					<description><![CDATA[Since there is currently a fresh veg/fruit parasite contamination concern going on now I have been looking for ways to use up fresh produce we have without the worries of eating raw.  Will be using up the berries in the fridge and buying some frozen bagged fruit for convenience (and to spare myself the worry if it&#039;s been washed &#039;enough&#039;).  This recipe looks really good and I love that it uses honey/maple syrup.  Simple, too.  Thanks-]]></description>
