I love the idea of prizes!

Families with limited income could have a winner for each 30 minute time slot, who could choose the music for the next 30 minutes, instead of buying prizes.

Jane, you have inspired me in the past, and have inspired me now. I am in the midst of a downsizing transition, chucking the old life to make way for the new!

Totally agree Janet. My action files are almost completely electronic in my Outlook Tasks with reminders attached. I use the categories above - email, call, pay etc... so I can sort them in Outlook - they also sync on my Blackberry so can't lose track of them even when I am on the road.

I agree. I used sendoutcards this year to send out Holiday cards to all of my clients. It took a couple of hours, not days. I have received so many positive comments. I am going to use sendoutcards for relationship marketing to deepen my client relationships all year.

Great suggestion Kathleen. Then there is the option of on-line shopping and having the item shipped directly to the person the gift is for and while we are on the on-line discussion, the e-cards are really becoming quite amazing.

I like the mailing boxes so that I don't have to stand there and wait for them to be measured. It saves time if you have a stack to send.
