Cheers!

Hello,
I'm an expat currently living in Bali right now (have for about three years) and when I came over this page I couldn't help but wonder if the expression for "excuse me!" in Balinese means "excuse me" as in "permisi dulu" or "excuse me!" as an exclamation of disapproval (if someone, perhaps, insults you).
If you could clear this up, I'd be grateful.
Thanks,
Emilee
