Hey, I am a Defensive end and I am approximately 6,3 and 202lbs. I have a nice lean cut physique and I am still strong enough and fast to take on the most beefy offensive linemen. I want to maintain a lean physique and enhance my performance on the field. My endurance as of now is already higher than that of one of our RBs but I only eat based on a 1500-2000 calorie diet. Not counting how many of those calories that I burn in practice. Can you tell me if this is correct and if it isnt can you help me devise a meal plan that will help me maintain low body fat content along with a higher energy level?

Everything that was said above is very true. I have come to terms with myself I love the game so much and nothing I would love to do more in my life than to help young men become better men in life around the pigskin. That is GODS will for my life.

Actually there are only a number of countries that pay their players to play.
Countries such as Germany, Austria, France, ... have been known to have a semi-pro status. However, don t expect to get big cash.
The smaller countries, such as Belgium, ask for a licence fee, and players from the U.S. are usually students

Hey folks, try this link to UC San Diego's site. It's a 3600-4200 calorie meal plan for their athletes and it covers a full week, so there's some variety there.

Also good to know - you can make your own isotonic sports drink like Gatorade with half and half water and fruit juice; same effect but you won't be getting any high fructose corn syrup or artificial colors.

This is a great school that peaks my interest. I am an inner city school teacher from ohioo that has a bachelors degree and masters degree. I have been coaching for ten years as a co-defensive coordinator, specializing in deepbacks, linebackers, and on the offensive side I have been an offensive coordinator that specialized in wide receivers. I am just putting my name out there for future interest in programs to make the leap into d3 or d2 programs. I have coached a several schools that were state recognized and state contenders. I have also worked to build a program. I am highly motived and strive for excellence. I am looking forward to advising students in college and recruiting individuals to attend a higher form of education.

I am an Ohio High school coach that has had duties as a defensive coordinator, but more offensive oriented. I was a student assistant at Wittenberg University from 1997-1999. I then was part of a stae recognized High school team for 5 years focused on defensive side, and the past thrree years was a high school offensive coordinator. I am an inner city school teacher and have taught for 10 years and have a bachelors and masters degree. I am looking to make the jump to a d2 or d3 college as a position coach or coordinator, recruiting, and academic advisor. I am highly motivated and strive for perfection and excellence. I am just trying to get my name out there for future interest.
