Great report Juan – way to figure them out. At some point I need to place my Winco’s order that has been sitting on my desk now for a month. Those CWSD look killer and probably would have solved my problem on Smith Mountain Lake a couple weekends ago when they were swiping the claws off of my plastic craw.

Ben, I’ve only fished the creek a couple of times. We caught a good number of walleye on 1/4 oz. spinnerbaits and crankbaits. .. I lot of smallmouth too!

so how can i catch walleye out of french creek? like wat are the besy ways and approches to catching them???

Pop-rs are great baits but prop baits are very effective as well.

Great read! I’ve never been too successful with any kind of prop bait, and have always opted for a pop-r. Hopefully with this info I get out and start catching some fish I’ve been missing out on.

Thanks! Went out the other other day and fished some different style worms and some topwaters. Got 3 bass on the Powerbait worms and 1 on the topwater! Not too bad for about 2 hours but still nothing big. It takes time but I’ll eventually hook up with something nice. Goin’ out to Black Moshannon next week. That’s always a good time!\
