Really good points in this post. It drives me nuts that occasionally my emails are marked as spam by a recipient here and there when there’s a clear “unsub” button on every single mail. I use double opt in so people have to confirm, which makes the “mark as spam” issue all the more irritating. Thanks for writing the post that was in my head.

I was aware of the term but didnt know the meaning.
