Thanks for sharing .
I think for taking management to the next level we need to create working system that have managers appointed by the team for a short period of time for a specific purpose. That will lead to managers being servant leaders and give everyone a chance to manage and be compassionate about what is involved in management or may I say leadership .

I also believe that the current corporate structure has too many messes to make the transformation to YELLOW , maybe we need to new system where people come together and form working groups to work in a inter dependent & collaborative to create something they cannot do by themselves and shares the benefits amongst themselves . It is time we call for ownership of the team just in doing work with no real ownership in the results .

Great article !

All of the above makes logical sense. And it is nice to have thinkers categorized. It helps to motivate by treating them as they are. But convincing a large corporation to act in this way will prove very difficult.

Appreciating the time and energy you put into your site and detailed information you offer. It's nice to come across a blog every once in a while that isn't the same outdated rehashed information. Fantastic read! I've saved your site and I'm adding your RSS feeds to my Google account.

Hi Michael!!

This is very powerful statement, I am glad I stumbled upon it.

I'm gonna dare to make one comment though... I am curious what the piece of the coactive community is... what is the critical thing only we can do as part of this transformative movement??

maybe that's the question we are still working on... by doing... by observing... by intuiting...

Btw I posted it on this page so that more people can benefit from it:
http://www.facebook.com/pages/Coactive-bloggers/204995299512010

feel free to add more blog posts you might write about the summit.

blessings, Bahieh K.

Michael, I am so grateful that you summed up the summit so beautifully and I am in complete alignment with your proclamation. Since coming home, the part that really resonated and is taking time to really settle in, is the Change your Dream part. As I get closer to retirement and I think about my future, this is a powerful concept to hold onto and it really weakens the fear over the loss of financial resources over the past couple of years.
I wish I had met you at the summit. One day, our paths will cross.
