the window and kick his ****. My 4 year old then repeats the curse word. Get to the window. My magnetic strip is gone on my card. Askd him to type my numbers in because i have plenty of money in the bank. He rolls his eyes telling me he doesnt have time to do this because he has food burning in the back an im taking up his time. (this jack in the box is in hermitage tn off old hickory blvd) when i askd another guy who the manager was he states his name is Will and it was the guy who was cursing out the window and too busy to enter my card in. I called and complained and took it to corporate. They did nothing. He is still their night manager. Ive called up there to check. I will not let this go and will tell everyone in know Jack in The Box is the most unprofessional establishment ive ever been to in my life.. This place sucks

For all you out there with bad reviews on the management and food sitting out. It depends on which one you go to. the Baker’s I work at is amazing. We are very clean and friendly, food is ALWAYS fresh, the managers are flexible and all about the customers happiness. So if you go to a Baker’s giving us a bad name just know there are some that, because of the staff are still really great. I love the food and service but I also know it depends entirely on the staff. Certain baker’s I go to have had better food and service then others. I personally love mine. We don’t let food sit out and they even try there best to break large bills. (You know good Baker’s restaruants DO have the money to) I have even seen them break a 100 in the evening and 50 in the early afternoon. I never knew how clean they were with food and it makes me way more comfortable about eating at this one after working here. It also makes me not want to go to another Baker’s which i admit is sad because if the staff was like ours and ReaLLY cared about the customers the way any place should, every baker’s would still have a good name. So i will continue to eat at the Baker’s restaruant I know is close to home and Always good.

I was at the Hardee’s in Greencastle, Pennsylvania. The cashier from the drive up was very rude and didn’t listen to the questions that I was asking her about the menu. We will never go back to Hardee’s again….

I’m very unhappy, my son loves fried pickles and to his great dismay, when we arrived, we were told that fried pickles were no longer on the menu. After we left he told me he no longer wanted to come here (zaxby’s) anymore.

i work at dairy queen, we def say its good food because we promote our product but no commercial or ads or employes say the products are good for you. Because it is unhealthy

My wife and I have enjoyed Fuddruckers for year but they seem to be harder and harder to find. I live in Littleton CO and this one went out of business. I know that there was one in Aurora CO but It may be out of business. Why do you have a had time staying in business … your food is better than most?

First of all no price on menu, second to see the menu you have to download crap to your computer. I will definitely stay away from this place.

Rush and Rudeness, They want you to leave the drive window , they dont give you a chance to check the order, cold fries smashed old bread.
Last time we went to the Acworth location they employees were too bussy closing down at 9.30 PM chairs were up and the female manager was too bussy talking with the staff, I guess our money is not good enough we left, party of 4, you wont get our money again.
This location has gone down in the last few months .

I tried the new Chicken Wings tonight from Domino’s. It wasn’t horrible, but it wasn’t great either. In my view they weren’t very meaty or crunchy like I enjoy them. I’m not sure I would have it again. There are other places I prefer for my chicken wings.

I love Dagwoods special sauce-especially the new spicy one. It’s the best sandwich sauce. Also make sure you look out for the 5$ after 5 PM special. You get your sandwich for 5$ with a purchase of a drink. best sandwich handsdown is the Chicken Breast with bacon on the grill all dressed. 5 Stars in my eyes!

Personally, I always order the fries without salt. It takes longer, but too many of the people working there don’t understand sea salt is not regular salt. They need better training.

BobU…..I hope that they do drive a multi thousand dollar RV and have a large retirement. They probably got all that by clipping coupons in the first place.

I clip coupons and search for deals in hopes of being like the person you just described someday. It is also these senior citizens that keep our society moving not just through their spending but in their saving and in volunteerism and generosity. Its a shame my generation does not understand any of those things.

Unfortunately,they’ve joined the quality drop that comes with expansion. Sauce is now thinner, and the wings are no longer cooked to order…dehydrated. Heating lamp issued. Celery must be $5 a pound, because it’s shrinking! What once was”top-of-the-pile”, now is “no big deal” Is it just that way in Savannah?

We used to love big boy, but have had major issues, and are no longer a customer. Lake Orion, MI Big Boy has horrible service, walked out of the Big Boy in Troy, MI, no service, the Rochester, MI Big Boy served frozen chicken, we went to the Romeo, MI Big Boy yesterday, and it was 28.00 for 2 adults and 1 child, we could have gone to Olive Garden for a nicer meal for the same price. No one goes to Big Boy now that we know because of service or pricing.

