Hey folks, try this link to UC San Diego's site. It's a 3600-4200 calorie meal plan for their athletes and it covers a full week, so there's some variety there.

Also good to know - you can make your own isotonic sports drink like Gatorade with half and half water and fruit juice; same effect but you won't be getting any high fructose corn syrup or artificial colors.

This is a great school that peaks my interest. I am an inner city school teacher from ohioo that has a bachelors degree and masters degree. I have been coaching for ten years as a co-defensive coordinator, specializing in deepbacks, linebackers, and on the offensive side I have been an offensive coordinator that specialized in wide receivers. I am just putting my name out there for future interest in programs to make the leap into d3 or d2 programs. I have coached a several schools that were state recognized and state contenders. I have also worked to build a program. I am highly motived and strive for excellence. I am looking forward to advising students in college and recruiting individuals to attend a higher form of education.

I am an Ohio High school coach that has had duties as a defensive coordinator, but more offensive oriented. I was a student assistant at Wittenberg University from 1997-1999. I then was part of a stae recognized High school team for 5 years focused on defensive side, and the past thrree years was a high school offensive coordinator. I am an inner city school teacher and have taught for 10 years and have a bachelors and masters degree. I am looking to make the jump to a d2 or d3 college as a position coach or coordinator, recruiting, and academic advisor. I am highly motivated and strive for perfection and excellence. I am just trying to get my name out there for future interest.

Hi,
I am a junior who plays on the varsity football team at homestead. I want to get a lot bigger over the summer since we have been division 1 two-time state champs and one-time state runner-up in the last three years. I am currently 5'8" and weight 155 lbs. I play cornerback. I took a landscaping job to get bigger and I lift everyday during the week (Monday thru Thursday) but I can't get much bigger. I want to be 170 and have healthy Weight. Can you help me with a meal plan? Thank you.

Hello-
I would like more information regarding this position. I am currently working on my degree in coaching and sports administration at Radford University. I will not be availible for this position because I still have school left to finish, but I do want to get an idea of the requirements and get some contact information to have for the future. If this is too much trouble, I understand that, but I think you can never have too many good contacts in the sports administration business or coaching.
Thank-
WL Cody DuBose

You might find this a daunting task presently but you'll be thankful you had the opportunity later in your career. Having the experience of coaching so many different position groups, not to mention coordinating, will be a great resume builder for you should you look to move on sometime down the road. In the meantime, because of the lack of QB play in your league, I suggest focusing on running the football and stopping the run. Control the clock and limit the opponents pocessions, hopefully you'll find yourself in a lot of games in the fourth quarter.
