Hi Des!

I'll take a look at the app.

I use Evernote a lot, but I still love writing on paper, especially for my journal.

Thanks for your comment!

Have a great day.

Great post Chris. I've just started using a journal. How did I get by before without one :)

You can actually get apps now that allow you to post your journal (for those glued to their smartphone screens)

Hi Linda,

Thanks for your feedback. It'd be great if you could pass this around.

Good point about the white board - I use mine a lot too, and lists…can't get enough!

I just started outsourcing some stuff - bookkeeping and now using a VA, saving me so much time! What have you managed to outsource?

Re: your final comment - as Nige says, "Will it make the boat go faster…?" (http://blog.nigelbotterill.com/will-it-make-your-boat-go-faster/). A great tool to use to make sure everything that's being done is adding value.

Nice to hear from you Linda.

Enjoy your Sunday evening.

Good blog Chris, and one I'll be sharing with others. I'm a great fan of lists, but I like using a whiteboard as it's a great feeling when you wipe things off!

Delegation or outsourcing is also a big thing for me.

Most importantly asking if what I'm doing right now is going to get me closer to my big goals.

Hi Chris

I've listened to Darren Hardy's tapes of the book, "The Compound Effect" and I found it really useful and as you have suggested "self discipline" is the key to long-term achievement. You've written that you have been running your business for one year now. In the time I've worked with you, I have formed the opinion that I have NO DOUBT you will be achieve great success in whatever you finally decide to do.

Your help and support to date has been invaluable.

Will speak to you again soon!

Hey Chris
That's very useful info thank you! I love being my own boss. It is isolating to a certain degree, but being true to yourself and doing what you love everyday far outways that. I may have to purchase 'The Compound Effect' I have heard of it but never yet read it.
