Jim sorry to hear you are having problems. I have spoken to the company offering the guaranteed bank accounts and they say initially they do not need passport or drivers license. They do electronic checks to see if your on the electoral role. You would also need to have had some form of credit in the past. Hi,
I have bad credit and need a bank account to have my wages paid into. I also have another problem; i do not have the required ID. I don’t drive (so no driving license), i never go abroad (so no passport), infact no photo ID at all. Is there a way i can open a basic account without it, and how quickly? I may not be paid by my company until i have a bank account.
