Great info. about type 2 diabetes diets here...thanks for sharing. I like that you explain the importance of choosing the right carbs. “Good” complex carbohydrates are unprocessed and unrefined so they contain whole grains, which have all the natural nutrients (vitamins, minerals, and fiber) intact. Good carbs are digested slowly, keeping your blood sugar levels in check and your digestive system working properly.

I really don't know how popular the Idiot Proof Diet is in the U.S. There is a diet that gets promote quite a lot though...something like Weight loss for Idiots, do not know much about it tho, maybe I will check it out. Neris and India are humourous though! That is, to me, what makes the book so real and worth reading. Thanks for you comment.

Losing weight in general is just hard. I do like your blog though. it is involved...adding to my bookmarks. I still haven't found anything that works. Do you plan on posting about your own weight loss?

I loved this book, it was funny, but I could never stick to a low carb plan no matter how easy they think it might be. It really isn't that different from other low carb diets. I didn't think it was popular in the U.S either...

Eating Healthy foods and increasing your energy kind of go hand in hand. This is an issue that really does affect everyone, but women in particular (I think!). Find a way to eat right now and you realize how eating healthy foods can truly improve your life tomorrow!

I think that for the people who can and want to afford Xango, it is a wise health decision. It is really a healthy food choice and one that has shown to naturally reduce seasonal allergies. Thank you for your comment.
