This only work using internet explorer and not fire fox, so who ever has fire fox will be able you use the internet. I do not reccoment using third party software, as you don’t know how whey really work.
The best solution is to use a firewall to restrict users, which can can set a time limit for them aswell as blocking certain webpage.

Here’s a workaround which is *amazingly* effective for me. When Outlook 2007 on Vista freezes up when trying to save a contact or an appointment or send an email, go to the icon in the bottom right corner of the taskbar and right click. Select “Cancel Server Request.” Works perfectly!
