It already is… Forsyth new construction is going nuts. Gwinnett is starting to pick up. It is tough to find a house in the Roberts District and North Gwinnett High school is pretty tight already. There aren’t many places in the district to add homes… but we are seeing a lot of activity in the developments here. Starting to see more activity in the Lanier HS zone, too.
