That is kind of cute…but probably very frustrating for your boy.
One question about signing…is 10 months too late to start? My DD knows milk but we haven’t really gone past that. How do you incorporate it into your everyday life?

Wow! That is quite the adventure they made you have!! You figure that one of those government agencies would have caught that mistake a long time ago! My mom was just telling me a couple weeks ago that she just changed her social insurance from her maiden name to current married name. They have been married for almost 30 years and she just realized that she forgot to change it. So every job, mortgage, loan etc. you can name in the past 30 years did not catch that her SIN name did not match everything else.

@Beth I had no idea either. For a moment when they moved me to the interview room, I thought “OMG I’m being deported” to nowhere

@mindy oh Capone’s birth certificate was a zoo too. I didn’t get charged for the correction, but honestly, I would have been willing to pay.

Oh, my! Now I will stop complaining that the hospital sent in my name incorrectly for my son’s birth certificate. Basically I was Mindy middle Name Last Name and then changed my name to Mindy Middle Name Maiden Name (two middle names now) Farmer. The hospital put my name as Mindy Full Maiden Name Maiden Last Name Again. The State of IL takes 4 to 5 months to correct this and charges you. Ugh!

That is absolutely insane. I cannot believe there were so many mistakes…and that no one caught them!! Glad it’s all fixed, though.
