Some of you have asked about what Kyos is. We have added the following few lines to the post…

Julian teaches us about the cellular action called Kyos, vital to the body’s well being. Kyos is the name given to a cellular action created within the body. This action takes place at the center of every cell and controls the healthy functioning of the cells & body. In these two classes, Julian discuss the function of Kyos and how best to work with it to create and maintain physical health.

I took yoga and meditation classes with Ann Strauss, when she lived in Kalamazoo, Mich.
She is so wonderful,What a Blessing in my life she has been!
I had readings with Julian also.

I was so pleased to discover this website! In 1980, I had the privilege of being in June’s presence when Julian spoke through her, and the experience made a deep impression that has remained with me for all these years. I’m a novelist now, writing about paranormal and mystical subjects, and I found this site when I was doing some research on June for a blog entry I’m writing. I’m so pleased to discover that her work with Julian is still carrying on, even though she’s no longer with us in the physical world. Thank you.

I just read some of the articles in this ROL. I was very moved by the very last piece about learning from the Julian Teachings. Time in time again I’m amazed at the wisdom children ahve and the way the are prepared and able to help others no matter what!! beautifull! Thank you for the story.

Here’s how I do this exercise. Each day, I place my quarter in my right palm and hold my left palm upwards. As I tone the sound I received in the above exercise, I visualize Divine Energy in my chosen color travel through my left palm, up my arm and into my heart (as all Divine Energy is delivered with love), down my right arm, into my right palm and imbuing the coin with Divine Energy in my chosen color. Then I state, “I am rich in all ways and at the injury of no one. So be it” and drop my coin into my container. I’ve done this excercise for almost 18 years and have never been without financial security, even through some pretty dramatic job changes and expenses. This works!
