Hello,
I am new to this issue and there is nothing in our District to go by, do you have an example of what you use that I can use as base for our system? I like Google Docs, but can’t find an example spreadsheet that gives me an idea of how to lay it out.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We have moved to Google Docs to make a master key box inventory list, Master key control document per location and Key control, all on-line. We cover on the control document, request, issue of keys and keycards, lost and re-issued to include investigation results and turn-in. It gives me a “living” document that only key people have access to and fewer have edit capability. Folders with access controlled by the Facilities Director.

Does it have to be commercial insurance or there are some state programs these third parties are enrolled to, which will be considered equivalent by Facility Events? Thanks.
