		<description>Hi Antonio

Apologies, for only coming here now. This code is meant as workaround on the LORD1 interface and shouldn't be used on LORD2(available with ECC6 EHP4). You must use Lord2 if its available. Also, the Badi you refer to was specific to version 5 if I recall and there are new badi's available in CRM 7(think they are available in the IMG).

Regards

<description>Hi Ramin, yes we have found that CRM 7 SP5 or 6 break this enhancement. You can still use it, but it needs a work-around.
Whether it should be used? I don't know, it seems as if SAP introduced new code that makes an assumption that this will only be used in the normal business transaction search and not in the Agent Inbox, so it might be risky in future.

I will try to get hold of the work-around and provide the solution here.
Regards

<description>Does this work in CRM 7? I tried it but the Flat Type field list seems to be empty. Any idea if this is supposed to work in CRM 7?
Thanks</description>
