While I’m sure that while you may not want to read these types of reviews when you’re eating, they are pretty important. I keep hearing from these doctors that having a bowel movement once every couple of days is normal but I beg to differ. I call that constipation. If you have never had a day when you are having two to four bowel movements, then you don’t know what being regular actually is. And before I started in with the pair of these, I didn’t either. However I started taking these just a few weeks ago and I am happy to say that I have been able to lose almost 23 pounds so far and that’s all from excreting waste. Yes that’s right, with these two I have been able to drop fat and almost have a decent looking set of abs now which I haven’t seen in a long time. I also found that the acai gave men some much needed energy in the morning as well as kept me from snacking in between meals and the oxypowder helped me avoid night binging so I felt nice and empty when I went to bed and was even able to sleep like a rock.

Try an all-natural diet. Limit the bad fats and sugars. Going on a fast or "detox" diet isn't going to do your body much good.

Hello,
I used basic (but good ) syrup and it worked. Instead of adding some cayenne pepper I put some ginger. I didn't feel like eating at all for 2 days (except for my breakfast, I can't work if I don't have coffee and a piece of toast). But I was quite 'fed up' and exhausted on the third day...

I thought maple syrup was the only thing you could use. If you do try it with pancake syrup, let me know how it goes.

if there are any Mennonites living in your area ,they will have the freshest maple syrup=i imagine the one ingredient would be alright in (lite) as that what tree syrup is anyway
