I live in Oregon and sometimes visit a hot spring in the area. During my first few visits I always felt an uneasy, sort of hostile energy in the place, despite a lot of sweet nature energies. I always shook it off as being due to some pretty common unconscious visitors who feel it appropriate to drink and smoke pot and litter in that majestic place.

Anyway, during one of my visits I got a very clear flash of a large being standing over the pool I was in and it was very angry. When I got quiet and asked my team and guides about it I got that this energy came from the Yetis (that's what I call them) whose home this hot spring sits within.

So, I made a few efforts asking to connect with the Yetis of that area and they did connect with me. At first I continued to feel the hostility and anger they feel, but found that they were willing to listen to my appeal for forgiveness and healing among us. I let them know all humans are not unconscious and that I sought forgiveness for us all. They gratefully listened and seemed open to my energy and intent. Since that initial contact I always call them in before going to the springs and ask them if I may come - after all this is their home and it is rude to show up unannounced. They always come in now with a very sweet, loving energy and are always very welcoming. I also make sure that when I go there I take offerings to them - apples, pears, chocolate, pineapple, nuts - that sort of thing. When I get there I ask where they would like me to stop to leave the things and I will get the message and when I get out of my car to do so I instantly can feel them looking down from some part of the surrounding mountain scape watching me (the first time I was directed to a spot that was a few steps into the woods and it was chock full of litter and human waste - I think they were testing me to see if I'd haul out the trash which I did). I always send them my love and they return love in kind.

I am not sure if it is in the cards for me to see them in the physical or just sense them in the etheric, but I must say that I am deeply honored and grateful to have reconnected with these beautiful beings - good luck with your explorations.

We should honor the Yetis deeply for all that they do to love and care for and keep in balance many of the places on our planet. They are wise, powerful beings - our brothers and sisters - whom we would be well served to appreciate and live in harmony with. The Yetis I am getting to know had every reason to be alarmed and angry at what humans have done in that area - a damn, deforestation, pollution, waste dumping, etc.. It is one of the prettiest, sweetest places I've ever visited. I too can feel that kind of anger when I see the blatant disregard for mother earth.

May we all seek to honor the land and all the creatures upon it. We are not top dog and we must all learn to forgive our creations and come back into alignment with all that is.

After giving it some thought - I'd introduce myself as "HUMAN" rather than giving my name. Whatever I tell him, it is likely to be a word the Sasquatch would use to describe all people, and I wouldn't want him calling everyone "Linda".
