Thanks for checking out HubSpot.tv.

I confess it's a bit of luck that we had Mogul.us available. We'd used it already and moved on to ustream.tv, but I'm not sure we'd really planned for backup. Now we're likely to always have a backup ready.

As for the reliable web hosting - that's HubSpot using its own product. It is reliable, and we depend on it!

Thanks,

I also use Nozbe and have quite a few posts on my experiences with it and iNozbe, including a recent post with details on how to forward your email automatically to Nozbe, and another on how to use Jott to call in your tasks with your phone. Take a look at http://johnkendrick.wordpress.com

You are right, GTD can improve your effectiveness if correctly applied.

For organizing your activities like GTD recommends, you can use this web-based application:

http://www.Gtdagenda.com

You can use it to manage your goals, projects and tasks, set Next Actions and Contexts, use checklists, schedules and a calendar.
