I enrolled my little princess Bo 2 summers ago when she was only 2 years old. As young as she was, the staff made sure that she belongs together with the rest of the class who was much older than her. It was quite an experience and Bo is heading back to school with Little Me to nurture her ever inquisitive mind.

If we travel around the cities in the Philippines or mindanao CAGAYAN DE OR CITY is the worse,its the place where investors should not be here.See the LTO checkpoint at Baloi-vehicles with registration,with papers being flag down,y?kotong ang habol dyan specially PNP chkpnt at PUERTO observe nyo lalo pag gabi.Pero trisikads,motorsikads,no plate(eagles,PNP,Mason,etc)Hoping in the coming election this could be change.MAHIYA KAYO SAHOD NYO GALING SA BUWIS NAMIN.

Hoping for a change in the city.the only city that no trafics rules being obeyed! wasting our taxes for their salaries without any output! see the motorized tricabs on the highways(puerto to lapasan), many private vehicles no plate,ther’s no one above the law-should be or resign LTO,PNP,LTFRB-mahiya kayo!

Ambot ba gyud niang atong mga jeepney drivers, mura mag walay seminar. Kinsa ba kaha ato mabasul dani. Ang LTO, mga driver, mga pasahero o politician? Kung maka disgrasya bitaw paluoy-luoy dayon, murag piso. Wala ra ba gyuy ikabayad.

I must say, what is it with the noise and the danger and the pollution? It’s almost like we’re actually asking for those things for the incoming year! I thought this is illegal, but the firecrackers were all over the city and no government agency seemed to be on the job. Maybe they were on the take?
