Funny - when I had T-Mobile (in DC) my friends did an intervention and said “please, switch. we’re tired of calling you and having it go straight to voicemail because you have no signal.” It was seriously bad. Although I will say that the customer service people and the people in the store were all incredibly nice.

I have absolutely no complaint with T-Mobile.

Several colleagues have iFones, and none of them can get a signal in the office. It’s AT&T, not the iFone. I get a decent T-Mo signal on my otherwise-crappy RAZR in my office while the iFone boys have to go outside.

I’d consider a jail-broken iFone 1.0, though, as long as I could use it on T-Mo. how much do you want for it?

That’s a new addition since my Boston days. IN my day the parade would end at Boston Common and you’d sit under a tree ignoring the speakers until it was time to go to the block party outside of Fritz. Then you’d go home, freshen up, take a disco nap and go to the the big dance party wherever it happend to be that year (I remember a really fabulous one in the old Opera House; there was also one in City Hall, and it was funny to be having cocktails where you wait in line to get your resident parking permit).
