If he gets caught they may just send him back again and he will have a ban probably for 10 years but if he is caught usually they send them to detention centres and he will see a judge, if he wants to fight his case this may take many months and he will have to stay in the detention centre until they decide if he can stay or will be deported , again. I am very sorryyhis happened to you. God bless and I hope he will be reunited with you in America soon! Sadly ice doesn't care about the families they destroy , if he has no criminal record and is found crossing the border they may give him a bond where he is released and has court outside of the detention centres, the bond may be any where from $1500-$30,000 usually ( I was at a detention centre and deported to England I was held for 7 weeks before deported, I saw the bonds usually for around 5-7000 us dollars , good luck -christy The same thing happened to me I am so sorry this happened to you !
