This “Extra-Enterprise KM” is exactly what we need/use when partnering in an Open Innovation context. Except that, for the sake of protecting IP, some of the exchanges will happen in more protected environments, not in the open such as with Twitter, blogs, etc.

I know the one you mean, Tigerblade. The Gaping Void cartoonist did that illustration — a great visual! I’m tempted to actually order a framed print.

I have the page with the various thoughts (looks kind of like a wordcloud) printed out and hung on the wall of my desk at work. I look over at it whenever something starts going horribly wrong (which happens more often than I’d like).

Do you want to know one of the things that I’m most looking forward to? Actually being “unplugged” for a full three weeks.

How wonderful and so exciting, sounds like a fantastic adventure. That milage and also at that altitude, it will really be a test of your endurance… wowee :0)

Also a big well done on the weight loss and the fitness level you have achieved. Good on you Jeff!

The Townies will all look forward to hearing how the trip goes, and of course the odd photo or two whilst you are there!

I having the same problem “WebCamDV could not be found”. I had Hauppauge wintv-hvr 1950 and Sony dcr-dvd105.

Community Server will work great for you – if you don’t hardly use it. If you expect to actually be able to USE the advertised functionality including the single sign-on or reassigning postings from one user to another when deleting users, you will be SORELY disappointed. As a free trial, it may be fun to toy around with, but if you pay $20,000 or $40,000 or $60,000 for ONE YEAR of the licensed version to use the SSO and other advanced features, you will want to beat your own head in for making such a stupid and COSTLY mistake. And when you try to get the tech support that you also paid for, you will find that to be sorely lacking as well.

DON’T WRITE THAT CHECK!!! Save your money and choose a free alternative. The “extra features” that you thought were worth paying for DO NOT WORK. Don’t be suckered in like my organization was.

Jeff that orngeware pdf is a nogo. I get the same message as jam. Any updates (from 3 years ago) on this fix “Webcamdv could not be found”?

According to the idea to use twitter as time manger my staff and me integrated it in our project management software (Teamwork).
We add the functionality to change your twits in timesheets on specific projects, so if you need a more structured work manager you can have it with our software but you can continue to log your activity in Twitter. Try it!
