Hi Veronica, this recipe is for a 46 ounce loaf pan, and most Bundt cakes are 12 cups, so doubling the recipe would work for the pan size. You would need to increase the bake time and use the toothpick test. You could rinse the ingredients and then add water for the extra liquid, or use no-salt-added canned beans (and tomatoes for the salsa, if making homemade you should be able to control the salt content much more easily). I hope this helps!]]></description>
