I was a C-suite HR executive for 20+ years before I became an executive coach. I sat in the rooms where senior leaders made decisions that shaped entire organizations. Before that, I was VP of HR for a national engineering firm and president of the Beaver County Chamber of Commerce. I’ve worked with leaders at Fisher Scientific, Carnegie Mellon, Del Monte Foods, and many others around the world. I wrote Dark Drivers: From Unconscious Shadows to Conscious Leadership and spent two years as a contributing editor at Authority Magazine.
