OK, so how exactly do you find out who your target customer is? Do you conduct a survey, do you analyze the keywords they use to find your site, or something else?

Amen to that! And to add insult to injury, IE is like an old sick donkey in terms of speed. WHEEZING along while Firefox sprints around light as a feather.

Google Chrome is pretty good, too, though…
