You CAN exercise!! I have Cerebral Palsy, Fibromyalgia which causes major fatigue and a busted neck which makes moving difficult but I exercise in my wheelchair AND my bed. I use light arm/leg weights, a tension band, an exercise ball and simple yoga stretching exercises. Moving is exercise too so unless you are dead, you exercise every day. Even in bed, I stretch my muscles to avoid wastage. Don't use disability as an excuse. Eat 4 small meals a day and it won't feel so difficult. I eat at 8am,12pm, 4pm and 8pm. Just cut out fried food, eat less sugar and more fruit. Simple things make a difference. Once you start losing weight, your confidence will increase. In case you're wondering, I lost 2 stone by increasing my basic movements and eating less crap. It does take time and will power but you can do it IF you really don't want to be fat!

Eat several (5-6) small meals a day...your body will burn calories faster and build your metabolism in a short period of time.
(eat about every 2 hours)
The first 8-10 pounds you shed is water.
Meal suggestions:
piece of fruit
string cheese, summer sausage, cottage cheese/yogurt
tuna/turkey/ham sandwich (lettuce, tomatoe optional)
soup
raw veggies
boiled eggs
popcorn
Always eat a good dinner...meat, potatoes/pasta/rice, veggie...your body needs carbs, protein and vitamins to stay healthy
Low calorie sweets...ginger snaps, fig bars, 100% juice popsicles
Drink plenty of water
Drink milk or juice/water with every meal (no soda pop)
Stay away from munchies, fried & fatty foods.

i can not exercise either due to a back and neck problem, but i did lose nearly 5 stone doing my own diet.
i have a set of scales, calculator, notebook and pen, always on the kitchen worktop, i then weigh and measure everything i eat or drink and write it down totting up the calouries as i go, it may sound labourous and complicated but i can assure you it is not and it is very easy to do, never go below 1000 cals a day or above 1500 cals a day but if you do go above one day then compensate for it on another,
i do not buy special diet foods as most food now has the calorie content on the label along with all the other nutritional information,
although it will also help to get a guide to calories book which will help you with the things that are not marked.
dieting like this does not deprive you of your favourite foods which makes you want them more, but it helps you to learn portion control,so if you want to use all your allowance on chocolate you can, ( not a good idea though ).
i put back on a lot of weight after i had a major operation and have started to diet again, i have lost 13 lb in four weeks and have not been hungry at any time.
my husband, son daughter and daughter in law have all lost loads of weight to on this diet so i know it really works.
you can even save calories for a special occasion,ie parties, or out for a meal or drink, just stick to, 10,500 cals per week, it is more to do with what you comsume in a week rather than per day but 1500 a day is a good balance.
always weigh yourself on the same day each week and never more than once a week.
good luck. hope you do as well on this as we all have.
