Here is a snippet from their aboutus: "Entrecard is the first online virtual economy that is tailored to help online businesses (websites and blogs) in the real world. The core of our business is to help online business increase traffic to their site and network with others using our "Entrecard Credits" virtual currency." I agree that blogs are the most common type of site you will see using EntreCard but if the main purpose is getting traffic to publishers/advertisers sites then it really does not matter how often a content site is updated. If the content, regardless of age, draws traffic (from search engines, for example) then that traffic is just as good, it not better, than random readers of a regularly updated blog. Do you really care if you get regular blog readers as your traffic rather than some guy who isn't a regular blog reader and found a site based on it's relevant content who then happens upon your site which is ideally somewhat related? I personally welcome any real and targeted traffic I can get. I can care less why they followed the traffic funnel they did to get to my site if they are happy when they end up there (or click my ads related to their search). By the way, regardless how you personally found this blog, you replied to a post that is months* old ;). Crazy how that "old" content still caused you to read and respond heheh.
