At this moment, I’m with Hawksworth on this one … I think McIver is pricing the tunnel without consideration of the interchanges and major roadway upgrades needed for the project … the whole of the argument is unreasonable in the context of there being 13 other votes to be considered beyond the mayor and Andre Chabot and who is to say that 8 members of the new council will agree. frankly I don’t care what Nenshi and Connelly think … both are potential big spenders who will increase taxes to Calgarians and I will not do that.
