Where do I find this location on a windows computer?
Curious to try this out.

Garrick- What way would you prefer to approach this problem? I acknowledge that on a POSIX-based system most would opt for a threaded solution over a forking solution. However, in that case, a direct comparison cannot really be made as most people know python threads cannot operate concurrently.

The same can be said of multifarious processing systems of various hues and domain memberships. I often tell my employees to go about it this way and am always alert to the possibility of mutex corruption inside the job threading interpreter. This is the critical section to be maintained in a chain or a queue. I prefer queue because it can be threaded over your backing store or set in a map somwhere linked to the table of positions.

All up, this isn't a bad approach to take, however I myself personally as a person would not consider to do it that way. There is too much processing overhead and not enough processing. You are always jumping between states to the effect that the state jumping mechanism overwhelms the application queue and list operations.

FYI - VirusTotal published a new API (V2.0). The JSON makes more sense than V1. V1 is now marked as deprecated (although it still works). https://www.virustotal.com/documentation/public-api/v2/