I happen to adore Boston Pizza. Every restraunt has bad days, so i will forgive them from that last comment. It is a delicious, fun filled, family restraunt. Their menu is always changing to help accomidate for all the different customers, but it still keeps with its originality and flavors i fell in love with as a young child.

I Like Baker’s, its not the greatest but the food is good and once in awhile I get a huge craving for their food…I go there often.

What really upsets me about all Sonics Drive-Ins is that, the hamburgers are stood up sideways & all the cheese etc. etc. slides down to one side and it gets very messy, especially if you’re taking it home or for lunch later on. Why can’t sonics stack em’, because they’ll get smashed? Come on figure something out for us Sonic burger consumers. If someone orders more than one & it’s the meal, put them in boxes, heck man start putting them in boxes anyways. I hate when everything slides down to one side, makes me so, so, so mad. Makes me want to go somewhere else. and i know, you’ll respond with a “no one has ever mentioned this before, we didn’t know there was a problem” come on don’t you eat your own burgers & somehow notice these inconveniences? “please box em”

SOOOO GOOD!! Visited one in Ft. Worth. Can’t decide if I want one in Atlanta or not. I’m afraid really good mexican food at drive though restaurant would be too tempting!

Baker’s is the ONLY fast food restaurant I will eat at, their standards are high. The restaurants are always clean, the staff is consistent and friendly. They actually serve you your food if you eat inside the restaurant!
Baker’s has great prices and always has coupons available on-line. Compared to their competitors like Del Taco the prices are great for the amount of food and high quality. $30 worth of food at Baker’s will easily feed 5-6 people!
Also, it is clear before you order with signs posted at the register and on the drive thru windows that bills no larger than $20 are accepted.

johnny rockets is cubits above any other burger dominated concept in the world, from cruise ships to south beach to mohegan sun to 3rd street santa monica, they simply have always been dedicated to quality and customer service!!!!

In-n-out was robbed in the Zagats fast food survey. Hands down the better burger over Five Guys.

I was looking forward to trying Five Guys after hearing about their win in the Zagsts fast food survey and the buzz surrounding it. Even Howard Stern staffers Jon Hein and Jason Kaplan gave it a good review… but alas I suffer from a severe Peanut Allergy and it seems this place would be a death trap to even enter. Peanuts on the floor, and in the food seem to be too big a risk. From what I know however, peanuts with standing, the alternative of comparable quality on the east coast has much to be desired. I guess I’ll need to wait for a trip out west for runner up in/out burger.

Love the MacGyver commercials…..Kick them up a NOTCH, your on to something.

I went to Denneys on main in Hesperia, it was about 1:00 am. There was only one waitress there and there were several customers,she was waiting on tables then she would have to go to the register to check cutomers out. Do you have a manager to work that shift? She did a great job but she needed some help. Her name was Denise. I really enjoyed the food and service.

My family have been addicted to Roy Rogers since the one in Falls Church opened. We were at the opening of the one in Alexandria where Roy appeared. We are now living in Winchester, VA and have to travel to Leesburg to enjoy your roast beefs. We would love to have one open here. If I were twenty years younger, I would open one myself, but being 80 have it’s disadvantages.

I am 27, but I grew up with Bob’s. We had one a few minutes from us in Highland Park. We knew the entire staff by name (not that I remember them anymore!). The only ones left in that area are in Glendale and Burbank. I live in Florida now. I found a Bob’s out here that I am going to try to get to this week. Here’s hoping it’s the real deal!

Taco Bueno is muy bueno. I would recommend this to mexican food foodies. So much better than Taco Bell because it’s real!

Growing up in the 1960′s in the Chicago area we had a Tops Big Boy near us. In the 1980′s or there about it was changed to a Marc’s Big Boy. Always liked the double hamburger and the Branwy Lad. Sad to say there are not any in Illinois anymore or even in Wisconsin. Anyone want to open one with me in Northern Illinois or Southern Wisonsin?

I am almost 75 now and Bob’s was still the best hamburger I ever ate. Of course, in Pasadena we went all through high school and JC eating at Bob’s. Who needed anything else?

I ate in the original Bob’s Big Boy restaurant which had, I believe, a counter and a very few tables. This was in Glendale, CA and the year was 1942. A burger and fries and a chocolate milkshake which was so thick you had to eat it with a spoon, served in a metal container which got all frosty. Am I right?
