Hi, check out my blog at ieduc8.blogspot.com lots of how to’s, app reviews and general thoughts on iPads in education. I am currently working with my local authority on project boxes containing iPads/iPod Touches and ways they could be used in schools and working around some of the limitations (such as getting files on/off the devices).

My current school has run a pilot with I-touches with some 4th graders and will be running with I-Pads later in the year.
Another anecdotal: my 1 year old baby has been unlocking and changing the screen of my i-touch for over a month now. Since the second day she touched it. Crazy.

I do miss George. I can think of other comedians who are just as funny and crude (Chris Rock, Louis CK), but none who carry the same amount of weight, or who sprinkle their bits with the same depth of intelligence.
