Are you sure? I haven’t used ChatGPT higher models since January when the exodes from ChatGPT to Claude started.. at that time talking to Claude made me feel like Claude way way more thoughtful answers and with much more mature reasoning.

I’ve been using Perplexity when Claude runs out (which is often and frequently) and using the Claude Sonet 4.6 model in Perplexity mainly, which seems dumber and more simplistic compared to the Claude actually on Claude.com. Would ChatGPT 5.5 be a step up from that? Also, I read multiple times on social media that Claude Code is more expensive and burns tokens faster? That’s why I never used it. But I’m still new to this stuff.
