Here’s something else to check, if you can’t get your flashlog.txt to work. I created and saved my mm.cfg file in TextEdit, which by default saved it as RTF. Changing the mm.cfg file to ASCII text fixed the problem for me.

Hey, I came across this blog article while searching for help with Microsoft Silverlight. I have recently switched browsers from Safari to Internet Explorer 7. Just recently I seem to have a issue with loading sites that have Microsoft Silverlight. Every time I go on a site that requires Microsoft Silverlight, my browser freezes and I get a “npctrl.dll” error. I can’t seem to find out how to fix the problem. Any aid getting Microsoft Silverlight to work is greatly appreciated! Thanks
